Isolate the data you need to determine the success of any campaign during any period of time.

Introducing new preset date filters, giving you greater flexibility in segmenting the data you need, when you need it:

Previous day
Current day
Previous week
Previous month
Previous quarter
Previous year
Custom date (for custom defined date ranges, including the ability to select a single day)

Based on the date range selected, Email Summary reporting will be updated providing you a tailored view of your Campaigns and Triggered messages.

Create Push & In-App Campaigns and View Performance Metrics Directly within Sailthru

Send Push notifications and In-App templates directly from the Sailthru platform. You also gain more visibility of your reach – as audience preview will display the count of profiles your lists and campaigns will target. Additionally, you will be able to report on opens, impressions, and revenue for all of your Push & In-App campaigns in one place with Push & In-App Summary. And, as a reminder, you can also utilize your Push notifications and In-App templates directly within your LO flows! Read about it here.

Coming Soon: View customer engagement of your content and tags over time

Soon, you will be able to understand how your customers engage with your content and tags over time. The Content Summary report will give you visibility into trends relating to your content engagement by comparing page views, clicks from emails, revenue and purchases year-over-year. This will help you understand the ranking of your content and tags over a period of time, as well as what the highest performers were daily, weekly, and monthly. If you’re interested in previewing the Content Summary report and providing feedback, please let your CSM know.

Hosted Page Composer

Tired of building your sign-up and subscription management pages with HTML? Well, we’ve got you covered! We’re excited to announce a drag-and-drop, visual hosted page builder – Hosted Page Composer.

Hosted Page Composer provides you with elements that you can drop into a page – much like Email Composer. Drag image, paragraph, and spacing blocks to quickly build a page that matches your brand. If you still need to customize your page with HTML, HTML blocks allow that technical marketer to customize your page with CSS and Javascript. The most exciting part about the Hosted Page Composer is how easy it is to create forms! Simply drag a form element into the page, adjust the input fields that appear in the form, and set the variable or profile element. For more information, see the Hosted Page Composer documentation.

Multiple Sailthru SMS From Numbers

We’re excited to announce that you can to send Sailthru SMS messages using different From numbers! We want to ensure that you’re following SMS best practices, so it’s recommended that you use a different From number for each use case you intend to send. You’ll have a number dedicated for SMS marketing messages and another number for SMS transactional messages. That way, your subscribers can continue to receive messages they’re interested in if they opt-out from one of your SMS From numbers. When creating an SMS template or campaign, if you have multiple Sailthru SMS From numbers attached to your account, select the From number you want to send the message with. This feature helps you out if you’re also interested in sending messages to different countries using multiple region-based numbers! Pick the number dedicated to your region of choice when creating a Sailthru SMS template or campaign. If you’re interested in learning more about incorporating SMS into your marketing strategy, get in touch with your Customer Success Manager or Strategic Account Manager today.

Early Access: New options to trigger flows with “Custom Profile Field Changed” entry in Lifecycle Optimizer

At Sailthru we’ve been listening to our customers, and we’re adding more options to the “Custom Profile Field Changed” entry, so you can have more ways to trigger your flows when a variable is modified! A flow can be now triggered when:

A variable is set for the first time in the profile
A variable has changed at all, regardless of the new value

We’ve also enhanced the current feature and you can now add multiple options for the variable value. E.g: if variable is A, B or C. If you’re interested in participating in the early access for this feature, please reach out to your CSM and we’ll let you know if you’ve been selected to take part when it’s released.

Changes to verification code when downloading PII

When downloading lists with unencrypted email addresses and PII, your verification code will be sent to your email address.

Audience Entry

Include new subscribers in an LO flow that have been recently added to a natural list or smart list with Audience Entry!

Many of you have told us that keeping subscriber lists up-to-date with newly added user profiles in Lifecycle Optimizer flows can be time consuming.

Previously, you’ve had to manually update these flows with a new list – or reload the whole list, forcing new profiles to enter the flow again – which can be limiting. We’re releasing an enhancement to the “List is loaded” entry! With Audience Entry, you have the ability to set a cadence for the loaded list to be checked, so new profiles can be entered into the flow after it has started for other profiles. You can check the list daily, or choose specific days for the list to be checked, at a specific time. List is Loaded will no longer be available as Audience Entry replaces it. Jobs Page Revamp

We’ve given the Jobs page a bit of a facelift and added some filtering capabilities to make it easier for you to look up any job in your account, especially when there’s a lot of jobs activity!

The new layout separates active vs concluded jobs, and you will now be able to find jobs easily by filtering them out. Filters available for “Active” jobs are:

Type of requester
Status

Filters available for “Concluded” jobs are:

Requested date range
Type of requester
Status

You’ll also see new information in the table, such as the progress of the job. For more information, see the Jobs Page documentation.

Exclude previously viewed/purchased content with Content Blocks

Users now have the ability to exclude previously viewed and/or purchased in their recommendations using Content Blocks. Engage with consumers/subscribers better than ever by recommending content that, in their eyes, is always new and fresh. Combine that with the improved personalization algorithms, exclusive to Content Blocks, and you’ve got yourself some powerful recommendations.
