SocialSpark is a new service from IZEA where bloggers are paid to blog about the things they love or don't love but what caught my attention about it is the Rick Astley Never Gonna Give You Up video that pops up when you accidentally visit a SocialSpark member blog. Now that's my kind of service.

What!?! You haven't seen it? Don't worry, if you love visiting blogs then you'll eventually find one sooner or later but I hope sooner. I would love to put that pop-up here but this blog is too young to qualify for SocialSpark. Maybe after a few months then I'll try to apply for the service but in the meantime, enjoy Rolling With Rick Astley and SocialSpark.

My favorites in her Top Ten Tips are Sing Loudly and Dance and Dress Like Rick Astley specially the latter one because nobody in this universe can ever replicate that 80's Rick Astley look. Ha ha ha! Anyone who'll try would fail miserably. Only Rick Astley can capture the purity of its elegance.

As for the dancing and singing, nobody does it like Rick Astley. His dance moves are classis and his voice is phenomenal.

This is one hilarious news. It seems that the New York Mets might get Rick Roll'D all season long if Rick Astley's Never Gonna Give You Up is selected as the new 8 inning song. LOL!

Due to an onslaught of votes for write-in candidate: Never Gonna Give You Up is among the top six songs to be the new eighth inning song for the New York Mets. It actually "won" the vote, but the vote was never going to decide the song, just weed out the bad ones, says the Mets. - Mets are this much closer to getting RickRoll'd all season long

If this happens then it will be one of the funniest things ever to happen in baseball. Ha ha ha!

The Here And Now Tour is the genius idea of a guy called Tony Denton in which he brings together pop acts that were big in the 1980's to perform Here and Now. It is arguably the most successful and high profile of all 80's tours. The first show was back in 2001 and featured featured Paul Young, Kim Wilde, Curiosity Killed The Cat, Nick Heyward, Heaven 17, Go West & T’Pau.

Since then there has been 5 further UK tours as well as tours of Australia, Japan & Europe and the Summer 2007 saw the staging of 17 huge outdoor shows that sold out country wide. Many of the acts reformed or took to the stage for the first time in years to perform on these tours. The next UK arena tour will take place in May 2008 with yet another line-up that will have fans singing and dancing in the aisles.

Here And Now is a non stop show of hits, with one artiste performing immediately after the other, so far over 30 artistes have been involved in this 80s pop extravaganza.

This is somewhat funny. A guy wearing a coat which was just like the one worn by Rick Astley came out dancing and lip-syncing "Never Gonna Give You Up" to the entertainment of everyone watching the game and don't forget the cheerleaders. :D

In 2007 Rick Astley became the subject of a viral Internet meme in which 13 million Internet users were tricked into watching the video for Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up" by posting it under the name of other popular video titles. The practice was known as Rickrolling.
