I'm Back Again

Hi all,

It feels good to be back.

It seems so strange that the last time I posted here was 10/17/10. I used to love it so much -- writing down my thoughts, beliefs and convictions. But I got greedy and in my desire to get more traffic I got myself into some mental anguish which made me abandon this blog.

Life is so weird. In my absence the traffic came... some 217093 pageviews. Wow! It took some time to snowball but if I kept at it the traffic would be a few million by now.

Well that's life right. You live, you learn. That's about 200,000 in 5 years... which averages 40,000 a year. Close to 1,000 a week or more accurately 100 a day. Not bad. Maybe if I make at least 1 post a week that could get closer to 1,000 a day. That's a challenge... Get to 1,000 hits a day with no advertising by midnight December 31st 2016.

So I am back on a part time basis. Yes part-time because I'm working on my BILLION Dollar idea... yes with a "B". No I have not made my first million yet -- I'll get into details later. But for now let me give you an overview of things mostly past.

I did so many things. A lot of them didn't work out. Mostly because of my patience, or should I say lack of it.
- I lost a few thousand dollars in Forex... mostly because I was too eager to practice what I was learning before I was ready. It was a lot of fun too - well up until that point of course.
- I didn't get started on Real Estate. There was some problem on my credit report that I needed to go back to New York to resolve -- so it's still unresolved.
- I spent a lot of money on...
-- US$4,000 - Fancy Marketing training -- that I have yet to recover... I vow to recover it big-time soon.
-- US$2,000 - Software and books on Real Estate -- Well the market is down and that stuff is outdated.

But a few things went very well.
- I made a killing on eBay and Amazon for a few years. I knew the product category had a short life so I desperately tried to start my Local Marketing business and lost almost US$10,000 in 2012 trying to focus on too many aspects of the start-up all at once.

Well I live in Puerto Rico now. I'm not Puerto Rican, but while living in Miami Beach I met so many Puerto Ricans who kept telling me they missed home. So I went down there to take a look and never came back. My stuff has been in storage in Florida since then.

I had a surgery in 2014 that went very well. It's like God sent me to Puerto Rico specifically for that reason.

Last year I was down a bit until I met my business partner who made me realize that all those failures and missed opportunities WERE for MY OWN GOOD! Yes!

How could that be? Well now I know without a doubt what NOT to do. Which can only help me get to sustained success even sooner.

Yeah, yeah... success is rarely sustained. Only few have uncovered it's secrets... well I plan to be one of them.

Anyway I am on the right tracks right now. I can feel it in my bones. I wake at all hours of the day and night raring to go. I have a zest for living that I have not had in years.

So only good things to look forward to with the grace of God.

Article Subnission as a Great Way to Get Traffic

I just read an article about a blogger that wrote and submitted some 200 articles (over time), got thousands of back-links, 500,000 article views and 50,000 unique hits.Wow!

I just finished counting all the articles I've written over the past 3 years. It totals 75 or so and that is without me putting much effort into it. I imagine I would have about 500 by now if I did put some effort into it.

Anyway he said he submitted them all to articles directories and that gave me an idea. Create a list of all my articles, group them into topics, rewrite or edit the ones that need it and begin submitting them all to article directories... I would like to say 20 a week but I know it will be more like 10 a week.

But even with that in a few months I should hundreds of links back to my websites and soon after that the traffic should follow. Cool!

What would you be willing to pay $2.97 for?

Hi all,

So sorry to have taken so long to post here. I have been busy although not making any money as yet but I'm much, much closer than I was since I last postd here.

Since then I've taken a wicked Jay Abrahams Course entitled "Recessionary Income". It took 13 Months and cost me $4,500 but it was all well worth it. I learned so much and am still learning each time I review any of the tons of material that was made available to all the participants.

For the last 3 months I was evaluating a program entitled "Alignment Marketing". It teaches small business owners how to align their product or service with prospects needs in order to convert them into clients all with just 4 simple steps. The cost was almost $3000 for me to be the sole licensee in the South Florida area. I didn't go ahead with it because there was very little support... so in essence I did not know how to in turn support my (would be) clients in regards to that product. Plus it did not work that well for me.

The website that I'm focusing on right now is http://www.SAWilliams.net a website and blog featuring me as a Marketing Consultant in tandem with http://www.NowOnTheNet.com a reseller of GoDaddy's products and services. Now this I like. I got set-up with this in May and have made some money with it but it hasn't been consistent so I'm working on marketing these two websites together.

Speaking about Marketing and Websites I bought a few courses, etc., and the last one looks very promising. It's called "20 Minutes a Day" meaning once you set your website up you will be only spending 20 minutes a day marketing it.

So far it taught me to ask questions before I go off and set-up websites or blogs to make sure I have a market for what I plan and would like to do but also that I'm approaching it from the most advantageous and profitable angle or point of view. This is a golden nugget.

I also learned how to do Local SEO more effectively.And how to put up a Blog and get traffic to it really, really, fast. Plus how to use Squidoo, FaceBook and Twitter more effectively.

My BIG Picture and the ULTIMATE Promise to Myself:
All in all when I leave this world I want to go knowing that the world is a better place for me having been in it. So my motto now is: "To help at least 1,000,000 get much, much farther ahead" within the original 5 year period (which I've shifted to be by midnight on my 45th Birthday which is on August 30th 2012) which is just under 2 years from now.

I've decided that I should charge each of these people around $2.97 for reports, information and advice on things I've learned so far. What do you think? What (within the 5 areas of daily focus above) would you like to learn and be willing to pay $2.97 for?

I Am Back and It Is Time for Change

Yes all! I'm Back!!!!

Yes I admit I've been way off on this contest thing. I get bored real fast and it's a challenge for me to stay focused and on task. Besides I just did it because people say contests work... PLUS I wanted to find great staff. I went about it all wrong and with the most boring way possible. I apologize to you all.

So I spent the last two months and a half away from all my web sites so that I could come back to them with a new fresh attitude and not get caught up with what works for others... I mean why do it if your heart isn't in it (especially if it's boring)????

Anyway I'm really, reallllly tired of my day job and I really, reallllly want to quit so I knew I had to make some drastic changes.

First:
I bought P90X, a Tai Chi video, bought a scale that measures body fat, water and muscle content (cool!), that door pull up bar, wrist and ankle weights, exercise band and juicer... I know I really need stamina and energy to get my business started and keep it rolling and this will help me bring it!!!... so I'm really raring to go.

Next:
I bought a bunch of books about how to register, start and run a consulting business.

Third:
And this is a biggie! I decided against the magazine business (even though they were going to lead me by the hand from A - Z) and enlisted in Jay Abraham's (one of America's greatest marketing minds for the past twenty years or so) 13 month course entitled "Recessionary Income" at a cost of $350 a month (for 12 months as the first month was free) that's $4,200 that I don't have sitting down somewhere.

I always wanted to take a live course of Jay's ever since I first heard about him back in 1992, but they were all priced $15,000 or more. At least this way I pay a little at a time PLUS I get the added benefit of being motivated twice each month -- am I lucky or what?

I started on February 18th so you could say I have a month under my belt as one of Jay Abraham's Protege (so to speak). I've learnt sooooo much already it ain't funny. I can't wait to get started with my business and start putting what I'm learning into practice.

Greetings for 2009

Hi all,

Hope you had a lots of fun for the Holidays. I did as I've been on vacation for a few weeks. and am back and raring to go. Anyway I wish you all the happiness and prosperity you desire for 2009.

I'm bracing for a really great year because I expect the very best.

I'm always tweaking my sites in order to make them better and now am doing quite a bit with my GlobalWebsiteHelp.com site. I'm doing it old school where I'm manually trading links, Submitting it to Search Engines each Month and writing SEO'd Articles. It's going slow as I'm trading about 30 links a Month and putting up about 5 articles each Month. And submitting to 300 or so Search Engines each Month. All since mid November. It's cool though, doing it old school. This is my website focused on the Technical side of things.

One Year Under My Belt

It's been almost a year now since I've actively been on this Million Dollar (US$1,000,000) Quest. It has changed me much... Imagine thinking about earning a million dollars pretty much everyday for an entire year!!! It did quite a lot for me and my state of mind... But looking back I realized (through the Passion Test) and (to follow The Secret) I should have also been having the feelings of being the millionaire envision I will soon become. That would have brought more intensity and realistic results I believe.

I've had several trials and errors all in the public eye. I've not managed to do much... at least on the surface but I can feel my mindset and attitude have shifted dramatically over the course of the year for the better... much, much better, actually. And I feel I'm precisely where I need to be to take on the second year to be much more productive.

Going into to this was the greatest adventure online that I could come up with at the time. Some times it was frustrating but all in all I had a ball and am more motivated to stick through it all 'til 2012 the full 5 years. Anyway I learned a hell of a lot!

One thing I realized is I came up with RPM (Rapid, Passive, Massive) a few years ago and seriously intended it to be a brand. Then a few weeks ago when it came time to renew the domain names a thought came to me to scrap it all... for a more conventional domain name like GlobalWealth(etc).com and even started with GlobalWealthHelp.com but now I know I'll keep it going to a testament that what-so-ever the mind conceives it can, and if steadfastly pursued, will achieve.

So by 2012 look out for the RPMwealth(etc).com brand to be known by millions of people around the world. And when this happens (not if) ,I will be proud to know I really created something not only unique but wonderful and useful to millions.

Another thing I realized is that I usually am impatient in my business endeavors but at the same time as a computer repair technician I found I had more patience than practically all my peers (evidenced by my being able to fix/solve problems they could not). How could that be??? I'm still working on figuring that out but at least I now realize that there are laws that must be followed to achieve success (much less the gigantic, enormous success I'm envisioning).

Well what I realized is that one has to take the time necessary to build a SOLID foundation, one that can withstand anything. We all hear the saying "haste, make waste" well in most things I'm finding that to be true as taking time to redo something not properly done at the get go can sometimes be really costly.

Any how I've taken the year to learn a lot of lessons. Here are a few more below:

No man is an island
I need mentors or coaches
I need to build a solid foundation
I need to take the time to properly build a solid foundation
I need a Mastermind Group or a network of like minded individuals

But the most valuable lesson I learned is that to be a success at anything to do with business one MUST be More Effective in Marketing.

A long time ago (when I was a teenager) I learned that "everyone sells", even a baby sells his mother that he needs food by the tone of his cry or by his behavior, a husband and wife had to first sell each other that each had what the other wanted, and I could go on, and on.

But to be successful in business you have to be a much better at selling than most of your competition (the only exception of course is if you have no competition). What do I mean...? You must convince more customers that you can please them either, faster, better, cheaper, etc., than your competition, and you have to have the most concise, cheapest, most effective way to convey that message to your future customers too.

What I'm saying is that all must be congruent... the product/service you offer, the message you use to convey the offer and the vehicle you use to convey the offer.

If any of these are off your entire strategy will not be effective.

I'm happy to report that I've found 2 great products that teaches me to do all 3... one for my online business the other geared mostly to my off-line business endeavors.

I always wanted to have a contest and I also want a great competent CEO to head my small group of companies. So I decided to do a 2 for one and have a writing contest to help me find the ideal CEO.

What is the CONTEST About:
I need contest entrants to write about an experience they had, or what they know, or what they want to know, or a dream they want to achieve in the 5 areas of life (the 5 main topics presented in this blog). Then they need to do 5 things.

Traditional Website Design Does Not Work Anymore

I just wrote this article and will submit it to article directories for my new web site http://www.GlobalWebsiteHelp.com (previously known as http://www.GlobalWealthHelp.com) all as part of a massive marketing effort I'm on for these past few days to give my new web site a pretty good start.

Traditional Website Design Does Not Work Anymore

If you’re an individual or a small business owner seeking to impart information, or seeking to earn affiliate income, or seeking to promote a product or service, or otherwise seeking to put a simple website on the Internet these days, you probably are in a dilemma to locate effective website design help.

The traditional way to get a website designed just doesn’t work for the small business owner or WebPreneur anymore (I don’t know if it ever did). No it has too many problems. I should know I’m a website designer by trade since 1996 and I’ve seen and experienced all the pros and the cons out there: flashy website design but not ideal for SEO (so no SERP), websites with outdated content (so no repeat visitors), unfinished websites (not enough information or content), not to mention bad website design, sloppy html coding, slow loading images, and I could go on and on. The bottom-line is most website designers are so eager to show their talent, they usually go all out and forget about SEO and SERP (which are the primary reasons to be online in the first place, to be seen).

For years I searched for the ideal solution, one where anyone (even a child) could create a decent looking, properly SEO’d website and have it be online in a matter of hours (not days, weeks or months), all at a reasonable affordable rate.

Well these days I’m finding that web based Website Builders are the answer... but not all are created equal. I found some ranging from $10 per month to $199 per month. Some included domain names, web hosting and even web based emails, while others only included web hosting at no additional charge, while others still, charged separately for each additional service. Some were SEO friendly, others weren’t. Some included add-on features like refer others, built-in newsletter, forums, etc., while others didn’t.

Yes all that is nice but what I look for first and foremost is; is it SEO friendly? If that is there, the next thing I look for is; is it easy to use? If those two features are there I’m happy as anything else I need I can always get from a third party website as an add-on service or feature; refer others, ezine / newsletter, forum, blog, directory, even web based email and domain registration. Sometimes I don’t even have to pay for them as some of the FREE add-on services do a good enough job.

Anyway it’s all much better than using a website designer, as you are in total control, and can update the website fast and easy, when and as needed, and when you’re done with your website if you’re not too confident in your website design skills there are websites that you can join where members will offer constructive criticism of your website at no charge.

Never-the-less it’s more likely that one can find a suitable solution to fit ones pocket. And with a little searching it is indeed possible.

I am a website designer and I’ve begun using such services for my own websites, all 27 of them, why? Because they are quick and easy to use, and they free up my time to do more important things like, niche and keyword research, competition research, link exchange, inbound link building, article writing, blogging and more.

So if you do not need fancy website design services with Flash, PHP, MySQL, etc., consider this most cost effective option and keep some money in your pocket that you can use for SEO or other uses to do things you can’t do yourself like; logo creation, image optimization, and the like.

Intention, Attention, No Tension

I am very thankful these days that I'm more focused than ever... and since what you focus on shows up in your life, so too I am finding with me... for example;

1. I wanted a life coach and to meet like minded people locally and found both with Lee Clark of MyLifeCycleCoach.com. He introduced me to "My Passion Test Online" which is really helping me keep as focused as I've been lately. Now I can't wait for what great things tomorrow will bring.

2. I have also been focusing on My Passion to become Super Wealthy and recently found one of two Franchises I plan on owning to help me achieve that passion. It's along the lines of helping local businesses drum up more sales, which fits perfectly with my Unique Profit Solution business I'm working right now to start up.

It is centered around a series of 12 monthly Newsletters that teaches small business owners where to focus in order to build more profit quickly. I have 3 options; Free, $20 per month with email support, and $100 per month with 2 hours consulting via the phone.

I've estimated that I can handle up to 30 - 40 customers comfortably each month at $100 each for $3,000 - $4,000 each month which ties in with my immediate financial goal of $1,000 passively each week (after doing this for 3 or 4 months I'll hire VA's to take over these customers, making it truly passive income).

3. I've also found a few key ways to quickly build profitable niche web sites. One right after another I kept finding better information on how to locate profitable niches, build better web sites, market more effectively online, and more. Right now I'm trying them all out, slowly but surely. I'll keep you posted as to what happens.

This is so great!... I'm doing all this and more by simply following these three rules: Intention, Attention, No Tension!

Intention, means what you desire to show up in your life.

Attention, means keeping what you desire as your main focus each day in you life.

No Tension, means to just let go of the outcomes and realize that everything that happens is all in your favor...

and in no time all you desire and more will show up in your life.

Ever since 1994 I've been looking for decent, yet effective marketing on and off line and recently I've been coming up with a few really good ones, but a few days ago, I came across 2 really GREAT ones.

I'll write about the online one first... the online one has:

A multi-level component that goes 10 levels deep.
It's so simple and easy to use.
It has several ways to earn you money and
You can effectively advertise to millions.

They have an ingenious way to get your ad seen. They simply send out a few ezines /online newsletters with great information each month to all its members... but in the FREE version only people in your down-line see your ad, in the PAID version you can advertise to all members PLUS they help you build your down-line.

It's also a click trade service... the more you click on ads you like in each issue of the ezines /online newsletters you receive, the more your ads get seen in future editions of the ezines /online newsletters that each of your down-line receives... Ingenious isn't it... so in order for any member to get ad credits they have to 1. make sure they get the emails each month, 2. read the ezines /online newsletters, then 3. they must click on ads that interest them... cool!

This not only forces you to make sure you receive the ezines /online newsletters, it makes sure your read them, and pay enough attention to the ads to click on them. Incentives all around to produce valid results.

Imagine if you have 10 persons on your first level and each person you get, recruits 10 persons on their first level and this goes on for 10 levels, that's over 1,000,000, people seeing your ad in each ezine.

Imagine all this PLUS you can change your offers each month thereby promoting all that you are doing.

This is ingenious... I wish I had thought of it first.

I could go on and on, but you get the general idea.

Sorry for not posting the last few weeks but I've been busy doing and fine-tuning my Passion Test... Yes My Passion Test. Getting Things Done

Lately I've been listening to "The Game of Life and How to Play It", "Secrets of the Millionaire Mind" and a CD by "Loral Langemeier (The Millionaire Maker)" and everything they teach me I'm already aware of... but how do I not only retain it but use it?

They say repeating what you want to remember then touching yourself and making a quirky noise to anchor it is the best way to do remember something. Others say do whatever you want to remember as soon as possible is the best way... while others say simply repeating it over and over again is the best way to go.

Well I tried all 3 ways and constant repetition is the way that I remember to use most, so obviously that's the way that works best for me. But intellectually I think actually doing what I want to remember may be the best way of all. But how do I go about doing this efficiently yet effectively?

WoW! My Being Unfocused is Not a Problem Anymore

The thing I used to curse myself most for I just recently learned to love myself for... which was; I'm usually unfocused and keep skipping from one project to another... I used to hate doing that because I didn't get much done on one thing before I moved on to something else and thought I was really wasting my time and was being counter productive but I recently realized that this is an asset as I not only get to release my creativity but I have the ability to work on several projects almost simultaneously.

My Mom said to me "when you were in school you had to focus on several unrelated subjects each day, and you were productive... so what's the difference now?" Indeed there's really no difference, I just need to keep the end in mind on each project.

Another good thing about doing more than one thing simultaneously is I get a whole lot more done... and since I'm more or less in the beginning stages in 4 of the 5 areas of life I really can't progress too far in any one area as I myself am not advanced enough... so as I evolve as a person in business and other things so will my level of participation in my various projects... so they all will grow and evolve as I grow and evolve... When I think of it, that's the only way to grow as I can't do something more advanced than I am at that particular time.

With that said here's where I stand on a scale of 1 - 10 in the 5 areas of life:

Personal Development: 8 My major challenges are effective communication with myself and others in unstable conditions.
Business: 5 I still need to figure out the best business structure for each business, how to make sales, and then how to hire quality staff and support team, then put it all on auto-pilot.
Internet: 5 I still need to figure out a fast way to SEO my web sites and how to make each web site as profitable as possible, fast.
Real Estate: 3 I need to start practicing ways to profit from real estate without owning it in massive ways... Flipping a few Rent with Option to Buy should be simple enough to get started.
Financial: 2 I need to get back on the ForEx horse as I feel to master it I need to practice each day. I have a feeling I can get a good book on Tax Liens and Paper/Notes and $10,000 or so money to invest and I'm good to go.

With Business I feel having a product I can sell over and over to as many people as possible is essential. Something that I can create a system for and hire pretty much anyone to run it. A Monthly (or Annual) subscription based Newsletter seems to be ideal.

With the Internet several subscription based web sites is along the same lines too.

My Muse / Muze Update

Well there's just 2 1/2 Months left in this year (time flies) and I'm yet to make my first $10,000. Well it took me a few tries to figure out the simplest to implement yet most profitable local business for me to start.

I started out wanting to be a Personal Coach with a web site called: SAWilliams.net (now known as RPMwealthCoach.com) but realized though I was mostly on target with my life I didn't have the desire to follow through with what was necessary to easily teach and help others get on track. So I sort of abandoned it while I could come up with a better more favorable approach and execution.

I'm still trying to figure out how to monetize this Blog (RPMmillionaire.com). It's a little hard as that was not my intention at the get go. But right now my intention is to earn a modest $10 - $20 from it each day... how, is still in the works.

I started RPMwealthClub.com to help people who wanted to go on a similar million dollar quest like I am but need to tweak it quite a bit more before it becomes appealing to others as well as viable to all involved. Believe me I have a lot of desirable products and services I plan to add to this to make it a lot more appealing. In time I will add them and take it all up a notch.

Next I put together a Real Estate web site called: SouthBeachDreamSolutions.com hoping to get into Real Estate Investing when I realized finding alternative financing for myself and others would be the better way to go (I'm still passively looking for private financing to get this site really going).

Next I started a local online marketing site / business (Local.NowOnTheNet.com) to help local businesses get online then I found out that businesses do not realize the huge public demand to locate local businesses online so I would have to spend excessive time and finances to educate businesses. I recently realized that I could not afford to do that the traditional way and decided to start a more direct business and make my local site tie in some how.

Well so far the best money making business idea I came up with to help local businesses is: UniqueProfitSolutions.NowOnTheNet.com. This site is so simple it focuses on 12 Newsletters (one each Month) and all I do is research and find useful online resources to carry out the objective of each Newsletter each Month. How I aim to make money with this is to charge each business between $10 - $100 each month for unlimited access to the Newsletter as well as varying degrees of input by email or phone by me.

What would be ideal is if I get about 20 - 50 persons to sign up each week. Imagine if I had 150, 500, 1000 businesses sending me an average of $50 each and every Month, that would be about $7,500 to $50,000 each Month. And if it gets too much for me to manage I could always hire a Virtual Assistant or two to help me.

Right now I'm looking for a consultant to help me get my business and Newsletter up and running the best way possible. I have the first Newsletter up plus the Questionnaire I use to evaluate potential customer's needs. I also have a few ads I'll be putting of CraigsList.org to get some feedback. I also intend to use Google AdWords too and maybe even use eBay.com.

The last time I had really great success with a web site was in 1999 and 2000 and it took an entire 6 Months of trial and error with SEO and web site logic and layout to get Yahoo.com to send me decent steady traffic of about 100 hits each day... so I have a few more Months to go to get this site 100 or more organic hits each Month.

I finally got around to listening to "Joint Venture Mastery - The Art of Profitable Deal Making" by Jay Abraham and Marc Goldman. It's one of the courses I bought from Ebay in July when I spent the $1,000 plus. This course alone is worth the $1,000 and I'm only half way through it.

Well it's a 9 Audio CD Course of a series of conference calls where Marc Goldman (and students) ask Jay Abraham a series of questions. It comes with a transcript of the 6 x 90 minute calls and a book where Jay Abraham provides a contract, sales letters, sample emails, pretty much every thing you need to get started.

The course teaches you how to put together Joint Ventures starting on a basic level with a mom and pop store to get started. It also teaches you how to be the middle man and do Joint Ventures between two other businesses and collect a percentage of the deal from both parties.... cool!

I can't wait to get started. I can use this as an add on service for my Local.NowOnTheNet.com business marketing services as it adds a really cool super value added dimension... Imagine if I got two businesses to each earn an extra $20,000 profit each month and got only a 10% cut from each business that's a total of $4,000 each month just for having the insight and the guts to approach each company and monitor the progress of the deal -- it's all part-time (two hours maximum each week to go over paper-work) and the $4,000 is on a recurring basis for a year, or two, or three... whatever I decide. Yet Another Mega Cash Flow Muze / Muse

Hi again all,

I've been listening to "The Game of Life and How to Play It" audio book and kept repeating the 9th section entitled "Intuition and Guidance" That's where I have been having some challenges lately (and I'm sure you regular readers have noticed I'm not quite focused) and thought if I repeated it for 5 or so hours each day for a week or so it would do me some good.

So I listened and verbally repeated some of the wishes that applied to me and quite a few things are falling into place.

I wanted to make my primary income online or without too much input on my part and since listening to the audio book I've come up with some super income ideas that are inexpensive to start (but could make huge income of $100,000 or more each per year with the efforts of only one employee... me).

The one I can speak about now ties in beautifully with my local marketing business opportunity... It's using my Internet skills, knowledge and resources to help local businesses boost sales/profits using things I take for granted like writing articles/posts, putting together a Blog, putting up a web site, compiling and organizing a email list, using PPC, SEO, etc. These things (that I love doing I might ad) a standard business would have to pay someone to do for them. Then it hit me... offer a compilation of these services locally on retainer (like a lawyer) so that I can help local businesses with these aids as needed. This way I don't tie up my time and can be available only when and as needed. This couples my strengths and hobbies with an income opportunity... Ideal indeed!

Well this also includes another thing I love... consulting. Originally, I thought I would focus on personal coaching primarily as that's what I needed to focus on for myself... it didn't work... as it was a little boring and wasn't fulfilling... but right now I need to focus on business and income for myself which all seem like a much better fit as that's where it turns out that I have and can offer more expertise.

Interesting, isn't it... All these years I've been trying to figure out what I love to do that I could make a living at and the only thing that came to mind was developing web sites. That is great as I'm still doing that (developing web sites) (I have over 30 domain names and about 20 sites up but they all need tweaking, are not marketed properly, etc as I need some decent cash flow to do it all properly (either to pay my bills while I focus on them or hire others to do it for me))

Anyway, I'm thinking to offer 3 different priced packages so that my services can be afforded by most businesses. then after a while I'll see which price and customer type is ideal then eliminate the rest (or delegate those customers to my employees) and focus on the best/ideal.

I just got the recent copy of "Entrepreneur Magazine" that had a few articles that will help me get started fast.

Between "The Four-Hour Work Week" book, and Loral (The Millionaire Maker) Langemeier's "Cash Machine" book's focus on finding a mega cash flow business or Muse/Muze I think this is it. I can run it for 6 months or so then hire others to run and maintain it from that point on. This is also a recession proof business.

I would love to make $100,000 or so the first year (which is not impossible) but I think getting a system that can be replicated easily is more important at this point (aiming to do what McDonalds have done) so that I have a fool proof system when I eventually hand over the reigns of the company to employees.

Jim Banks Probate Profits Made Easy Course

Hi,

I'm not too sure how too proceed with this but I bought "Jim Banks Probate Profits Made Easy Course" in February 2008 and still haven't figured out how to locate probates in Miami Beach, Florida as yet (I just recently moved here and am still trying to find my way around). I want to meet others (locally and Nationally) who have bought this course and start a support group (so-to-speak) to share how to, ideas and tips.

What would be ideal is to eventually have a nationwide database of probate property listings - for example, even if I learned how to locate probates at the courthouse or online I'd rather someone else do all the long, boring and tedious work to locate the property and the people to contact and sell me that information so that I can take it from there. I bet that there are other people out there that would do the same too and pay someone for the time to bring complete probate properties ready to make offers on to them.

More on My Local Marketing Website

Hi all,

Yet another twist or should I say wonderful detour in my life and million dollar quest. Yes I'm back to focusing on my Local Marketing website as I've put my Real Estate Investing site on hold after reading an article that reminded me of how I got loads of traffic to one of my websites in 2000. I forgot about it and got caught up in the hype of 'get good links first' to get high natural SERP , and PPC marketing and forgot about writing 25 - 30 good articles featuring good targeted keywords and putting them on my site to attract traffic to my Local Marketing website. So I decided to stay focused on my 'Local Marketing' site at least until I get the 25 - 30 SEO'd keyword rich articles and site map page up, running and submitted to the top search engines.

I was lucky to find an interesting software for a word cloud and article website that would make it simple and straight forward to upload the SEO'd articles, make a site map and provide interesting links to the articles and my other websites and other sites of interests, money making affiliate sites, etc. So you see I plan to make my NowOnTheNet.com domain focus on a few different things including:

Niche Sub-Directories: I plan to have several 'Squeeze Pages.' Each would focus on a single topic like 'Local Marketing,' then I intend to write 25 - 30 keyword targeted articles on the subject and have them all link to the 'Squeeze Page.' These articles would attract natural SERP (or even PPC) traffic that would pre-sell what is available for sale on the 'Squeeze Pages.'
Affiliate Link Farm: I could have lots of keywords with my affiliate links. This is an easy way to offer recommendations to my affiliates and profit hopefully handsomely from it.
Start Pages: I could grow my own Internet Empire by creating 'Start Pages' filled with interesting yet profitable links. Then I could build traffic exponentially by requesting that my visitors change their home page to my 'Start Page.'
Give Links Away as a Bonus: I could build community and thank my key subscribers, members or customers by offering free links to their sites.
Last But Not Least: I could trade links with quality sites or even sell links later on.

I can have unlimited links on the main page but I think 100 in enough (or maybe too much). Anyway with a domain name like NowOnTheNet.com and the word cloud software and site the possibilities are endless. But for now I intend to focus on the 5 topics with an emphasis on 'Marketing Online' including 'Local Marketing.'

Another thing I noticed is that I need to have a link on a site already indexed by google to get listed in google sooner, so I'll join LinkReferral.com for that purpose PLUS to get feedback on my site.

Private Financing to Buy Real Estate

Hi all,

What am I talking about "Private Financing to Buy Real Estate????" Well I'm still having trouble with AdWords and my http://Local.NowOnTheNet.com muse so I deleted the ad campaign and am trying to decide if I should buy a program on how to effectively use AdWords in order to continue with marketing that project while I wait for the local natural SEO to kick in.

I realized ebay won't work for this. So I moved back to my Real Estate Related site... http://www.SouthBeachDreamSolutions.com I think I'll change the focus of this site from my Real Estate Investment site and make it a service based site and be just the facilitator so it will be my second muse.

You see initially I wanted to buy and sell Real Estate in South Beach with this site but lately I've been speaking with my Mom and we plan to go tour the world for about 8 months starting in March 2009 so I won't have much time to focus on Buying and Selling Real Estate between now and then... but I would be able to focus on something Internet based while I'm away so I decided to put all that I've learned about Real Estate and my resources to good use and work on re-purposing the site to focus on Private Financing.

I figure lots of people want to buy or sell Real Estate... even though right now there are lots more sellers than buyers I think if I make it easier for buyers I'll attract people who really want to buy but can't for one reason or another... all I have to do is eliminate the problems.... (1.) Lack of good credit. (2.) No down payment. (3.) Inadequate financing for people who have a solid job (steady income) for at least 2 years or so. I figure Private Financing would solve all those problems so I'm currently on a quest to learn all I can about private financing and locating private financing sources in my area.

I think once I understand it enough and locate local Private Financing I will have a very unique service to offer both buyers and sellers of local Real Estate... but I think in order to overcome abuse and misuse I'll have to educate buyers on how to best use such a precious resource and maybe offer a test to make sure they understand it thoroughly. But all in all I think I have a great idea here... what do you think?

In the meantime I'll work on making my Real Estate site more informative and add some income producing links to ebay, amazon and other Real Estate and Private Financing resources.
