<li>Will sell the digital imaging solution products from all business lines and will be assigned an exclusive geographic territory.</li>

       	<li>Coordinate the procurement of giveaways, resource materials, sponsorships, exhibitors, and advertisements for events.</li>
       	<li>Coordinate selection of keynotes speaker(s). Broker communications between the identified decision-maker and potential candidates, provide logistical support for selected keynotes, and act as onsite liaison during event.</li>
       	<li>Manage participant registration for all events. Create and distribute registration information, coordinate with web dept. for online registration process, coordinate with finance dept. for payment received, and confirm registration with participants.</li>
       	<li>Assume primary responsibility for all post-conference activities, including break-down, synthesis and analysis of feedback, submission of feedback to presenters and keynotes, billing and invoice reconciliation with facility, drafting of thank you letters, and writing of final reports.</li>
       	<li>Prepare written status reports as requested.</li>
       	<li>Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift, twist, bend, and reach. Position will require lifting at least 50 lbs.</li>
       	<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

<h4>Job Overview</h4>
<p>The Membership Information Coordinator contributes to the organization's mission, vision, and values by performing key functions in support of the membership. This person works closely with senior staff to ensure the timely and thorough completion of all tasks necessary to successfully market the membership, products and services to current and potential members. This position includes both administrative and programmatic functions.</p>
<h4>Position Duties and Responsibilities:</h4>
       <ul>
       	<li>Implement the membership database to include invoicing, certificate distribution and applications.</li>
       	<li>Maintain, analyze and suggest enhancements to membership database.</li>
       	<li>Maintain highest accuracy of membership information.</li>
       	<li>Participate in the coordination of membership campaigns and renewal events with Director of CCR&amp;R Services and administrative staff.</li>
       	<li>Provide excellent customer service to members through both voice and electronic channels.</li>
       	<li>Assist members and the public with membership-related support services.</li>
       	<li>Implement an aggressive internal and external membership recruitment and retention strategy.</li>
       	<li>Administer membership benefits and communications.</li>
       	<li>Implement membership solicitations, renewal communications and application processes.</li>
       	<li>Support negotiation of membership benefits with partners.</li>
       	<li>Implement membership customer service resolution process to address membership questions electronically or by phone in a timely manner.</li>
       	<li>Respond to basic resource and technical assistance calls from current or potential members.</li>
       	<li>Track and report membership specific data to include revenue, satisfaction surveys and membership count.</li> 
    </ul>
<h4>Job Qualifications:</h4>
       <ul>
       	<li>Must have good organizational, verbal, and written skills</li>
       	<li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills (Power Point, MS Word, Excel, and Access or other data management system), as well as strong knowledge of Internet.</li>
       	<li>Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required.</li>
       	<li>Experience in membership services preferred.</li>
       	<li>CCR&amp;R or early childhood experiences a plus.</li>
        <li>Excellent computer skills and experience with the Microsoft Office suite of products.</li>
        <li>Very strong organizational skills and dedication to quality.</li>
        <li>Project management skills to manage complex and varied projects.</li>
        <li>Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage colleagues, members, potential partners and collaborators to work on projects of mutual interest.</li>
       	<li>Ability to establish and maintain credibility with a variety of members.</li>
       	<li>Ability to stay current and embrace new technology and skills quickly.</li>
       	<li>Solid customer service abilities.</li>
       	<li>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.</li>

<p>The Professional Services Engineering team configures and maintains the SaaS platform for electric and gas utilities around the world! We're seeking ambitious, creative individuals to help us launch new utilities, perform updates to live utilities, and help build internal tools to make us more efficient. Setting up new efficiency programs for our utility clients is the lifeblood of our company and the Associate Professional Services role is critical to our success!</p>
<h4>Job Responsibilities</h4>

<li>Communicate with the IT resources of the utility company client to explain requirements and coordinate proper transfer of utility data.</li>
<li>Analyze, transform, and load utility data from the utility clients.</li>
<li>Configure and customize energy efficiency software to meet the specific needs of each client.</li>
<li>Maintain and provide escalated support for the utility energy efficiency programs after launch for the duration of the utility contract.</li>
<li>Willing to travel nationally and internationally up to 15%.</li>

<h4>Job Qualifications</h4>

   	  <li>DWe are looking for individuals with a solid, broad base of technical fundamentals who are seeking a high-paced, dynamic environment in which to expand and hone their arsenal of technical skills.</li>

<p>The organization seeks Database Administrator primarily responsible for handling all databases including MS SQL and MySQL databases. This includes the design, configuration, setup, administration, supervision, and implementation of databases and related systems.</p>
<h4>General Duties</h4>

<li>Ensures best practices and database development methodologies are documented, conveyed, and adhered to within the Department.</li>
<li>Assist in administering multiple SQL Server and MySQL Server instances on Windows and Linux platforms supporting business, web and data warehouse applications</li>

<li>Query performance monitoring and tuning of databases and database server environments instances on Windows and Linux platforms</li>

<h4>Qualifications</h4>
<ul>
   	  <li>B.S. degree in an information systems discipline or comparable work experience.</li>
   	  <li>3+ years of experience with relational Microsoft database systems (SQL 2000, 2005, or 2008)</li>

   	  <li>Exposure to industry-standard open source components, tools, and standards (JUnit, Apache Tomcat, Maven &amp; Subversion, etc.)</li>
   	  <li>Experience in both Windows and Linux Operating Systems.</li>

<p>The Quality Improvement Specialist will assist the Chief of Quality Initiatives, in providing technical support to non-profit division.</p>
    <h4>Position Duties and Responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
    <li>Assist in the development, preparation, and execution of Service Agreements with subcontractors. Track incoming budgets, approvals, ensure service agreements are distributed, signed, and returned.</li>
    <li>Provide support for monthly invoice approvals and tracking.</li>
    <li>Assist in the preparation of the monthly report to funder. Obtain all necessary information from subcontractors, prepare draft attachments for report.</li>
    <li>Manage the quality improvement payments to providers;</li>
    <li>Quarterly obtain licensing information from state websites or request information for selected child care providers/programs and send to funder.</li>
    <li>Assist in the development of tools and training to support overall project.</li>
    <li>Assist with website management as assigned.</li>
    <li>Maintain project files and provide ongoing support, as requested, for technical assistance to sites.</li>
    <li>Maintain regular communications with the team.</li>
    <li>Coordinate and attend meetings to include developing meeting minutes as necessary.</li>
    <li>Work cross-departmentally on other duties and projects as assigned.</li>
    <li>Handle communications and requests when Project Staff are on travel.</li>

<p>A Norwegian based technology company specializing in creating displaywalls for high performance business collaboration is searching for a Sales and Marketing Associate to manage their growing number of clients. This job is a combination of sales, marketing and business support. 10 years of dedicated, sole focus on large displays has given our client a unique understanding of requirements across all professional industries.</p>
<h4>Job Responsibilities</h4>
<ul>
<li>Manage the database of all installed customers.</li>
<li>Meet a goal of outbound calls to contacts in the database to gain insight for future sales.</li>
<li>Uses technical knowledge to support the sales efforts through quoting distributors and resellers.</li>
<li>Take potential customers through the technology center for tours.</li>
<li>Effectively represent the company at various trade shows and events locally and potentially nationally.</li>
<li>Write articles for the company newsletter and create other material designed to further enhance the company's brand and educate potential customers.</li>
</ul>
<h4>Job Requirements</h4>
<ul>
<li>Bachelors Degree.</li>
<li>1-2 years of office or sales experience.</li>
