<description><![CDATA[<iframe width="425" height="240" frameborder="0" scrolling="no" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" src="http://www.google.com/maps/sv?cbp=12,207.68992128479846,,0,10.858490566037744&cbll=53.469936,-2.302627&v=1&panoid=&gl=&hl="></iframe><br />Budget hotel chain Travelodge is to build a new 145 bed hotel on Trafford Wharf Road, directly opposite the Media City UK site, next to the Imperial War Museum North.<br /><br />Just last year two new hotels <a class='bbcode' href='http://salfordquays.org/news.php?extend.36' rel='external' >opened</a> in the Salford Quays area, the £32 a room Etap and the slightly more expensive Ramada, both on Trafford Road.<br /><br />The new build is part of a major expansion for the company, which is spending £77m on creating 1443 new rooms across the country.]]></description>
