Which means, kudos to the magazine for following the number one blogging rule of “Thou Shalt Make Catchy Headlines” Once past the headline, however, Coedmagazine.com goes on to explain how they didn’t mean “TRASHY, trashy” but more like “party-on-a-budget-trashy.” Glad they cleared that up, now I don’t feel so bad about Panama City Beach being listed, not that I really did in the first place but turns out I’m one of those people who grumbles about PCB constantly, but woe to anyone else who dares do the same.
