Safariland Service Bulletin for Bianchi Models 82, 83, 84 and 4584 Manufactured before February 2010

Re: Notice Regarding Potential for Undersized Dowel Pin in Bianchi® Models 82, 83, 84 and 4584 Manufactured BEFORE February 2010.

Safariland would like to notify Bianchi holster customers of the need to inspect the Bianchi Models 82, 83, 84 and 4584 holsters for possible loose or undersized dowel pins in the housing system. This issue potentially affects those Bianchi holsters of the identified models that were produced before February 2010. Our testing of holsters shows that the handgun will insert and draw even without the dowel pin. Nevertheless, we are asking our customers to inspect their Bianchi holster for any signs of this issue.

Please see pdf attached for details.
