Actually, it’s not really a vacation because her travel was job-related. However, my sister told me that she traveled a lot during her stay there. There’s this Israel taxi service that she always used and so far, she had no complains.

Mine was just so-so. I had a problem with our washer unit last weekend. The laundry hamper is now overflowing and it’s becoming an eyesore.

Today, the repairman from the appliance repair center came in to fix the unit and I’m glad that it’s finally back to normal.

Yehey! I can now wash our clothes.

Speaking of which, I gotta go.

We went to their house last Sunday for a barbeque party and Josh showed us his tricks. Makes me want to become a DJ someday too. LOL, just joking!

This weekend, we’ll be attending a birthday party of my hubby’s niece. She’s a music lover so we’re going to give her one of those Godin Guitars that she had wanted for so long now.

I also love playing guitar but lately, I haven’t practiced much. I guess I’ll start practicing playing guitar again so that I can teach hubby’s niece how to play the gift that we’ll give to her.

Lesson learned: act now and don’t wait for the last minute.

I am so excited to learn how to play the basic chords on the mandolin. Is it really going to be terribly difficult than strumming a guitar or a ukulele? I am into folk novelty, classical and a little of folk rock. Surely, I foresee that learning to play this instrument is never hard for someone like me who has the skill of strumming guitar and ukulele.
Maybe playing mandolin may become my “cup of tea” soon. Of course, I have to acquire first a mandolin at musicians friend and it must be now.
