Data recovery is a process of getting back data from any failures, corrupted media when it cannot be accessed normally. Next tips for mozilla users.
A simple and useful trick to backup your bookmark and/or customization from firefox. You can use this if you want to re-install your computer, and you want to keep your bookmarks that you've saved in firefox. Follow this step by step :

1. Make sure you have showed all HIDDEN FOLDER included the "Protected System Files" in FOLDER OPTION

2. Browse folder : C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Application Data\Mozilla
PS : %username% is your username when you log on to windows<

3. Copy that folder to the safe place (flashdisk, etc)
4. After you re-install your computer (maybe cause of virus attack, etc :P), install new firefox, then copy that folder to the place it should be. (C:\Documents and Settings\ %username%\Application Data\Mozilla )

5. Open your mozilla, and check your bookmarks/customization (such as personas, etc) .They are waiting for you : )

This software called veriface from Lenovo. Still using "words/manual" password to open your computer??? outdated!!! : P

Lenovo is a notebook brand, they made this software for their product. But, now all types/brand of notebook can use this software. I have tried this software on my notebook "Acer Aspire 4935" and 100% working!

When i was chatting in Y! Messenger, someone sent me an URL like this "hxxp://facebookn.net/images.php". I thought it was a photo, but it's look strange. There is no photo with extension ".php". Then,, after awhile i click that link, lucky me i got a powerful antivirus here : )

Then i continue searching what kind of virus is that..
Maybe i should call it images.php virus : P

1. Download Malwarebytes ( This is what i use now. Powerful enough as long as you keep update it) ==> Download Here <==
2. Install and Update Malwarebytes ( Make sure your update is complete )
3. Scan your computer with malwarebytes ( Turn off your internet connection, then ==>perform full scan ==> scan)
4. Wait, and after the scan process finished click OK and Click Show Result
5. Make sure you 'checkmark' all files that have been detected and click "Remove Selected"
6. Reboot your computer

This is the best way to prevent your computer from that viruses...

Just another trick share...
Maybe some of "Regedit" master know this. But for other that dont know, i'll explain how to make some message when we startup the windows.

Lets Start :

1. Go to Run >> Type "REGEDIT" >> Hit Enter

2. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

3. Double Click "legalnoticecaption"

At the value data, type anything you want as the header. it will appear on startup ( ex : rodyzone.blogspot.com )

4. Then,Double click "legalnoticetext"

Type anything you wanna show ( ex : Comp Tech & I-net App | Also Other Interesting Article )

5. Close all
6. Reboot your computer and see the result

Maybe when you are downloading something or just browsing, then suddenly your internet connection becoming so slow, it must be someone use 'netcut' application to 'cut' or slow down your internet connection.

Here i wanna share to you about one of uhmm i think the best application to avoiding the netcut. the name is "PORT MONSTER". This is not an "Anti NetCut" Application, its different..

Here is what this application can do :

Find, Track, and Block someone's IP address that want to cut our connection
Checking DNS Data
Whois IP
Traceroute through the IP address in LAN
Send >messages between networks through IP address that will send a message (similar to netsend on command prompt : P )

Follow this step by step :

1. Download "Port Monster" Here

2. Install

3. Run the application, then a window will appear, and just click next

4. A window will appear again :

Check all and click next

5. Before you click next, be sure that you already click "add" ( if error happened when you click add, then just click next)

6. After that, a "Port Options" window appear. Choose the first option. ( Actually its all up to you, you can choose the 2nd option too)

What do you think? should we have a sport/ outdoor activity first or eat first? Maybe most of us before we play sport, we eat first, so what's the impact if we sport or eat first?

The scientist said that we must do sport first, but it doesn't mean that we can't eat before we have a sport, because the food that we eat before we sport will become an energy

Q : Why after eating we cant go directly do a sport ?
A : It's because after someone consumed heavy food, automatically blood will flow to the stomach part. In the meantime in the stomach the absorption of nutrition from food that has been consumed was happening. The body was also throwing leftovers to the certain body part away and distributed oxygen all through the body.

Q : So, How long is the time from we finish eating until we can do a sport?
A : Usually, we need about 30 minutes up to 2 hours until we can do a sport.But if we consumed heavier food then time to waited for sport will be longer. However if only consume the low fat snack/biscuit, we did not need a long time to play sport.

Q : Hmm... so, what kind of food that we can consumed before we playing sport?
A : It depends. If playing sport in the morning we could consume, juice or the pure water that was enough. If playing sport in the middle of the morning we could have a high carbohydrate breakfast then has been enough to give energy. But if sport before the lunch we just eat snack and for sport in the afternoon we could consume yogurt or the biscuit.

So, now you know right what we got to do first. This is just a general tutorials for those that have a problem in digestion system or health.

I have collect all the possible way to speed up youtube until almost without buffering : P
Ok, lets start... I have divided it into 4 way..

1. Using Speedbit Video Accelerator v. 3.1.3.6

Come on download it here : http://www.videoaccelerator.com/download/
Then after you download, you should check which website that support on this software.
You can check it here : http://www.videoaccelerator.com/support/videosites/

2. Using Greasemonkey Script (Firefox user)

If you don't have this addons, you can download it here : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748
Then, you must come to this site : http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/33042 and install the 'Youtube Enhancer' script there. (just click the install button there)
Then, if someday the 'Youtube Enhancer' script has an update, you must install this script too : http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/26062 .
Open video on youtube for testing.. If you have install all stuff above correctly, then in the bottom of the video that you wanna watch there is a text View In very low quality (flv), click it. You can resize the video, then there is a 'skull' pic to stop the buffer and a light button to make the background dark. BUT REMEMBER !! YOU SHOULD TO CLICK View In very low quality (flv) TO SPEED UP THE BUFFERING PROCESS.
But, if you have a good connection, you can change it to high quality or medium quality : P

3. Using Google DNS       

Purpose : To accelerate the youtube ping to our computer. ( tested and works )
How to :

Open Control Panel
Then Network Connection
Then Local Area Network ( Double click LAN that is connected to us)
Click Properties
Double click TCP/IP
Click " Use the Following DNS address"
Enter the preferred : 8.8.8.8 ---- Enter Alternate : 8.8.4.4
CONGRATULATION!!!!! --> just compare it before and after you use the google DNS ^^

4. Using Youtube Feather Beta

This is the new way. I got this way from my friend and it works, this is unbelievable i think. The purpose using this is to accelerate the ping of youtube to our computer (same with google dns).

How to :

First you mustopen this page : http://www.youtube.com/feather_beta
Click "Join the 'Feather' Beta"
Check if the 'Feather' Beta works or not by watching this video : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QjA5faZF1A8&fmt=5 ( J.Cannon with Cannon Rock haahah i love this )
If its work then you should see in the right sidebar a green box like this : " You are currently in the "Feather" beta "

P.S : I have checked on this and not all the video we can watch with this way : (

Creatures on Mariana Trench ( Updated !! )

Have you ever heard about this trench? the largest and deepest trench in the world??

Here is the location : 11"21' North latitude and 142" 12' East longitude (search with google earth)

The depth of this trench is approximately 11.034 meters or 36.201 ft or in other words if the trench is Mt. Everest ( 8.848 m ), then the summit of that mountain is 2.076 m under the sea. (how amazing !!)

I got the pic to see how deep the trench : P ...

now, we will look what's inside the trench..
this is just some creature that live in the trench ..

I combine the KAV & KIS from Karpersky Lab with Smadav ( Indonesian antivirus ). Now, i'll tell you how we can check our antivirus if they still working or not. This is just a simple tips to check it. Actually this is a script that EICAR (European Institute for Computer Anti-virus Research) have made.

EICAR, the European Institute for Computer Antivirus Research, was founded in 1991 as an organization aiming to further antivirus research and improving development of antivirus software. Recently, EICAR has furthered its scope to include the research of malicious software (malware) other than computer viruses and extended work on other information security topics like content security, Wireless LAN security, RFID and information security awareness. Now this is what you need to do :
1. Open Notepad
2. Type :
X5O!P%@AP[4\PZX54(P^)7CC)7}$EICAR-STANDARD-ANTIVIRUS-TEST-FILE!$H+H*
3. Save as file with ext .com (example : checkantivirus.com)
4. If after awhile you save as that file and your antivirus detect it rapidly it means your antivirus still working and if not you should update your antivirus or change it to a better one.

If you think that quiet or not doing anything don't need any energy, YOU WRONG!
When we sleep the functions of our body will always work, like a respiratory system, circulatory system, etc.
Despite we're sleeping we will always need energy for our body...

BASIC NEEDS ( Kcal/day )

Basic needs is energy that we need for our body to carry out its function when we're FULLY REST or SLEEPING.
And... of course basic needs for everyone are different depends on their age, sex, weight even the temperature.
The temperature will affect the work of our body about 5 %.

Simple Formula to count your basic needs

Male : Basic Needs = Your Weight * 24 * 1.0
Female : Basic Needs = Your Weight * 24 * 0.9

Q : Why women needs less energy than a men ?

A : It's because women have adipose tissue that more than the men . Adipose tissue consume less energy than a muscle tissue, or in other words a man will eat more food than a women despite they have the same weight.

Capital Capacity ( Kcal/day )

Capital capacity is the energy that we need to do all the ACTIVITIES in 1 day. It depends on what we're doing, what's our job, more harder the job you do more energy/calorie you need. Beside that, digestion system or pregnancy period will affect too.

To count the capital capacity, then the experts have done an experiment.
The experiment was carried out with measuring the respiratory gas when someone do the activity so that they can know how much energy that she need . Look at the pic below

These activity is divided into 6 parts that we called it PAL (Physical Activity Level) factor

PAL (physical activity level) Factor

-PAL 0,5
for sleeping activity

-PAL 1,2
For people that just could only sit or lie ( the old person >65years , sick person )

-PAL 1,4 - 1,5
for the activity that not so hard such as : office worker, shop asst.,

-PAL 1,6 - 1,7
for activities that sometimes need to sit sometimes need to stand such as driver, student, teacher

-PAL 1,8 - 1,9
for activities that mostly need to stand/walk such as housework, police, etc

-PAL 2,0 - 2,4
for activities that need more energy such as athlete,construction worker, etc

Total Energy for 1 day

Total Energy = PAL average * Basic Needs

PAL Average= Total PAL score in 1 day / 24

Example :

Sex = Female
Weight = 60 kg
Job = Office Worker
---> Basic Needs = 60 x 24 x 0,9
= 1296kcal

Activities (24 h) PAL factor
8 work time 8 x 1, 5 = 12
4 housework time 4 x 1,9 = 7,6
4 free time 4 x 1,4 = 5,6
( reading book, watching TV )
8 sleep time 8 x 0,95 = 7,6
------------------------------------------------------------
Total 24 h , Total PAL = 32,8

----> PAL Avg. = 32,8/24 =1,36 !!
----> Total Energy for 1 day (24 h)
= 1,36 x 1296 kcal = 1762,56 kcal!!

SO, you need approx. 1762,56 kcal a day to do all the activities in 1 day and it is same with 429,9 grams protein or 189,9 grams fat .

If you consume food more than the value above you might get obese like this kid : P
