It took be a good hour to think of how to start this entry, and finally after that hour, I managed to start it with exactly that.

So, I've finally decided what I want to do, for the next month at least.

Reason for the list? I love anime, I love animals, and I love the idea of being in a cafe that sells a good cup of coffee!

I can't really remember why there were so many "fashion stuff" plastered, there are much less around now, but it was everywhere. Guess it's that time of the year again. It comes by often and disappears almost as quickly.

So, in the last I Heart Anime we talked about Venus to Mamoru! In this chapter, I'm gonna go into one particular episode of Kore wa Zombie Desu ka, Season 2 (simply because it involves a Maid Cafe), and highlight two more animes that you should take note of!

Yes, I'm watching them all, patiently. At the end of it, I may or may not do a thorough review of those I actually like/hate. We'll see.

If you haven't already noticed, I'm a bit of a shopaholic. I spend a good amount of time shopping online - you can check out my Shopping Guide for the list of stores I visit, as well as Blogshop Galore. With that, I decided to create the segment 'Confessions of a Shopaholic' and share all my shopping experiences/purchases.

Remember my shopping spree at Shopbop last month? Well, I "went" shopping again and got myself two new items!

#1: Pamela Dress (USD318) from Joie

I'm not sure why I was attracted to the dress; it could be the major discount or it could also be the low v-neckline cut that I've always adored.

Fingers crossed. Despite the negative reviews, I still got it anyway, so, please turn out well!

I remember Valentine's Day, people were going gaga about wedding proposal videos on YouTube. It was oh-so-creative and oh-so-sweet then. Now that everyone is doing it... not so much anymore.

I'm not really into the whole wedding proposal thing, so I know little about the topic. Come to think of it, I can't really give you that many ideas on how to propose to a girl (most are probably considered cliche). So yeah, this particular proposal I'm about to present to you, is probably not as interesting/creative to you as it is to me...

Didn't I say I'm gonna continue I Heart Anime? Here's a new chapter with five anime introductions!

I'm thinking of how to design the banner for this segment, and how to make it more read-worthy. In the meantime, check out this week's introductions and see if it's your cup of tea?

Tell me if you like it, and please don't compare to Naruto or Fairy Tail, they are of a complete different league.

1. High School DxD
Current releases: Up to episode 12 - with special episode (full)

Plot Summary: The story follows Issei Hyodo, a dim-witted, lecherous second-year high school student who is killed by a girl on his first date ever. Issei is reincarnated as a devil, and from that day forward, he serves as an underling of Riasu, a high-level devil who is also the prettiest girl on Issei's campus.

This is probably my favourite out of the five (four more coming up). Although, I have to admit, there is a lot more sexual elements in this one compared to the rest. So you kinda need to be prepared for anime nudity. Hurhur.

I wouldn't say it's exceptionally unique, but it left a strong impression. With the many anime I've watched so far, to leave an impression means it's decent enough.

Man I'm missing Vampire Knight now. Next season please?

I'm pretty excited and a little (a lot actually) depressed at the same time. Excited because, there's a new designer onboard Shopbop, which means more designer items to select from! Depressed because, a few (most, in fact) of my leather bags (a good number from Shopbop) were damaged due to the moist in my ~~cave~~ room :( .

So anyway, Shopbop has added Edith A. Miller to its list of new designers for Spring/Summer 2012!

It's just a sneak preview, so there's only four designs available. Tell me if you love it?

I cannot remember the last time I wrote in 'Dear Diary' seriously. it's been such a long time...

What a turn of events. When my family moved to Sengkang, I felt suicidal. I felt as though it was the end of the world. My room was pathetic, it was almost the size of my current closet. It's hard to imagine how I survived there for that couple of months. Plus, let's not forget, the house is like a war zone.

Now that I've moved to Sunset Way, to be honest, things are a whole lot better. And my best friend stays like 45 minutes walking distance away, which equates to just 10 minutes driving. (Why would I walk if I could drive, right?)

Funny thing, I'm moving back to Sengkang, sort of. Well, it's more of a home office thing, sharing with a friend's friend. We have a studio setup, our own bedrooms (which I'll be using for my work stuff), a kitchen (the usual) and a place for Duchess to run around!

I Heart Anime: Chapter 2

If you still recall, I started 'I Heart Anime' roughly six months ago, mainly cause of a gig I picked up. Unfortunately, I had to somewhat redraw from the gig due to other work commitments and well... I just left it as that.

I wouldn't say I'm back on the gig, it's kinda an on-off thing these day. So anyway, I've been catching up on some new titles, here's the list (there's only four so far)!

1. Accel World
Current releases: Up to episode 3 (ongoing)

Plot Summary: One autumn day in 2046, Haruyuki has an encounter with Kuroyukihime, the prettiest girl in his school. For the middle school boy who is often bullied, the meeting changes his life. Through a mysterious piece of software from her, Haruyuki learns of the existence of the virtual Accel World. In that moment, the lowest of the "school caste" becomes "Burst Linker", a knight defending a princess.

I would love to live in a reality that connects with virtual reality in an instance. No more worrying about the size or weight of my gadgets. It's all virtually attached to you wherever you go. Mobile blogging would be incredibly convenient.

In case your wondering, that isn't the plot of this anime. The anime just situates in a time where technology is quite a few steps more advance than our reality.

Hong Kong (Day 1): Disneyland - Going on a Tour #2

I really enjoyed the show, The Golden Mickeys.

The show is basically a musical singalong session featuring some of the all-time favourite Disney songs from movies such as Tarzan, Mulan, The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast (which I still sometimes sing during KTV) and more!

I've been on Drupal since the site went live (from Drupal 4.x to 6.x). Throughout the years, I faced numerous issues with the platform, one of which involves entries not reflecting, when published, to anonymous visitors. For a while, the "problem" was resolved. Sadly, it has returned to haunt me.

I've spent hours trying to debug the system, hoping to find a solution to the problem. Despite my determination/perseverance, I failed miserably.

I'm hoping this is a temporary glitch and you'll be reading this entry soon; but I fear the worst. It's been six days since my last entry was reflected. To date, this is the fourth entry I've written.

What puzzles me is that the entries, that are apparently not reflecting on the main page and feeds, are viewable to anonymous visitor (those that have not registered, or have registered but didn't login) if and when they type in the direct URLs to the entries.

I've 'Googled', read support forums and blogs/website for answers. I've tried every method suggested. No luck so far.

Pretty much in despair, I'm considering a complete migration and starting somewhat afresh on Wordpress instead.

This post is published April 17, 2012 at roughly 3.15am. Hopefully by 12 noon, I'll be getting some comments (even if it's spam). Otherwise, it probably means the entry is still not reflected on the main page and feeds, and I should end my journey with Drupal once and for all.

I nearly forgotten all about this event (publishing the entry that is) if not for a call over the weekend. Thanks to that reminder call, I managed to dig up the entry that was suppose to be published weeks ago (no thanks to my scheduler; apparently the cron function wasn't working), amended it (pretty much rewrote the whole entry), and yes, finally publish it!

So, the event was held at Old School Delights, located at 215M Upper Thomson Road, Singapore 574408.
