RSD KTM 690 CafeMoto

We've been itching to do another KTM build so we were pretty stoked when this came in. Lightweight road racers are our favorite thing to build. We helped to introduce this genre with the 450 Super Single project years ago, and are happy to keep it going with bikes like this. There’s nothing quite like a sub-300lb. motorcycle with 60 plus HP, great suspension, big brakes and sticky tires. The KTM 690 is perhaps the perfect starting point for such a bike.

Shaw Speed & Custom adds another bike to their portfolio of custom motorcycles after being commissioned by Motorcycle Racing Legend and British Super bike champion Shane 'Shakey' Byrne often known as Shakey, who is a British motorcycle road racer. He is a three-time champion of the British Superbike Championship (2003, 2008 and 2012), a race winner in the Superbike World Championship and a former competitor in MotoGP.

RSD BMW Concept 90

We are proud to announce the unveiling of the BMW Concept 90 today at Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este in beautiful Lake Como, Italy. This year is the 90th anniversary of BMW Motorrad and the 40th anniversary of the R 90 S. This bike pays homage to the Daytona Orange boxer from the Seventies.

Morris Line

The Morris is a blast from the past with the full RSD update. Seven tapered spokes are a simple but effective way to connect rim to hub in a classic road race pattern. Further pocketing towards the outer edge of the rim lip offer a further reduction in weight and add a stylish detail. Design matched discs, pulley and air cleaners are also available.

BMW S1000 RR DRAG BIKE

We've always loved going fast. Most of the time it involves corners. That's not the case with our first BMW s1000rr build. This bike is purpose built for getting down a drag strip as fast as possible with the least amount of drama. The S 1000rr is the perfect drag race candidate a it's incredibly powerful and light. We've taken full advantage of those aspects to create a bike capable of 8 second 1/4 mile times at over 160mph with a stock motor.

This bike was built for Drag Specialties to showcase our products and show how versatile the Sportster can be. You will be amazed with what you can achieve with a few modifications and a bunch of bolt on parts. The tail section, rearsets and vented front valance are prototype’s and both will be a direct bolt on. Look for them to be available early next season. RSD Seat Line

When we set out to build a line of RSD seats we didn’t want to reinvent the wheel. It was more about taking what we love about the classic designs and blending it with non-traditional styling. The seat shapes are both comfortable, yet still as thin as we could make them while the patterns push classic design and styling cues well past current trends. Borrowing from fashion and Italian automotive themes has given us the unique blend we were looking for with a surprising level of comfort.

Our new seat line has been a massive step in a new direction and one which the team at RSD and Mustang seats is very proud to introduce. Sportsters really are the most versatile bike out there. You can easily transform a Sporty from Café Racer to Scrambler to High-Bar Cruiser, just by swapping out a few parts. That’s exactly what we did here. What used to be the “Hurley Sportster” from last year, has been modified into something that makes you want to hit the highway and put down some real miles. With taller bars and a comfortable seat, you’ll easily catch yourself many miles from home come Sunday. Performance gains from our new Slant Carbon intake and exhaust give you more than enough power to push through the wind. The Wanderer is a true high performance cruiser with nimble handling. RSD Headlights

Design matched to our Tracker, Chrono and Vintage components our Headlights are subtle, yet with enough design cues to keep it proper. Our beautifully machined forged billet housing and bezel do a fine job of capturing our DOT rated lens and bulb to illuminate any road you wish to travel.

Hell on Wheels Softail

Hell on wheels is a nod to vintage fighter planes. The satin blue paint and Air Force graphics and stripes take you back while the detailed motor internals and clarity products take you inside what the machine is doing. Just enough vintage leather coupled with a host of black ops products work together in a way you would not at first expect. It's this crazy blend of aged styling, leather tooling, brass, rivets, spring seats, with a new school approach of carbon fiber, Black Ops finishing, upside down forks and radial brakes, that defines much of our bike builds.
