<p>Dupa cum ati vazut a trecut ceva vreme de cand nu am mai postat nimic. Asta se datoreaza unei vacante prelungite pe care am hotarat sa mi-o iau deoarece vara asta, sa fiu sincer, am avut chef mai mult de plimbat decat de gatit :). Dar odata cu trecerea verii a trecut si vacanta mea si sunt chitit pe treaba. Asadar, de astazi o sa reincep sa postez noi retete, noi trucuri, noi idei care sper sa vi se para interesante si pe care sper sa le preluati. Deci <strong>fiti cu ochii pe mine</strong> si spor la treaba tuturor!</p>

<p>Bautura mea preferata in zilele caniculare.</p>
<p><strong>Ingrediente</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; 3-4 lamai ~ 250 gr zahar ~ 1 litru apa plata sau minerala carbogazoasa ~ 7-8 frunze de menta ~ cuburi de gheata</strong></p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<p><strong>1.</strong> Lamaile se spala bine si apoi se taie in jumatati pentru a fi stoarse.</p>
<p><strong>2.</strong> Dupa ce ati stors toate lamaile, puneti sucul deoparte si va apucati de sirop.</p>
<p><strong>3.</strong> Apa si zaharul  se pun impreuna intr-o craticioara la foc mediu. Se amesteca din cand in cand pentru o topire mai eficienta a zaharului.</p>
<p><strong>4.</strong> Dupa ce a inceput sa fiarba se mai lasa 2-3 min si apoi se ia de pe foc.</p>
<p><strong>5.</strong> Lasati siropul rezultat sa se raceasca.</p>
<p><strong>6. </strong>Cand siropul a ajuns la temperatura camerei atunci puteti adauga sucul de lamaie.</p>
<p><strong>7.</strong> Amestecati bine si concentratul vostru de limonada este gata. Nu va ramane decat sa-l diluati dupa preferinte cu apa plata, apa minerala sau sifon. Adaugam feliile de lamaie pentru decor si dam carafa la frigider.</p>
<p><strong>8.</strong> In momentul servirii adaugam in carafa cuburi de gheata si decoram cu frunze de menta.</p>

<p><strong>Ceapa</strong> provine din regiunile de stepă din Asia centrală şi de vest, probabil teritoriul Afganistanului de azi. Este una dintre cele mai vechi plante de cultură, fiind apreciat la ca. 5.000 de ani în urmă, cultivat ca plantă medicinală, condiment şi ca legumă. În Egiptul antic ceapa era oferită zeilor, sau era folosită ca monedă de plată de a ajunge în rai, astfel au fost plătiţi şi lucrătorii care au clădit piramidele. S-au găsit dovezi, resturi de ceapă la descoperirea mormântului lui Tutankamon. O tablă cu inscripţii sumeriene cuneiforme datând cu 4.000 de ani î.e.n. dinCodul lui Hammurabi conţine descrieri de ogoare cultivate cu castraveţi şi ceapă, precum era amitit şi ajutorarea săracilor cu pâine şi ceapă. La romani ceapa constituia un element important din alimentaţia de bază. Legionarii romani au fost acei care au contrubuit la răspândirea cepei „cepula“ în Europa centrală. În Evul mediu ceapa nu lipsea de pe masa locuitorilor Europei fiind folosită şi ca amulet contra pestei. În secolul al XV-lea olandezii încep să cultive diferite variante de ceapă ca şi culoare, formă şi gust.</p>
<p>După metoda de cultivare, există &#8222;ceapa de vară&#8221; şi &#8222;ceapa de iarnă&#8221; . Ceapa de vară este semănată primăvara timpuriu şi recoltată în luna august şi septembrie. E poate fi depozitată până în luna martie a anului următor. Ceapa de iarnă, mai zemoasă şi mai puţin iute, este semănată în august, devine adultă numai în primăvara următoare şi poate fi recoltată în luna iunie, însă nu poate fi depozitată pentru o perioadă de timp îndelungată.</p>
<p><strong>Beneficii consumare ceapa</strong></p>
<p>Ceapa este consumata atat proaspata, cat si congelata, conservata, murata sau macinata (sub forma de pudra). Aceasta leguma poate fi folosita, de regula tocata sau maruntita in orice tip de mancare: in salata cruda sau gratita in diverse feluri. Ceapa murata in otet este consumata ca gustare sau ca garnitura la mancarurile de peste. In India, ceapa este un aliment fundamental in bucataria traditionala, fiind utilizata ca baza pentru curry.</p>
<p><strong>Beneficii:</strong></p>
<p>* Afectiuni respiratorii Ceapa aduce o varietate de beneficii sanatatii organismului. Si-a dovedit eficacitatea in tratarea racelilor, tusei sau a astmului. Medicina chineza utilizeaza ceapa pentru a trata anghina, tusea, infectii bacteriene si diverse probleme respiratorii, aceasta leguma fiind recunoscuta pentru capacitatea sa de a reduce spasmele branhiilor..</p>
<p>* Anorexie, arteroscleroza si cancer de colon Ceapa este, de asemenea, utila in tratarea apetitului scazut si pentru prevenirea arterosclerozei. Reduce riscul dezvoltarii cancerului de colon, intrucat este bogata intr-un tip de oligomeri care stimuleaza cresterea unei bifidobacteria sanatoase si inhiba dezvoltarea unor bacterii potential nocive in colon.</p>
<p>* Afectiuni cardiovasculare Prin continutul de sulfide, ceapa poate scadea lipidele din sange si presiune arteriala. Este un anticoagulant natural, proprietate corelata cu prezenta sulfului in continutul cepei.</p>
<p>Alte afectiuni ce pot fi ameliorate cu ajutorul cepei:</p>

* Pneumonia<br />
* Obezitatea<br />
* Inflamatii</p>
<p>* Constipatia – ceapa poate functiona ca un laxativ usor</p>

<p><strong>&#8211; 2 portii &#8211;</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; 4 cartofi medii ~ sare ~ piper ~ ulei de masline ~ 2-3 fire de ceapa verde ~ 200-300 g smantana ~ 2-3 fire marar<br />
</strong></p>
<p>Spalati bine cartofii cu un burete dupa care lasati-i sa se usuce sau stergeti-i cu un servetel. Taiati-i pe latime felii foarte subtiri, dar nu pana jos ( pentru a-mi fi mai usor si pentru a fi sigur ca nu ii tai pana jos, eu am pus de o parte si de alta a cartofului cate un capac de borcan si astfel cutitul se opreste in capace si reusesc sa nu ii tai de tot :P). Presarati sare si piper dupa care adaugati cate o lingura de ulei pe fiecare cartof in parte. Bagati-i la cuptor (incalzit in prealabil) pentru circa 1 ora. Verificati daca s-au facut, deoarece timpul de coacere este conditionat si de marimea cartofilor, si daca acestia sunt patrunsi scoateti-i si serviti-i calduti cu smantana amestecata cu ceapa verde si marar (acesta din urma fiind optional).</p>

<p><strong>&#8211; 250 ml iaurt simplu ~ 130 ml lapte ~ 180 ml pulpa de mango din conserva sau 200 g mango proaspat, fara sambure si feliat ~ 3-4 lingurite de zahar (dupa gust).</strong></p>
<p>Puneti toate ingredientele intr-un blender si mixati timp de 2 minute, apoi turnati in pahare si serviti. Poate fi pastrata in frigider pana la 24 de ore deoarece este o bautura pe baza de iaurt.</p>

<p>Excelenta pentru un mic dejun reusit :). De fiecare data cand fac aceasta minunata paine in ou imi amintesc de copilarie deoarece mama obisnuia sa mi-o prepare pentru micul dejun. Si trebuie sa recunosc ca este nemaipomenita :). Puteti sa o mancati cu sare si piper, gem, zahar sau cu orice va trece prin minte si vi se pare ca merge.</p>
<p><strong>&#8211; 2 portii &#8211;</strong></p>
<p><strong>&#8211; 4-6 felii de paine ~ 2,3 oua ~ 2,3 linguri lapte proaspat ~ ulei pentru prajit</strong></p>
<p><strong>1.</strong> Intr-un castron, bateti ouale impreuna cu laptele.</p>
<p><strong>2.</strong> Puneti cateva linguri de ulei intr-o tigaie teflonata si lasati sa se incinga.</p>
<p><strong>3.</strong> Treceti feliile de paine prin ou (in asa fel incat sa fie acoperite peste tot) si puneti-le la prajit circa 1-2 minunte pe fiecare parte (pana acestea capata o culoare aurie).</p>
<p><strong>4.</strong> Dupa ce s-au rumenit scoateti-le pe un platou, asezonati cu sare si piper sau gem de orice fel si serviti imediat (sunt extraordinare si presarate cu zahar).</p>

<p>Campionatul Internaţional de Gătit în Aer Liber este un eveniment tip competiţie şi este organizat la nivel internaţional. Competiţia este structurată pe 2 etape: Etapa Bucureşti  şi Etapa Cluj-Napoca. La fiecare etapă este liberă să concureze orice persoană care respectă cerinţele impuse de către regulament şi comisia de jurizare.</p>

<p>Numele stiintific al salatei este <strong><em>Lactuca sativa</em></strong> si face parte dintre salatele consumate frecvent de catre toata lumea, ea aparand in tot timpul anului.  Salata verde poate fi consumata ca atare sau poate fi pregatita sub forma de supe sau ciorbe, prin adaugarea unor ingrediente.</p>
<p>Salata constituie un aliment de improspatare, de revigorare si de curatire a organismului.  Este cunoscut efectul ei de stimulent al poftei de mancare si contribuie la obtinerea unor valori normale ale indicelui de hemoglobina, continutului in vitamine si saruri minerale.</p>
<p><strong> </strong></p>
<p><span style="color:#000000;"><strong>Sarurile de iod previn si combat reumatismul</strong></span></p>
<p>In frunzele de salata se gasesc numeroase saruri minerale, dintre care le mentionez pe cele de iod, magneziu, fosfor, cupru, arsenic si zinc, toate cu roluri importante in desfasurarea normala a proceselor metabolice.  Sarurile de iod au efect antisclerotic mai ales asupra vaselor cu diametru mare, depurativ, hipotensor si asigura functionarea normala a glandei tiroide, cu rol deosebit de important pentru persoanele varstince.  Sub forma naturala, sarurile minerale nu prezinta fenomene de intoleranta la iod.  Sarurile de iod previn si combat reumatismul, imbatranirea precoce a tesuturilor, a hipercolesterolemiei, iar pe copii ii ajuta la crestere.  Alte alimente care contin iod: algele, ceapa, usturoiul, spanacul, varza, morcovul, prazul, rosiile, perele si strugurii.</p>
<p>Sarurile de magneziu constituie un stimulent al celulelor, un reechilibrant nervos si un drenor hepatic.  Aceste saruri intarzie imbatranirea si combat cancerul.  Sarurile de magneziu se gasesc in orz, ovaz, porumb, grau, cartofi, curmale, spanac, sfecla rosie si polen.  Se folosesc in astenii, tremuraturi, tulburari digestive (hepatobiliare in special), in afectiunile reumatismale si altele.</p>
<p>Sarurile de fosfor au rol plastic si dinamic.  Ele se combina cu vitamina D si mentin la valori normale calciul din organism.  De altfel,  influenteaza si functionarea normala a sistemului nervos.  Se gasesc in cereale, usturoi, morcov, telina, ceapa, rosii, praz, nuca, polen si struguri.</p>
<p>Sarurile de cupru sunt indispensabile vietii celulelor si a fomarii oaselor; ele combat afectiunile reumatice si canceroza, sunt antivirale, antiinflamatorii si intervin in functionarea tiroidei, fiind un element antiviral si antigripal.  Se gasesc in migdale, nuci, alune, grau, sfecla rosie, ceapa, spanac, praz, cirese, mere, portocale, struguri, polen etc. Impreuna cu vitamina C, intervin favorabil in gripe, afectiuni reumatice etc.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#000000;">Salata contribuie la stergerea urmelor stresului de peste zi</span></strong></p>
<p>La randul lor, sarurile de zinc care sunt prezente in frunzele de salata au efect benefic in formarea globulelor rosii asupra glandelor genitale, a hipofizei si a pancreasului.  Ele se mai gasesc in sfecla rosie, grau, orz, varza, spanac, rosii, piersici, portocale etc.  In fine, sarurile de arsen sunt tonice si reconstituante, inlesnind respiratia. Sunt indicate in toate formele de lipsa de mancare, in unele afectiuni reumatice, in bolile de piele si ca energizante.  Sunt prezente in grau, orez, usturoi, varza, spanac, morcov, cartof, mar etc.</p>
<p>Dar, in afara sarurilor minerale, salata mai contine si multe vitamine: A, B, C, D si E.</p>
<p>Existenta sarurilor minerale benefice si a principalelor vitamine dau organismului rezistenta la infectii si virusuri si elementele necesare functionarii normale a organismului.  Salata mai contine multa clorofila, ce are rol antianemic, aminoacizi si mucilagii in cantitate mare cu rol deosebit de important in normalizarea digestiei si a tranzitului intestinal, fiind un real ajutor, sub forma de laxativ, pentru cei ce sufera de constipatie.  Tot in salata verde se gasesc si substante chimice cu rol de hormon care explica doua calitati ale ei, si anume: salata este un sedativ, consumata mai ales seara, contribuie la stergerea urmelor stresului de peste zi si are calitatea de a induce un somn fiziologic.  In al doilea rand, actiunea sedativa se manifesta sub forma unui efect anafrodisiac, de sedare sexuala, in cazurile de hiperexcitabilitate sexuala si aceasta datorita substantelor cu functie de hormon feminin (estrogen).  In afara acestui efect aceste substante cu rol de hormoni au un rol deosebit de important in mentinerea integritatii pielii si a vindecarii multor afectiuni ale acesteia.  Salata verde isi gaseste intrebuintari in unele maladii psihice, ale inimii (eretism cardiac), in insomnii, in unele afectiuni ale cailor respiratorii (bronsita), in diabet, in unele afectiuni reumatismale (guta, artrita), in menstre dureroase, constipatie, afectiuni hepatice etc.  Din salata se prepara un decoct astfel: 1 salata bine spalata se fierbe timp de 20 minute cu circa 600 ml de apa.  Se obtine un decoct cu care se curata pielea mai ales in cazurile de acnee (se pun comprese) sau psoriazis.  Aceste comprese mai au si calitatea de a tonifia pielea fetei (lotionari).  Se foloseste lichidul la temperatura camerei.  Mastile de salata (cu decoct de salata) sunt indicate in cuperoza si intretinerea tenurilor uscate.</p>
