<li><font color="#0000FF">Heat oil in pressure cooker, add Cinnamon stick, Cloves and Bay leaf fry for few sec.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Add Onion fry till it becomes transparent.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Then add marinated chicken, Chilly powder, Coriander,Salt and the paste.</font></li>

<li><font color="#0000FF">Cut Capsicum &amp;  Paneer into cubes.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Curd should be very thick . Good &amp; perfect if it is made out of full creme milk(whole milk). It should not be so tangy.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Chop  the Onion  finely. If not possible, put it in a mixer grinder(mixie) just for 2 minutes. It will become like grated onion.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">In a mixing bowl mix Curd, Chilli powder, Garam masala powder, Turmeric powder, Jeera powder, Ginger garlic paste, Salt and Sugar. </font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">In the mixed curd add Capsicum. Leave it for atleast 1-2 hours to soak.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Heat the frying pan and add 5 tsp  of oil. Add onion and fry until the raw smell of the onion goes and it will start to leave oil in the edges</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Then add the curd capsicum mixture, saute it for 3-4 minutes. Cover the pan and leave it for 10 minutes. Just stir it often in the  regular intervals.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">In a small frying pan add 2 tsp of oil. Keep the heat in medium, add cubed paneer, sprinkle one pinch of chilli powder,  garam masala  and salt on it.  Just toss until it becomes red in corners and  soft in texture.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Add the cooked paneer to the capsicum gravy and cover it for  another 5 minutes. When the gravy starts leaving oil and colour is in pale orange, you can stop cooking. Add Coriander leaves and serve it  hot.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">For party you can make it early and just heat it  before you serve. </font></li>

<li><span style="color: #0000ff">Cut the Brinjal and Keep it aside.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #0000ff">Soak Tamarind in water for 15 minutes.  After that extract about 2 cups of tamarind juice from it.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #0000ff">Heat Oil in a pan. Add and fry the Onion for few seconds.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #0000ff">Then add and fry Tomato till it becomes soft.  Add Garlic,Ground nut,Fried gram dal and Coconut.  Fry for a min.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #0000ff">Grind all the fried items with Water.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #0000ff">Heat Oil and add Mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds.  Once it starts to splutter, add Curry leaves and Brinjal.  Fry the brinjal till it becomes soft.</span></li>
<li><span style="color: #0000ff">Then add ground items, Salt and Tamarind water.  Cook till it becomes thick.</span></li>

<p><strong><font color="#ff6600">Recipe:</font></strong></p>
<ol>
<li><font color="#0000ff">Soak chickpeas overnight. The next day morning, pressure cook with little salt for 3 to 4 whistles.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000ff">Chop Onion and Tomato. Soak Tamarind for 15 minutes. Then extract tamarind juice from it.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000ff">Heat Oil in a pan. Add Fenugreek seeds and fry till golden brown.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000ff">Add Onion and fry till golden brown. Add Tomato and fry till it becomes soft.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000ff">Add Brinjal and fry for 2 minutes. Add Turmeric powder, Hing, Chili powder and Masala powder and fry for another 1 or 2 minutes.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000ff">Add water, Jaggery and boil for 5 minutes. Add tamarind water and boil for another 10 minutes. </font></li>
<li><font color="#0000ff">Then add cooked Chickpeas and the ground paste of coconut and sauf. Boil till the curry is thick. Remove from heat.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000ff"><strong>For tampering:</strong> Heat Oil in another pan. Add Mustard seeds and Urad dal. Once it starts spluttering, add curry leaves and pour this to the curry.</font></li>
</ol>

<li><font color="#0000FF">Split moong dal(pasi paruppu)- 1tbs</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Water- </font><font color="#0000ff">1 ½</font><font color="#0000FF"> cups</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Rock Sugar powder(kalkandu powder)- 1/2 to 3/4 cup</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Milk- 1 cup</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Salt- a pinch</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Pachai karpooram(raw camphor)-a pinch</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Cardamom(Crush</font><font color="#0000FF">d)-2 nos</font></li>
</ul>
<p><font color="#FF6600"><strong>To Fry</strong>:</font></p>
<ul>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Ghee- 3tbsp</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Raisins-10 nos</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Cashew nuts-6 nos</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Badham- 3 nos</font></li>
</ul>
<p><font color="#FF6600"><strong>Recipe:</strong></font></p>
<ol>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Pressure cook Raw rice,Moong dal with Water in a low flame for 3 whistles.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Once the pressure is released, add the Rock sugar powder, Milk, Salt, Pachai karpooram, Cardamom and heat again.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Keep stirring till the Sugar dissolve completely.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Cook till it becomes semi solid. Once it cools, it becomes thick.</font></li>
<li><font color="#0000FF">Fry Cashew nuts, Badam and Raisins in ghee and add it to the pongal.</font></li>
