Educational Qualifications: Candidates must possess 3 year Diploma in Civil/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engg or B.E./B.Tech. in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engg (Minimum 60% for General, 55% for OBC/SBC and 50% for SC/ST/PH candidates).

Application Fee: General category and OBC/SBC (Creamy Layer & Non Creamy Layer), who are bona fide resident of Rajasthan candidates have to pay Rs. 250/-, Physically Challenged/ SC/ST category who are bona fide resident of Rajasthan must pay Rs. 125/- as application fee in the shape of Demand Draft of the amount mentioned above from a Nationalized bank in favor of “RKCL” or “Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited” payable at Jaipur.

Selection Process: Selection of candidates will be done on purely merit basis.

How to Apply: Candidates have to apply through online website http://oasis.rkcl.in/dlb from 05-04-2013 to 30-04-2013. Candidates have to send a hard copy of the online application along with relevant documents, DD, Affidavit, duly signed application form and postage and send it by Regd Post/ Speed Post to Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation limited (Recruitment Cell), 7-A, Jhalana Institutional Area, Jaipur-302004 on or before 07-05-2013.

Instructions for filling online Applications:
1. First Candidates have to scan their photo and signature.
2. Now log on to website http://oasis.rkcl.in/dlb from 05-04-2013 to 30-04-2013.
3. Fill personal information and contact details by clicking on “Apply Online” Link.
4. At the End of Registration Process Candidates will receive Login ID and Password.
5. Make a note the received ID & Password.
6. Make Payment in any nationalized bank according to category.
7. Now revisit the website by using Login ID & Password and complete the application form with DD details, educational details and other required information.
8. Upload photo and signature and submit it.
9. Take Print copy of online application.
10. Write Name and application form number on the reverse of DD.
11. Attach Notary Affidavit as indicated on application form along with DD.
12. Enclose necessary documents to Application and send it on or before stipulated period to above mentioned address.
