Roman, it would change only if your network card was replaced or changed, as the MAC address is specific to network hardware.

Thanks for the good article. I found that with the latest firmware for WRT54GS and Airport Express, my own successful setup differs a little from yours. Specifically most of my problems had to do with Firewalls and Anti-Virus programs. You can find my full solution here:

For me this was caused by GOOGLE TOOLBAR. If you have it, DUMP IT.
I did and the problem went bye-bye.

Good insights. I’m with you on many respects. I talk to folks almost every day who don’t realize they have to plug their iPhone into a computer at some point. Some folks don’t even have computers – the iPhone is their sole connection to the web and their data!

For this and other reasons, I see mobileme becoming much more full-featured a service. With the addition of iWork for OS X mobile, transferring and storing data on your iDisk from within those apps will surely be an option. The current syncing works well between cloud and iPhone – the desktop is the bottleneck.

And, on another matter, I’d love iCal on my Mac to look like the iPad version!

Have never tried anything like that, although I can’t see why the Sitecom wouldn’t be able to act as a client of the Express, and then pass that connection off to the ethernet clients. Good luck!

I am getting crazy trying to bridge an Airport Express (last generation, 7.5 version) with a Sitecom WL-183, the Airport Express being the master (192.168.0.1), to use the four ethernet ports of the Sitecom in another room.
Do you have ever tried this kind of connection?
Do you have any recommendations?

My places.sqlite is over 500M !
Run sqlite3 VACUUM, it shrink to 420M.
Then delete the hidden items as this instruction, find it still over 400M, disappointing….
Run sqlite3 VACUUM again, it shrink to 3M !
