"Mom?...when you die, can I have the house?"

Mmmmnph...

"Well, I was just wondering...
... how about the TV then?... Actually, give that to Nate, I want a bigger one."

Go away...

"Jack says the waffle iron is his, which is fine, because it hurts when the red light is on and you touch the black part. Plus, I'm more of a panini guy"

Seriously?

"The twins should definitely get the car. Especially since they are the ones who left the milk in the back. Which exploded all over the window. Although that could be a fungus. Do you know where my science kit is?"

Go back to bed, Alex...

"Oh, and my pet spider? It's missing..."
