UPSEE 2012 OMR application form with Information Brochure can be purchased from Head Post Offices & Mukhya Dak Ghar of Uttar Pradesh beginning from the last week of Jan 2012 up till last week of February 2012 .The University shall not entertain any query regarding the unavailability of form at a particular place or on a particular date.
Interested candidates can also fillup the Online application form, from any place of their convenience through internet by logging on to www.mtu.ac.in and www.uptu.ac.in beginning from last week of Jan 2012 till the last week of Feb 2012 according to the detailed procedure given in the websites.
After pressing the submit button on the Online application form, the candidate must take printout of the completed application form for further reference. The candidate should retain his/her copy and should complete it by affixing photograph and signature and post the same along with bank challan duly verified by the bank for having deposited the fee to avoid any inconvenience later on.

Special Class Railway Apprentices' Examination (SCRA), 2012

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) will hold the Special Class Railway Apprentices' Examination (SCRA), 2012 on 29/1/2012 for recruitment to the Special Class Apprentices in the Mechanical Department of Indian Railways.

Eligibility:

Age : Not less than 17 years and must not have attained the age of 21 years on 1st January, 2012. The upper age is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC and certain other categories of candidates to the extent specified in the Notice.
Educational Qualification: Must have passes in the first or second division, The intermediate or an equivalent examination (10+2) of a University /Board approved by the Government of India with Mathematics and at least one of the subjects Physics and Chemistry as subjects of the examination.
Physical Standards: Candidates should be physically fit according to the Regulations given in notice.

Fee: A fee of Rs.100/- is payable and can be paid either by remitting the money in any Branch of SBI by Cash, or by using net banking facility of SBI or by using Visa/Master Credit/Debit Card. (SC/ST/PH/Female candidates are exempted from payment (OBC candidates required to pay full fee)).

IBPS is an autonomous body which has been authorized by the IBA and has received mandates from 19 Public Sector Banks to conduct the recruitment of Clerical Cadre posts 2 times in a year as per their requirements.

A Common Written Examination (CWE) will be conducted on 27/11/2011 by the IBPS as a preliminary stage for selection of personnel for Clerical Cadre positions in the following 19 Public Sector Banks.

Allahabad Banks / Andhra Bank/ Bank of Baroda/ Bank of India/ Bank of Maharashtra/ Canara Bank/ Central Bank of India/ Corporation Bank/ Dena Bank/ Indian Bank/ Indian Overseas Bank/ Oriental Bank of Commerce/ Punjab National Bank/ Punjab & Sind Bank/ Syndicate Bank/ Union Bank of India/ United Bank of India/ UCO Bank/ Vijaya Bank.

Successful candidates in the Common Written Exam (CWE) will be given a scorecard (Like the CAT exam scorecard of the IIM's) and may apply to any of the participating bank when the participating banks have job vacancies and the successful candidates will have to quote their personal details and their CWE scores.

Each of the participating banks will issue individual recruitment notifications, details of vacancies, eligibility criteria etc. separately as per their requirements.

Clerical posts :

Age Limits : Age between 18-28 years as on 01/08/2011 are accepted , age relaxation as per norms for SC/ST/OBC/ PWDs/ Ex.-SM
Minimum Qualification : 60% marks in Matriculate/ SSC/ SSLC/ 10th standard (passing marks for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD/ ExSM candidates only) OR 50% marks in HSC / 11th of 10+1+3 pattern (passing marks for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD/ ExSM candidates only) OR Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

Application Instruction for CWE : Interested candidates need to apply Online at IBS website from 25/08/2011 to 24/09/2011 only.

Application Fee :A fee of Rs.350/- (Rs.50/- in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates only) is payable,which can be paid online at the time of filling the application form online through Online Payment Gateways of the Banks or through Credit Card OR through NEFT OR to be deposited in any CBS branch of 6 banks out of 19 Participating banks (for fee details kindly see the detailed advertisement carefully before making the payment) .
