How many times have you heard someone say, “Scrub those dishes before putting them in the dishwasher! Do you think there is a little man inside who gets them clean?”.  I never really understood why it was necessary to wash the dishes before you wash the dishes. Isn’t that the point of owning and using a dishwasher?

Fast forward to a being a newlywed with my first house and wifey duties. For the first time, I am making the buying decisions on household items. Of course, as I am wandering through the dish washing detergent aisle, I automatically reach for Cascade. It is the only product I have ever seen my mother and grandmother use their own dishwashers, and therefore, it is the brand I purchase on my own.

A few more years down the road, and a new and improved Cascade product, Cascade Complete is introduced on the market. It promises to clan dishes without washing them first. My ears perk up and I head out immediately to Target to buy Cascade Compete, with the full intention of proving my husband wrong. There is a little man inside the dishwasher that gets those caked on, greasy dishes spotless. His name is Cascade Complete! And, let me tell you how good it felt to say that! For once in my life, I didn’t have to wash the dishes before washing the dishes.

Now, with my little entourage of 4, I barely have time to load the dishwasher anymore, let alone worry about if they are all rinsed and stacked properly inside. Now my biggest task is trying to get rid of those nasty hard water spots the Las Vegas water supply creates on my glasses, and the nasty residue it leaves on the inside of my dishwasher. Before, when I was using Cascade Complete, I would complement its use with another product meant specifically for that purpose. However, newly introduced Cascade Platinum takes care of all my concerns in one small pouch. I just toss it in the dishwasher soap dispenser. Voila! Easy Peasy and no icky dishes.

This is great news because as you know, I like to take lots of pictures of food and share them with you all. Imagine how grossed out you would be if my wine glasses were streaky and my plating dish filmy. I wouldn’t even eat or drink out of either of those, let alone, share them in a photo. Ew. Best Disneyland Attractions for Princesses

The all new Fantasy Faire will delight princesses (and princes!) of all ages. Take a moment from all the non-stop energy of the park to sit in the Royal Theater to watch reproductions of classical storybook adventures featuring your little one’s favorite princesses. Once finished, take a walk through the village where the princesses live, including Rapunzel, and stroll through the Royal Hall to meet and greet with the Disney Princesses.  There are individual meeting spaces for three different Princesses.  In addition, Belle (from “Beauty and the Beast”), Rapunzel and Flynn Rider (from “Tangled”) greet guests following their shows in the Royal Theatre. Remember to bring an autograph book and your PhotoPass or camera for plenty of photo opps. For Brave little fans, Merida has her own presentation near the Small World attraction.

Bippity Boppity Boutique will transform your little girl into a princess who is practically perfect in every way. Choose from several different packages and styling options. For the full effect, be sure to bring her favorite Disney princess costume to wear to enjoy her princess make-over even more. Get the camera and video ready as she is presented by her Fairy Godmother to the Magic Mirror at the end of her session.

Aerial’s Grotto is one of our favorite character dining spots. Located in California Adventure, Aerial’s Grotto is an ocean themed castle and banquet room with a nice selection of healthier food options and a pretty as a princess presentation. Throughout the meal, Disney Princesses will make their way through the dining room and meet and greet with your princesses. Aerial’s Grotto is open for breakfast or lunch, and reservations are a must. A fun tip: consider the World of Color Dining Package if it is on your list to see both the show and meet the princesses. The World of Color show does start late in the evening, so keep that in mind when making the reservation.

Best Disneyland Attractions for Adventurers and Explorers

Jedi Training Academy is a an awesome adventure at the Tomorrowland Terrace to train like a Jedi and meet some of the top Star Wars characters. Check the show times and arrive about 10 minutes early. This is an audience participation show and children are selected from the crowd to learn Jedi moves and recite the sacred Jedi Oath upon completion of the training. There may or may not be a surprise visit from the Dark Side (keep in mind if your little ones scare easily). Plenty of photo and video opps here, and whether your kids are big Star Wars fans or not, they will still enjoy participating in all the fun. After the show, Die-Hard Star Wars fans will enjoy making their own Light Saber at The Star Trader.

Redwood Creek Challenge Trail keeps kids moving and exploring in a simulated Redwood Forest, while you can unwind for a few moments. It is quieter and usually not as crowded. Kids can meet Wilderness Explorer Russell and Dug, the friendly dog from Disney·Pixar’s Up, and earn their Wilderness Explorer Badge. Rope bridges, trails, slides, tire swings and rock wall climbing still allows for some adventure without the long lines and big crowds. Tip: a few of the attractions like the tire swing and rock wall have height requirements.

Radiator Springs Racers at Carsland at Disneyland

Radiator Springs Racers is hands down, my favorite ride in all of California Adventure. Disney Imaginears did such an impressive job of recreating the lovable classic Cars movie into a ride.  In fact, it is such an great ride, it is everyone’s favorite. The first thing you should do as soon as the California Adventure park opens is head straight away to the Fast Pass line and get yours. Promise, they won’t last, and both the Fast Pass Return line and Stand-by can be long waits. Fast Pass Return can still be up to an hour, while Stand-By can be up to 3 hours. Tip: Though the ride is mostly compared to a Sunday stroll, there is one “fast” segment that does not last too long. There is also a height requirement, so be sure to check before waiting in line.

Best Disneyland Attractions for Littles

The newest live entertainment show to hit Disneyland is Mickey and the Magical Map, and it’s adorable. The best way to introduce young children to live theater is to do it at Disneyland. Performing at the Fantasyland Theater daily, Mickey, dressed as his Apprentice character from Fantasia, is guided by a Magical Map. The map leads him to different spots all over the world where he finds new and old friends, like King Louis from The Jungle Book, the Disney Princesses: Rapunzel, Mulan and Pocahantas, lands in the middle of a Mardi Gras party with Tiana and dances up a storm with Aerial and Sebastian. It really is non-stop fun for the whole family, not to mention, in a seated, shaded area. The Fantasyland Theater underwent recent renovations in order to produce the show. There are some impressive use of props, lighting and affects throughout the performance.

Fans of the Disney Jr channel shows will love the new Disney Jr. Live on Stage at California Adventure. Now featuring your little’s favorite Disney Jr. characters- Mickey, Jake, Doc and Sofia- invite the kids to stand up, sing, dance and clap. Be sure to check for show times.

Carsland + Bugsland have pint sized attractions for pint sized park goers. At Carsland, littles will love feeling like they are walking right through the middle of Radiator Springs. Night time is even better when the shops and rides light up, reflecting the moment when Lightening took Sally on a stroll through Memory Lane. Bugs Land offers age appropriate outdoor rides for all ages, like a hot air balloon ride made out of take out containers and animal cracker boxes, a train ride through a hungry catepillar’s eating escapades, and even a water splash pad area for kids to cool off.

Best Disneyland Attractions for Mom

Mandara Spa at The Grand Californian- need I say more? The facility itself is tiny, so you really only need exactly one hour to get a massage, grab a cup of tea and regain your sanity. See if Dad will take the kids for dip in the pool while you relax for an hour or two. The services are phenomenal, and the products smell devine. Just as if you were in a Balinese spa. OK, so you might need 2-hours. Book a half day cabana for the kids and Dad, and book yourself for half-day at the Mandara Spa. Your body and mind will thank you for it.

Coffee and beignets at Brennen’s Jazz Cafe at Downtown Disney

When you book your spa appointment, give yourself a buffer to enjoy a hot coffee and fresh beignets from the New Orleans original, Brennen’s Jazz Cafe at Downtown Disney. The coffee is some of the best you will find at Disneyland, and the beignets are made right there, right in front of you, fried up and served in a white paper bag filled with powder sugar. This is my guilty pleasure, and it’s budget friendly.

Best Spots to Eat

For character breakfasts, my favorite is Goofy’s Kitchen at the Disneyland Hotel. Inside the park, I enjoy the fresh tossed chef’s salads at Carnation Cafe. Healthy snacks? Try Bengal Barbeque in Adventureland. Just to the right of Paradise Pier is an outdoor eating area with many options to choose from like Mexican, Soups and Chowders, and Asian. This is one of my favorite spots to go with my kids because I can get a variety of food to please all their palates. The Lucky Fortune Cookery has rice bowls, fresh mango slices and edamame. The Pacific Wharf Cafe offers soups and chowders in bread bowls from the Boudin Bread Co., and the Cocina Cucamonga Mexican Grill has tasty Mexican options.

Downtown Disney options include our family favorite, Naples Ristorante e Pizzeria. ESPN Zone actually has a great Kid’s Menu and treats dad to a little “Me-Time” catching up with the games. In the morning, or afternoon, I like to grab a shot of wheatgrass and a juice at the Jamba Juice, in hopes it will keep my energy up for a good portion of the day.

Best Spots for Adult Conversation

If you are lucky enough to get a bit of a break, or maybe your kids are just that good and you can take them anywhere, here are some great adult spots to enjoy a cocktail and unwind from the long day at the parks: Cathay Circle Lounge at Cathay Circle Restaurant in California Adventure, Uva Bar at Catal in Downtown Disney and Trader Sam’s Enchanted Tiki Bar at the Disneyland Hotel, poolside. Wine lovers might enjoy the outdoor ambiance of the Alfresco Lounge at the Golden Vine Winery where you can sip on vintages expertly selected to provide a tasting tour of the Golden State.

A few years later, my parents surprised my younger brother and I by pulling up to the Disneyland Hotel, where we would be staying for our first time. They were so excited that they had saved up their money to take us on a most Magical Trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. It was a shining moment for them as parents. It became a cornerstone for a lifetime of experiences with Disney.

Even with Las Vegas a short 4-hour car ride to Disneyland we  still felt like we own a little piece of it. My siblings and I would have competitions to find our way around without a map. Every time I walk through those turn-styles, I feel the connection. A home away from home. My playground, so to speak.

Now it is a place where I get to combine business and fun.  A few weeks ago I was invited to interview newly appointed President of Disneyland Parks, Michael Colglazier. Mr. Colglazier  spent over 20 years with the Disney Company, based in Orlando, Florida, where he served as Vice President, from 2010-2013, of Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park. But California and Disneyland are new to him.

We sat, face to face, inside the living room of the Dream Suite. Mr. Colglazier looking comfortable in an antique reproduction of a Queen Anne’s arm chair, with a Disney-fied fire illuminating the grand wood carved, white fireplace behind him. We had just taken a tour of the rooms and living space the Disney family had intended to fill upon completion. Sadly, Walt Disney passed before the suite was finished, and the family felt, without him, the suite just wouldn’t be the same and left it unfinished. Years later, the Disney Company decided to re-open the Dream Suite and allow it to be used for very special cases and events. An open conversation about the parks pursued, and a question came up about the main difference between Walt Disney World and Disneyland, Mr. Colglazier said,

” Walt Disney World is clearly a tourist destination, and the people you talk to about it are OK with that, with it being a tourist destination. When I get into any conversation about Disneyland and the Disneyland Resort with my neighbors (here in California), it is clearly not the tourist destination. This place is so woven into the fabric of people’s lives for generations. Everybody has their own version of bringing that out. People really view Disneyland and Disneyland Resorts as theirs. It is a part of their lives, and that is really special. That is important for me to continue to understand more deeply. To undertand what goes into that generationally so we can make sure it continues on as generations move forward.”

I’m not sure if it was the company, the atmosphere or the moment, but when Michael Colglazier made that statement, it went straight to my heart. My throat got tight, and my eyes blinked fast to hold back tears. Yes. Exactly. That was exactly it. It is an ownership. I felt and feel connected to that particular park. It’s my park. Those are my rides. My experiences. My memories. They are my grandparent’s memories of saving up enough money to buy a ticket book and entrance for my mom and her siblings. They are my mom and dad’s memories of bringing us to the park for the first time. My memories with my siblings, my cousins, my friends. And, now my memories with my children. Every inch of Disneyland Park holds a memory for me. It is mine, and it belongs to me. Just like it belongs to you.

For me, the best time of year in Las Vegas is summer, especially once the heat from the day simmers down and the sun begins to float behind the mountains and radiate those glorious colors only a desert sunset can create. The temperature is perfect for lounging outdoors with great music, great friends and a great cocktail. The new PRESS at Four Seasons Las Vegas provides all of that, and a bit more.

Once the sun goes down, misters remain cooling the trellised area lit by simply strung garden lights, while the two fire pits and plenty of comfortable couch seating add to the spirited environment. PRESS provides a seasonal menu offering 20 American cuisine inspired small plates. Another attribute definitely worth mentioning is the cocktail program, also currated by PRESS Manager, Sanjiv Gupta.

Take, for example, the 100-Mile Cocktail, which is a company wide competition for the tastiest concoction and best use of local ingredients within 100 miles of said Four Season property. On the list this year for PRESS Four Seasons is the Las Vegas Sunset. Perfectly blended, the final product emmulates one of those amazing Las Vegas Sunsets, whose colors are so rich, they should be named in a Crayola Crayon box. This season’s cocktail includes local ingredients within 100-miles of the Las Vegas area including: Rumsky from Las Vegas Distillery, Southern Nevada’s premiere artisan manufacturer. Fresh, seasonal ingredients such as the clementines, lemons, rhubarb and rosemary are purchased at local farmer’s markets while the honey is also locally produced.

Are your creative juices flowing? Here is the recipe for Las Vegas Sunset, sweet and sassy with a bit of a kick, to try out at home:

Las Vegas Sunset: Available at PRESS

Ingredients:

• 2 ounces (60 ml) Las Vegas Distillery Rumsky
• 2 ounces (60 ml) fresh squeezed Clementine juice
• .5 ounces (15 ml) local honey
• Hand crushed ice
• Jalapeno slices
• 1 ounce (30 ml) rhubarb and strawberry shrub (a flavoured drinking vinegar)

Method:

Combine first three ingredients and pour over ice. Garnish with jalapeno slices to taste, and top with rhubarb and strawberry shrub.

• My kids will attend the Summit Ridge Day Camp this summer. The Lowery’s Summer Aquatic Swim Program will happen at two different times throughout the week following the Camp Program.
• The Swim Program takes place right at the Henderson international Campus pool, where the Summit Ridge Day Camp is located.

Lowery’s Aquatic Swim Program is designed for the child that can swim independently but needs stroke development and technique coaching. Our coaches breakdown the four strokes to develop proper technique and build endurance resulting in strong swimmers. Recommended for ages 6-14.

Classes are scheduled Monday-Wednesday-Friday•$90 or Tuesday-Thursday•$60 for 2 week sessions

3-3:45pm or 4-4:45pm

Be sure to check these out before you finalize your plans. I, personally, won’t be heading there any time soon. I’m pushing it until about end of July/August. If you go, report back and tell us how it went, and if you followed the suggestions below.

The highly anticipated Wet ‘n’ Wild Las Vegas opened Memorial Day weekend for Gold Pass holders and continues to operate for Season Pass and Gold Pass holders through June 2. The park reached capacity on Grand Opening Day, but continued to operate without reaching capacity the remainder of Grand Opening Weekend and throughout the first week. As expected with most new water park openings and particularly in Las Vegas which has been without such a park for so long, visitation is expected to be higher than normal during the first few weeks of operation than typical summer operating days.

Wet ‘n’ Wild Las Vegas offers the following tips and answers to frequently asked questions for guests who want to visit the park during this time.

1. Visit Wet ‘n’ Wild Las Vegas during the week.
Monday – Thursday attendance tends to be lower than the weekend and is a great way to experience all the thrills and chills of Wet ‘n’ Wild Las Vegas. Guests who can visit during the week are encouraged to do so to avoid potentially longer lines that occur on weekends.

2. Make it an afternoon trip to Wet ‘n’ Wild Las Vegas.
The majority of guests come to Wet ‘n’ Wild when it opens and leave in the middle of the day. Visiting the park in the afternoon and early evening allows you to skip longer lines in the morning while still providing ample time to experience your favorite slides or chill out in the Colorado Cooler lazy river. Consider hitting the snooze button one more time and come to the park a little later in the day.

3. Parking
Wet ‘n’ Wild Las Vegas has two parking lots for guest use. The first is located immediately in front of the park’s main gate. The second is located a short walking distance on the north side of the park. Both lots typically open one hour prior to the park opening. During busier days, the front lot may become full and all vehicles will be directed to our secondary lot. In an effort to be respectful to our neighbors, please park in water park parking lots only.

4. Can we process our Gold Pass and Season Pass at the park?
Guest may process their passes at the front gate ticket windows during park operating hours. During busier days, we may invite all guests to enter the park with the eTicket prior to it being processed in an effort to decrease the amount of wait time. We ask that those guests visit our front gate ticket windows as they exit to process their passes.

5. Can I bring my own floatation device or life jacket?
No external flotation devices are permitted inside the park. Life jackets that have a Coast Guard approval printed on them may be used within the park. The park provides tubes without cost for each attraction that requires a tube to participate. With the arrival of additional tubes this week, personal convenience tubes that can be used on most attractions are available to rent just inside the park’s main gates. Life jackets also are available for guest use free of charge and are located at the entrance to Colorado Cooler (lazy river) and Red Rock Bay (wave pool).

6. Can we bring our own chairs and shade?
The park provides lounge chairs and shade structures throughout the park. However, guests may bring in their own chair and shade structure for use in our grass areas if they are able to be properly secured. At times when winds may be higher than normal, park management may ask for these shade structures to be taken down until the winds subside.

7. How do we rent a cabana?
Soon guests will be able to book cabanas online. Currently guests may call 702-979-1600, email info@wetnwildlasvegas.com , or visit the park’s ticket windows during park operating hours to make a reservation. Reservations are booked on a first-come, first -served bases, and cabana locations are assigned upon arrival and are also first-come, first-served.

When I was asked to review the DVD, which was released in stores on May 21st, I was just as excited as my boys were. And, when it came in the mail, one of the twins was so excited to see it, he literally ripped it open with his teeth (while I wasn’t looking of course)! Why I loved Holsteins for a family friendly place

It’s noisy. Be prepared. It’s loud in there. Don’t go with the expectations of having an intimate family meal and conversation. That’s not going to happen. But, if you have little ones who are noisy, they will for sure not bother the other diners. Holsteins also plays great music, fun for the whole family.

They have a Kids Menu. So exciting! Love it when I find places on the Strip that offer Kids Menus. Those places rock. The menu rocks, too. Easy stuff like burgers, hot dogs and grilled cheese served with French Fries, drink and a small sundae.

It’s entertaining. Every where you look there’s something to look at. The kids loved the puns created through the artwork on the walls.

Good stuff for mom and dad, too. The shakes are pretty much the bomb. Order them with or without alcohol, and they are the soda fountain kind that come with the extras in the aluminum shake cup.

Variety of menu options is key. Every once in awhile I crave a good burger, but generally, it’s not my thing. The menu at Holsteins Shakes and Buns had an array of items to choose from non-burger like, and you can even switch out the patties for a veggie, chicken, salmon, or kobe burger. Holsteins Shakes and Buns is also a fun spot without the little entourage, and great share plates and appetizers, too, like the Buffalo Chicken Dip. Yum!

The kids loved their meals, and even my husband didn’t complain. Reservations are suggested, and because we had some, we were able to walk in and out within an hour on a Tuesday night.

For Las Vegas food aficionados, the one thing I recently discovered about Holsteins Shakes and Buns is that is apart of the Block 16 Restaurant Group. The same group that also boasts of infamous Vegas spots like The Barrymore, LBS Burger Joint, Pink’s Hot Dogs, Public House and Urth Burgers and Natural Foods. Great info to know when looking for great dining off the Strip.

Let’s answer some of the above questions:

1. Is Express for teen-agers?

Actually, no. It is designed for both men and women with the 20 to 30 something in mind. The store itself is now located on the 2nd level at the Fashion Show Mall, near the new Macy’s Men store, and it is one of the only concept stores currently open in North America. What was fun about the new Express store at Fashion Show was the eye catching facade drawing attention to the mall passer-bys. A brightly lit store front with a party atmosphere definitely encourages the younger set to pop in. Once inside, the logistics and design of the store makes you realize there is more to it than the Vegas Club scene. I did grab something from the party room, I headed straight back to the more sophisticated casual section, perused through the office contemporary pieces (perfect white pants for ladies who lunch at non-profit events in the summer!), and made my way to the Denim Lab. The Denim Lab is just pure awesome. As a 30-something, I’m always a bit intimidated by all the different styles and functions and looks of what denim has to offer. The new Express stores feature high tech iPads that allow you to browse and discover the look for you, so you know which styles you want to take back with you to the fitting room.

2. Is Express owned by the Limited Brands, Inc. company?

Not anymore. In fact, they have not been apart of the Limited Brands, Inc. family for over 5 years. Express has been pulling away from the parent company and working on creating style all of its own. New York City is the inspiration, and the goal is to get back to its roots of delivering a style and sense of fashion that only a Sidewalk Runway store could bring.

After Express went public two years ago, the company now has a great opportunity to really make a name for themselves in the retail world. They want to do it right and make a statement, and so they did by introducing a 15,000 square foot concept store in the heart of fashion, right in the middle of the Las Vegas Strip in one of the most demanding retail centers in town, the Fashion Show Mall. In addition to the store at Fashion Show, Express concept stores have been making their way throughout North America, Latin America, the Middle East and onto Europe.

3. Am I going to look like I’m trying to re-live the 90′s with my college wardrobe from Express?

Again. Nope! I have to tell you, I was pleasantly surprised to find and fit into so many different styles. Cute, sexy, functional, trendy and fun. Express is looking to accomodate an age range in women from 20′s to early 30′s, but I still managed to find a great t-shirt top, sexy boyfriend cropped jeans and a casual day-time dress. The price point is slightly higher than what a college student would be able to afford…$80 for cropped jeans is a tad steep even for me when it’s not designer. Still, it’s obtainable. I could see though how Express is looking to elevate their brand and clientele through image and price. Which totally makes sense for the men’s line. Focusing on a upper 20′s to mid 30′s kind of guy who has recently graduated from college, just getting started in their career and wants an affordable look that is style and quality. I loved the newly released gentleman’s watch collection with a price point of $60-$200. Having been through that period with my husband when we first started dating and his starting a career where he needed to wear a suit and tie very day, I loved that opportunity for guys to look effortlessly cool and professional at the same time.

Easy enough. What I love about summer travel is that, in most cases, the weather is pretty much the same, so the items I pack do not need to change much. For example, last week I was in Florida. This week, heading out to sunny Southern California. Both times I brought along my Vera Bradley Vera Tote in Sun Valley (shown above). So what’s in my travel bag? Take a look:

Yes, I throw a pair of Toms in my bag. They are wonderful to travel with as they are light and fold easily in a bag. Toms are great because sometimes I just don’t want or may not need a tennis shoe, but want something comfy and stylish to slip into if needed at some point throughout my day.

Can’t. Just Cannot live without these IVI Vision sunglasses. Mine are the Daggerwing in black. I have yet to find a pair of specs that are a great price point, stylish and have the no-slip factor. A classic look I can wear in every season.

I absolutely adore the Alba Botanical sunscreen products. They smell great; particularly the Hawaiian fragrance (shown below), reminds me of being on a tropical island somewhere. And, the tanning spray uses coconut oil, which is great for both the dry desert or the humidity of the beach. Plus, because they are all natural, I also use them on my kids.

Having a nourishing body lotion is very important to me. In fact, so important, that I bring along the full-sized container. The products I choose have to have as many natural and eco-friendly ingredients as possible; it’s non-negotiable. I love this new (seed) Grape Seed Enriched Body Cream. When my babies were little, I would massage them with Grape Seed oil, so I know the product well. It applies evenly, smoothly and leaves my skin feeling so yummy. Being in the desert, my skin is addicted to being drenched with lotions that can replenish moisture asap. I slather it on night and day. I also love the container it comes in as it fits easily in my bag and doesn’t weight me down.

Finally- I can’t leave home without these tiny essentials that provide big results:

3-1-1 for carry-ons = 3.4 ounce (100ml) bottle or less (by volume); 1 quart-sized, clear plastic, zip-top bag; 1 bag per passenger placed in screening bin. One-quart bag per person limits the total liquid volume each traveler can bring. 3.4 ounce (100ml) container size is a security measure.

It was worth the trek out to Summerlin, for me, for some girlie gabbing, wine and appetizers. I love the iPad wine menu- so organized and easy to find selections. I took a chance on a Zinfandel, and it was fantastic. We tried out all the apps on the menu, but my favorite by far was the Sweet Chili Calamari and the Salt and Pepper Shrimp.

All 4 precious ones head off to summer camp for at least 4 weeks throughout the summer. This means I need a plethora of labels, and not just any label. 5 Things You Should Know about Galaxy Luxury Theater

• Their motto: Luxury amenities at an affordable price. Tickets are $12 flat all day, all day, for every movie. No matinee prices here, but the $12 is worth the visit.
• If you are into movie theater hot dogs, Galaxy Luxury Theater offers premium dogs for around $6. You can design them yourself or pick from the menu.
• I’m actually not sure I would bring my littles to this theater. They wouldn’t appreciate the experience. My older kids (9 & 7) love it, and it’s great for family night.
• Gift Cards system is not fully up and running yet, but will be soon. Love the idea to give the gift for teachers, “You’re the best teacher in the Galaxy!”.
• Check on-line periodically for which films show at Galaxy Luxury Theater. Due to the limited number of screens, they do not get every movie. However, it seems as though most of the block busters come through there at some point.
