Lately I have been getting more and more requests for examples of my family and newborn photography, which is why you should be seeing a wider variety of subjects in the coming weeks. I will also be playing catch-up with sharing many of the sessions that I shot in the fall and winter of last year. So while this little boy is closer to his one year birthday than his one month… I wanted to share his birth announcement as an example of the custom cards that I offer – this was printed on linen paper as a double sided flat card. And because he is just the cutest and worth seeing twice!

Yay for blogging so regularly! I think I’ll keep it up

This baby is so snuggly and has so much hair!!! The whole family is absolutely wonderful and I am thankful for their friendship as well as their graciously allowing me to take their son’s first portraits!

I am so excited to officially announce our photobooth option!!! These are some of my favorite captures from Jess and Barrett’s wedding. And here is how Jess and Barrett throw a party! So many fun details and of course very dear friends… They also made quite an impression with their first dance and illuminating exit

It is so precious to see how much love there is between Jess and her brother. These kinds of moments always get me a little choked up…

And now we are on to the main event… Barrett and Jess have so many talented friends who helped pull this day together and were so thrilled to celebrate with each other! p.s. the violinist may look familiar because he is one of my uber talented past grooms! Enjoy!!!

So immediately after the ceremony I do my best to sneak away with the couple for about 10 minutes just to give them space to enjoy the moment together and grab a few more portraits because there is such a different energy from earlier in the day!
