Propecia side effects are considered few and rare but you should stop your treatment and seek immediate medical attention if you start experiencing any signs of an allergic reaction (such as throat closing; difficulty breathing; swelling of the lips, face, tongue; or hives).

You may continue taking Propecia, but you should alert your personal physician if you experience any of the following less severe side effects

• decreased libido;
• impotence;
• decreased volume of ejaculate;
• breast enlargement or tenderness.
