Com o quase fim da Copa do Mundo, ou melhor, com o fim da Copa do Mundo para o Brasil (Felipe Melo e Dunga mandam lembranças por isso), chegou a hora de tocar no segundo assunto mais importante do ano: as Eleições.

Desde segunda já podem rolar passeatas, comícios, caminhadas, bandeiradas e mendicância de votos, afinal todas as convenções já foram realizadas e todos os candidatos já estão definidos.

A incoerência das Eleições começa com a divulgação dos orçamentos para campanha. 180 milhões aqui, 153 milhões ali e uma dinheirama jogada fora em santinhos, passagens, bandeirolas e afins. Dinheiro esse que doado por pessoas físicas e jurídicas, não por amizade ou simpatia a uma bandeira, mas como garantia de facilitações futuras. Praticamente um investimento, se o candidato ganha, quem doou mais recebe a maior bocada.

Incoerência que segue na formação das chapas e coligações, quando adversários históricos se unem para ganhar um segundo mais na TV, um espaço a mais no palanque. O fulano que sempre odiou sicrano esquece por 90 dias toda rivalidade. Cola adesivo, veste camiseta, carrega bandeirinha e ainda diz afirma que nunca foi adversário de ninguém.

O oposto também acontece. Candidato A que sempre foi aliado de Candidato B resolve, de uma hora para outra, mudar de partido e partir para guerra em busca de um cargo de destaque.

E ai, como ninguém mais acredita na política, como a corrupção já virou senso comum entre eleitores e eleitos e nossos parlamentares já viraram chacota há tempos em programas de humor, qualquer Mané resolve entrar na disputa. O Horário Eleitoral vira um freak show dividindo figurinhas carimbadas que já estão esquentando suas cadeiras nas Assembléias e Câmaras da vida há mais de 20 anos, e aqueles pobres coitados que resolvem fazer graça só para aparecer.

Nessa hora, tem de tudo. E mesmo tendo várias opções o povo continua votando nas mesmas laranjas podres. Naquele radialista que ajuda a comunidade pensando em voto, naquele Pastor que utiliza a sua liderança religiosa para se dar bem na vida pública e naquela filho daquele um que já fio eleito e que deve ser gente boa igual ao pai.

E em tempos em que as pessoas estão começando a pensar em que número digitarão antes de apetar o botão verde da urna, uma adaptação da história de Dias Gomes, que já foi novela e série da Rede Globo, estreará nas telonas. Dia 23 de julho entra em cartaz O Bem Amado, filme que resume diretinho o perfil de 70% dos políticos do Brasil: carisma, meia dúzia de palavras bonitas e um prato cheio de más intenções.

E ta ai, todo mundo em clima de Copa do Mundo, afinal faltam 9 dias para a bola rolar na África do Sul. O que nos faz perceber uma coisa: Brasileiro só é patriota em dois momentos: na Copa do Mundo e no desfile de 7 de setembro.

Pode ver, as ruas já estão pintadas, os carros já andam com bandeirinhas do Brasil e as lojas de R$ 1,99 faturam vendendo cornetas irritantes, apitos e chapéus verde-amarelos.

Aqui em Curitiba, os holofotes do Calçadão da Rua XV também foram caracterizados com as cores do Brasil. E todo mundo já está travestido de torcedor, mesmo aqueles que não sabem o que é impedimento, onde fica a Sérvia ou quem é Grafite.

Respiraremos futebol, saberemos o prato preferido do Josué, a música que faz sucesso em Johanesburgo e aturaremos as crônicas do Bial que são piores que os anúncios de eliminados do BBB.

Ouviremos o Galvão criar mais bordões do tipo Haja Coração e musiquinhas estilo a do Sílvio Santos. Saberemos quem é o goleador da seleção da Coreia do Norte, se é que a Coreia do Norte tem algum goleador.

Veremos os jornalistas exaltarem coisas que não têm nenhum sentido, como o duelo entre EUA X Inglaterra e Brasil x Portugal serem a disputa entre ex-colônia x metrópole.

E por causa da Copa esqueceremos de todo o resto. Será um mês de total alienação a qualquer tipo de problema que cause qualquer tipo de conseqüência de esfera municipal, estadual, nacional ou universal.

Eu, por exemplo, já estou com minha tabela impressa, álbum completo e todos horários dos jogos anotados para ver a bola rolando. Afinal, é o maior evento esportivo do planeta e só acontece de quatro em quatro anos, o resto pode muito bem ficar para depois.

O Zimbábue não é um país com tradição no futebol, porém, a imprensa local promete um jogo bastante disputado. A seleção causou muito alarde na chegada ao país. O Brasil tem a obrigação de ganhar, porém, antes de dar espetáculo, deve acetar o time para jogar a Copa do Mundo.

UPDATE 24/05:

O leitor Eduardo me alertou e, de fato, estou totalmente enganado. Até a Copa passada, não era possível duas seleções do mesmo grupo se enfrentarem nas Finais. Apenas nas semi-finais. Porém, esse ano o emparcelamento das chaves das oitavas de final foi alterado, tornando possível o confronto. Fica então a minha correção e o sincero agradecimento pelo alerta do Eduardo.

É claro que o McDonalds não podia ficar de fora, já que eles são um dos patrocinadores da Copa do Mundo 2010. Porém, a promoção que eles criaram é, no mínimo, contestavel. Explico:

O McDonalds lançou uma promoção chamada Palpite Campeão (curiosamente, o mesmo nome de uma promoção da Philips, quem chupou quem eu não sei). Para participar, você deve comer um lanche Favoritos Mc Donalds, aqueles sanduíches com nome de País (Se existisse o McHaiti, a caixinha viria vazia!) e destacar na caixinha o seu palpite campeão. Depois é só entrar no site e cadastrar a parada.

O prêmio é de R$ 2 milhões e será dividido entre todos que pariciparem. O McDonalds prometeu pelo que sobrará no mínimo milzinho.

Porém, quando peguei o meu palpite fiquei extremamente espantando. Pensei que, cada um que quisesse pelo menos concorrer poderia, mas quem criou a promoção ou sacaneou a galera ou nunca se quer organizou um campeonato de futebol de botão.  Sabe por quê? Veje ai embaixo o palpite que saiu para mim.

Problema 1: 6 a 1 em uma final? Seis a um? Apapu com este troço. Quando que uma final da Copa do Mundo terá um placar desses? Acho que não rola não eim.

Problema 2: O meu palpite está dizendo que um time do Grupo B enfrentará outra equipe do Grupo B na final da Copa do Mundo 2010. Fato, este, IMPOSSÍVEL. Duas equipes do Grupo B podem se enfrentar na semi-final. A divisão das chaves torna o meu palpite impossível.

Ou seja, se quer estou participando da parada. Um puta pega trouxa do McDonalds. Concordam?
