I Confess, I'm a Gym Snob

It's been a long time! I know. The holidays kept me busy. But also, all the travel I did for shoots before the holidays kept me busy. I was shooting my own custom videos for my own production company. If you follow me on twitter, you saw I was all over Socal, in New Mexico, Portland, and even Canada. I also managed to keep my 3-4 days a week on kinklive between travel. I was a busy gal! Which is a great thing. I am still busy. You can still catch me on kinklive 3-4 days a week as well, as Fetishchatlive. I am also, training hardcore in crossfit 5-6 days a week. I have a pretty tight work out schedule right now.

As most of you know, I have a few passions in life. That includes political causes, environmentalism, food rights, and health/ fitness. When it comes down to it, they all come together hand and hand. I am sure many of you are shocked that BDSM isn't a passion. But it is not. It is something I enjoy doing. I do not live for it. Even if I really do enjoy it and have fun. My passions are those, things that I've been interested in for most of my life. Those things, that are apart of being human to a large degree. It is very hard to describe.To give you an idea why fitness is a passion, when I was 13 years old I asked for a proper weight bench and dumbbells. I mean, who does that? That already makes me a little odd. Most kids wanted a Super Nintendo and I wanted weights.

Anyways, after a month off from my regular work out schedule. I am really glad to be hitting it hard again. I took a short break for many reasons. I wanted to look at other options compared to what, I have been doing. I also, thought since, I was traveling and busy during the holidays a break would do me good. I could still work out (which is something I never stop doing). I would just take it easy jog, do the stairs ( hike up a huge LA hill) and lift some weights. Just to keep myself balanced and some what fit. I did that, I am glad I did. I also, am glad I looked at other options in my area. I found one of the best crossfit gyms in LA in that time. I have to thank Chrissy Daniels, for pointing out it was in my neighborhood. After the research I did on them. I decided I would join January 3rd. Best choice I have ever made!

My gym is super hardcore to begin with. That is what I wanted. This gym has actual Olympic athletes as trainers. These people are amazing athletes, they also use crossfit in their own training. These are the type I want to train me. They are there to help me reach my goals. As most people know, I do not take my fitness lightly. I push myself hard. I push until I am going to die (yes, I grunt and drop my weights, when I've pushed my max). Everyone I've met in the gym so far, has that same thinking. These are people who come to a gym to get strong and lean. Not people marking things off a check list, while using the dumb bells improperly, all while texting cute cat videos they found on youtube to their friends. Those types annoy me. I call them the weekend wastes of space, who are at the gym to be seen rather then, actually do the work. We have all been annoyed by these types in gyms. My gym doesn't have those types! What I do, scares them! It's amazing! When looking for new gym options, these are the things I wanted to fulfill. I wanted a gym with real trainers passionate about fitness. Not those going through the motions. We have all been there. I also, wanted a gym where the members were like me. There to work.

The last paragraph reminds me of a pet peeve A model on set a few months ago, really represented this pet peeve as a great example. Another gal and I were talking weight lifting. The third gal, chimes in she hates the gym because it smells like rubbery old sweat. She cannot stand the guys who lift weights and grunt, then drop the weights. Let's see, those are all lame ass and stupid excuses. First of all, a real gym smells like hard work. I love that smell, takes me back to when I was in high school and was heavily into weight lifting. I walk into a gym and have memories, like the time I lifted my own body weight for the first time. I think of big proud moments, for myself. The other comment she made, is just weird. I find a lot of women complain about this. I never understood why? Because even truly hard working athletic female weight lifters grunt and drop weights. Those are people pushing their limits.

I think women who complain about this, are people who do not push themselves. Their thinking is, working out is on my check list. I will hit the treadmill for 45 minutes and then do 10 bicep curls with the same 10 pounds, I always do. They aren't going beyond, their limits. They are staying within their comfort zone. Doing the same work out three days a week, for years. Not getting results. Your body naturally, gets use to a moment. If you want results you need to change it up. Sometimes that means doing 5 sets of 5 and increasing the weight by 5 pounds each set. Your last set you should be able to keep proper form yet, still be struggling, grunting, and so weak that last rep you drop your weight. If you bail at the end, you pushed that max. That is when hardwork is shown. Each work out, you should be lifting heavier and heavier. If it is easy, that's not enough. It's called a work out, because it is work. As we all know, hard work is hard!

My rant is, people with that thinking to fitness really drive me up the wall. I do not care much, what people do or think. Just drives me nuts when, they are in the way at the gym. Or they complain and refuse to change, their bad habits. These are the same women who complain about being flabby or are afraid to lift too much because they will get too bulky. Would you rather be weak? Bulky with fat over muscle? Muscle is way leaner then fat. Most athletic females do not look like Nicole Bass (Remember the WWE Diva from the 90's). Most look like Ariel X. Who is lean and defined in a feminine way. Or think of most of the wrestlers on the WWE and TNA. I personally, love the athletic bodies of all the girls on TNA. Those girls are a good example of an athletic body.

I know not everyone is going to be like me.Not everyone will become a fitness king or queen. I don't expect it. Some people either are going to have a healthy mindset or not. There is not changing that. You cannot expect a lazy person to change over night. Kind of like the people who make a New Years resolution to become fit. Thousands join gyms because well, being thin, lean, and fit is on the top of most people's lists. However, after February first, most of these people gun-ho January first, never hit the gym. Or if they do, they do it on the weekends. Then complain it doesn't work. These people, aren't going to change this habit over night. Kind of like, some of my bad habits never changed overnight. Some of mine took years. Like with some lifts, I have a habit of having doing certain things that cause bad form. It takes years to master this stuff. I know someone who has been lifting his whole life, he claims he has yet to master any of the lifts. We are all works in progress. However, we should always push ourselves without stressing out.

Some people just want to be a little more active or a little thinner. Which are all fine fitness goals. I really think whatever, brings you into the gym is great. However, you shouldn't fear the gym and you shouldn't be afraid of hard work. It's not easy. It does hurt. But it is worth it! I mean, even if you are just a house wife. Being thin, lean, and strong makes things like carrying your toddler around easier. I really believe all women, really need to not be afraid of being strong. Strong women are sexy. Most men, believe it or not, will pick an athletic girl when it comes to physical looks over an out of shape women. I mean even most women, prefer the lean muscular body of Brad Pitt over Jason Alexander. Yes, he likes you for who you are and all the crap. But looks matter. Why not look amazing? Plus, feel better about yourself. When we look amazing as women, we really do feel like a million bucks. Working out hard, will make you feel that way, all the time.

I know I am rambling again. Anyways, I love my gym. I love the trainers. I love crossfit. I am just loving so much right now. I know, I am fulfilling a void, that started a few months ago by hitting the gym hard again. When, I do not work out for two days, I become a little frustrated. I'm the kind of person, who needs to work out regularly. My body feels soft and weird after two days and my well being isn't the same. I feel working out fulfills a human desire. I have a theory, a lot of people are necrotic and on pills for many mental issues. I feel a vast majority of people, who are on those pills aren't working out enough(yes, there are those who need them too). I'm a very well balanced person. My personality, is fairly balanced but I believe that in part because I work my body and mind. I really think the body and mind are linked. In working out hard, you can really feel that link. When one doesn't work out, they can feel the link fall apart too. When I work out HARD, I feel amazing and positive.

I am sure many will ask how the paleo thing has been going? I took a break from my regular diet over the holidays. It's impossible to be my strict paleo during that time. I went to about 50% paleo. I ate donuts for breakfast two days and had Poutine twice. Had a regular Christmas dinner and a new year eve dinner. All rich meals of course. With starch and cheese. It couldn't really be avoided. So, I took my high standards of eating down a little. I still of course found a Whole Foods in Toronto and managed to find plenty of my paleo favorites there to eat. So, I wouldn't bloat out too much.

Which I did bloat out some. As many of you know, I am gluten free and I have been for sometime now. I had no choice but to go gluten free because after I gave up being a vegetarian in 2009. I noticed I was having a lot of issues. Mostly because as a vegetarian you tend to eat more grains, starches and carbs. Things I've kind of always had an issue with. When I was in second grade, I had to take a month off school because I was dealing with major stomach issues. I mean the doctors were baffled. I went to specialist after specialist. No, one knew. I remember, my diet being stripped of so much then. At one point my mom took me to a natural medicine doctor. He said, I had a problem with yeast. So, we removed all yeast from my diet. I went back to normal pretty quickly. But I still had some issues with some foods. If we would have known about gluten, bean, and legume issues then I would have been fine. To think I would eat, raisin bran every moment and could never figure out, why I was not feeling well! It was the wheat!

Now, I am back to eating normal for me, I feel great. I bloated out a little in TO. I also, put on felt like weight. But as soon as, I was back in LA. I lost that bloat in less then 24 hours. As long as I am about 90% paleo, I do okay. I tend to only allow myself a treat once a week. It is typically, a dinner at a local Mexican place, FoYo at Menchies, pizza, or fries. Now, I am training back into shape. I won't have as many free days. I am going 40 days, no junk. Which, will do me good. I tend to do this, when I need to get into fighting shape. It's kind of something instilled in the blood of a fitness gal, I think.

I'm excited to be back in shape and hitting hard. My biceps are looking amazing. My quads are back to stellar and strong. I think by the end of the month, I will be back to were I like to be. I do not base anything on weight. But body fat. I believe I will be back down to 20 percent. Yes, I was once at 20 percent body fat. Which is awesome for an athletic women. The normal BFP is 24%. Which is what I currently am.

I need to hit the sloops again. My snowboard is feeling lonely! I do miss my sloops!

With the popularity of Karate Gang Beat Down and Karate Ballet Gang Show Down, we are back again! With part three! This series of video, is probably one of my favorites that I have featured on my clipstore.

This video is shot just like a Hong Kong action film, with the sound effects and all. I went so into the Hong Kong action film theme, that I also included the bad cuts and the very cheesy campy moments. This is my attempt of an erotic karate movie, with a very 70's Hong Kong theme. This time, the villain is played by Kade. I felt it was time, to bring some new in. In this video, Kade clones himself and plays every evil clone.

I am enjoying my daily breakfast when suddenly I discover an envelope sliding under the door. I open the envelope with the new assignment. About the liquidation of an evil Kung Fu master, who has made many clones of himself. He is wrecking havoc on the city! I'm assigned to stop him! I approach the villain’s hid out wearing my catsuit and high heels. I come to the door, ninja style, picking locks and sneaking in. I remove my high heels, so I am more silent as I walk, at this point every fight is completed bare foot.

I see the Kade, the first clone guard who is walking around the room. When guard turns around I slowly sneak behind him and clamp my hand over his mouth. Then I quickly kicks him behind his leg. I peek to the next room and see another guard sleeping on the couch on his back. Trying not to wake him, I jumps over him, locking his arms with my thighs. The next guard is standing in the middle of the room and I wait in the doorway for him to turn his back on her so I could attack. Tired of waiting I pick up a pen I found from the other room. I throw it across the room to distract the guard for few seconds. The trick succeeds and guard turns his back. Like a lightning, I leap behind him and double neck chops him to the floor. Guard loses his conscious and I sit on his back preparing to snap his neck. Suddenly guard is waking up and I change my plans and lock his arms in a camel clutch. Then I lifts his head up with other hand under his chin and puts her other hand firmly over his mouth and nose.

Another guard comes to room and sees other guard lying on the floor. He doesn't even have a chance to scream for help when I attack. I kick him in the stomach which makes him bend over and expose neck. With a violent strike I neck chop him and he falls to the floor on his back. I quickly jump over him and puts his head between my feet. Without hesitating she makes a fast twist with her hips breaking his neck with her feet.

I approach 7th guard, who is standing in the doorway. I get behind him and neck chops him with both hands. I silence his moans with my hand while she lowers him down the floor on his back. Then I put my foot under his neck and other foot over his mouth. I quickly twist the guards head with her foot still over his mouth.

The next scene is shot POV, from the guards point of view. So, you do not see Kade. Only me.
He feels someone's hand over his mouth. He tries to call for help but soon feels enormous pain in his back. Someone has kicked him in the back with her knee. Guard falls to the ground on his back, paralyzed from the waist down. Now he sees the intruder. Me dressed in black. Guard sees my hand approaching his forehead. He tries to breathe carefully so that I can't notice that he's playing . Feeling my hand on his forehead, he sees a last glimpse of her smiling, until I slide her hand down on his face, closing his eyes.

I hear the evil villain and the last guard. She knocks on the door. Soon the door opens. I quickly palm strikes the guard straight in his nose. Guard leans forward from the pain feeling his nose. Then I put him in a headlock and yanks his head up fast. Loud snap comes from the guard’s neck and he falls right down on Samantha’s feet.

I see the evil villain sitting by the table, looking at me amazed. Villain picks a tool from the table and attacks. I quickly high kicks him in the chin. Villain falls back, drops his tool and lands on his chair feeling confused. I put my hand under his chin and turns his head a little bit to expose his neck. Then I give him a strong neck chop, which makes him to lose his consciousness. Then she some find rope and ties his hands and legs and gags his mouth with a bandanna.

After tying and gagging him up, I begins to wake him up by slapping his face. Villain soon wakes up feeling dizzy. I untie him after toying with him a little bit and slowly prepares for a reverse scissor hold. She tucks his head between his thighs and starts squeezing slowly. Wow! I cannot believe it has already been six weeks since, I have left Zoefest. I had such a great time. It is seriously, the best experience I have had since becoming a nude model. I mean I worked with the most amazing photographers. The most amazing art had been created that weekend. Not only was the weekend about art, but also friendship. I formed amazing new friendships with the wonderful models and photographers to attended. I am already excited for Zoefest 11!

I want to thank Zoe for putting on such an amazing event. I mean without her this would not happen. Zoe, really has talent for mixing super creative people together. I mean the energy at this event is amazing. What is funny, my cohort Rifferus is threatening to attend next year. He was amazed and wants to create amazing art with the amazing models there!

I’ve been insanely business since Zoe. I had a friend come out and visit. My mom came out, as well. I also, had shots and Thanksgiving! So, much has been going on. I’ve been to San Diego, Palm Springs, and New Mexico since the fest. I am traveling to Portland next Tuesday. I’ve had a shoot everyday the last seven days! I know crazy right! Today was my first “day off”. But it wasn’t really a day off, because I had to clean my house and do laundry. I've been busy guys and I really need to update this blog! I just haven't had much time. However, I really need to get some more photo's up from my trip to Mexico last month. I know, I have been do delayed on that. I have been focusing on spending my time on kinklive.com training perverts into shape, doing shoots, customs videos, parties/ events, editing videos, shoots with other companies and sessions. It's been a good week in Baja Sur, Mexico. I've been shooting pretty pictures, hanging out with cool people, and helping sea turtles make it to the ocean. I am sure half of them will be ate by fish. However, they are an endangered species and the ocean needs all it can get! I now need to get to the amazon and stop tree's from being cut down! As many of you know, I am passionate about food rights and having a diet of whole organic foods. I do not believe it is healthy to eat GMO's. What are GMO's? Well, GMO's are genetically modified foods. I often refer to them as franken foods. However, I would rather you do your own research and come up with your own opinions on this cause. I do not believe in doing the thinking for you. Hey hey everyone!

Hope all is well blog. I've been busy lately. I have been such things as shooting and editing custom videos and photo's. What is this movement? Well, many of the young people within the USA have had enough of the richest 1%, bullying the rest of us, known as the 99%. If you are reading this blog and not a billionaire on Wall Street, you are one of us down in the 99%. Anyways, the young people of NYC have been gathering together peacefully, to protest. They have been protesting for about two weeks I believe now. This movement has been spreading quickly. Remember, the protests in the middle east last spring? Well, we here in the USA are now having our shot, to change.

The police in NYC has been a little on the brutal side to the NYC protesters. There has been a ton of coverage on Youtube of videos shot by protesters. All you have to do is google Occupy Together to really get the scope. Like I said, this protest is happening all over the country. We have protests going on in my beloved Los Angeles. Which, the police have been very respectful of. They understand we come in peace and exercising our freedom to protest.

I've been tweeting fairly heavily about this issue. I know a few people within the BDSM and adult industry have and will be attending. There are general assemblies going on, one tomorrow at 7 pm. Then there is a march at 5 pm on Monday. This will all be happening at City Hall in downtown LA. You can read about it at OccupytogetherLA
Even if you are not in LA, there are protests going on everywhere. Cities like Long Beach, San Fran, San Diego, even small cities like Cleveland. There seems to be a protest everywhere. If you are sick of the political system and the banking system, then don't sit there and complain. Come out and protest. Show you are one of the 99%.

If you do come out please, keep it peaceful. No, violence, no weapons. Just peace and your voice. Please, obey the laws. If you get arrested do not resist arrest. In some cities, like NYC. The NYPD have been aggressive and have been threatening. Let them be. Those police officers are the 99%. They just haven't woken up to the fact they are. Most of them are trying to earn a pay check, so be respectful. Remember, JP Morgan paid off the NYPD with $4.6 million. It's kind of nice having private security? However, I feel as time goes on, many of the police officers will be waking up.

No matter how small we think we are, we are apart of a large collective. Each thread of the web needs each other to stick together. We all need each other. Since, we are the 99%.

I feel a need to write a bit of a background about this clip. I shot this with Eric Cane a while back and I decided to go all out. I wanted to try rather intense bondage. I know from the POV of the camera it may not seem as intense as I felt. But at many points you can see the look in my face. I was tied like this for probably over one hour. Eric did a number of rather intense gags and even shot pictures. We even did a second part of this video as well, with a bit of a different prospective. Hey all!

I have been back from Prince Edward Island for a few three weeks now. I've been so busy too! Part of the reason, I haven't blogged. I know being busy is a good thing. It seems being busy is always what keeps me from my blogs.

Many of you will probably want to know what PEI was like, this past August. It was what I needed. I needed time to recharge the batteries and sit on the beach, then simply enjoy. I received all the sun I could want. I also, swam in the ocean. Ate amazing homemade bread and sweets. The only time I eat sweets and bread is on my summer holiday in PEI. I only eat pure sweets when I do. Nothing processed. Only the good old fashioned homemade stuff. Prince Edward Island, is my escape from reality. It is the complete opposite of my daily life back home. I spend my time in a cabin and enjoy the great outdoors. The simple pleasures in life.

One thing I was really excited about was, I found a great place that makes all natural, healthy and homemade soaps on the Island. I typically use Bronners, but I gave a new company a chance in PEI. Hello everyone!

It has been a whirl wind of a month and summer for me! As you can see, I haven't been updating my blog weekly like I typically do. Well, that's a lie. I pretty much update this blog when I see fit. Just teasing. After July 4th, I was shooting custom videos like crazy with beautiful models like Kymberly Jane who is a favorite in these parts. I know you guys love when Kymberly and I work together since, you request it often. But I agree Kym and I make a pretty couple.

Dixie Comet , joined me on my yearly visit to shoot with Studio 588 in the middle of the Ozarks. There is no phone or internet access, in these parts so, we spent two full days in mud, shooting quick sand fetish videos! This was my third season shooting with Studio 588 and as many of you know, I plan to be back next year. I did get a wicked bite of some kind. It hurt like hell and I thought it was a snake. However, it wasn't. It was probably just a bug. I do not mind. That's the adventures of the great outdoors. Below is a shot of the mud pit at night, the same pit I spend a whole two Ozark days in.

After some mud pit fun, there was a few days of shooting back home in glamourous Los Angeles. I shot a set for a well known, alt girlie nude site. I will tell all of you when my set is up on this site and you can vote me in! I will say this was probably my best set, I have ever shot. It was shot by the amazing Rifferus! Riff is not only a talent comic book artist but he is also, an amazing photographer. I tend to find comic book artists to be very talented behind the camera, as well.

If you didn't attend The Slave Pit Party at The Sanctuary- Reseda (my home dungeon), then you were missing out! I attend with Mistress Lexine, Mistress Cyan and Mistress Cyn. Happy 4th of July all you Americans. Also, Happy 1st of July to the Canunks out who read this blog, as well. It seems Americans and Canadians are my top readers. So, I feel I must exclaim this holiday weekend for both countries. Currently, I am going to hopefully relax on my 4th. I haven't had a day off yet. But that is okay. I do not mind. Things have been busy and going well. I've been shooting with other companies and so far my new agent ATMLA, has been great too. I have been working on a documentary and we will be doing one last little thing for it on Tuesday and we will be done! We finished up a lot of b-roll on Saturday. I shot one custom with Tracy Jordan yesterday. Then I am shooting another with Randy Moore on Wednesday. I have two other shoots this week with other companies. With the popularity of Karate Gang Beat Down, we are back again! With part two! This series of video, is probably one of my favorites that I have featured on my clipstore.

This video is shot just like a Hong Kong action film. The music is also, just as cheesy in this theme. I went so into the Hong Kong action film theme, that I also included the bad cuts and everything. This is my attempt of an erotic karate movie, with a very 70's Hong Kong theme.

In this version the karate gangs are infecting the government and it is my job to stop them! Before I go out to kick some kung fu ass, I do some yoga. You get every single angle of my pose possible. We have a bit of a back a forth, He gets frustrated which is always when one loses in in karate. One must stay relaxed. When he gets frustrated he run at me full force which, is when I grab his arm. Break it on my knee and then hit, his ankle with my foot. He ends on the ground, I climb on his back holding him down and snap his neck. He is left and in a lot of pain.

The boss (you can tell it's the boss because of the bandanna on his head) is mediating when I find him. I bow and show this boss my karate skills. I also, do a kicks very close to his face to taunt him. He tried to hit me a few time. But misses, each time. I do a judo chop to the neck twice. he throws a few more punches, but I get him with a kick to the gut twice. Then he gets a nice kick to the knee, after some more of his lame punches. I hit him in the eyes, nearly blinding him. We spin, I grab his arm give him plenty of pain to his arm and shoulder. Once, down I know the gang has been beaten and we can all live in peace until, the next karate gang.

Hello humans of the interwebs! I have a number of things to tell you about. So bare with me. This will be a long one.

The Personal...
First, of all I thought I would announce I have been insanely busy! I have busy for about a month straight shooing and sessioning. Things actually slowed down enough, so I could organize a few things that I had been putting on the back burner.

Second of all, I had a bit of a medical scare earlier this month. I found a lump in my breast. However, after meeting with my surgeon today, they assured me it was probably a cyst. I guess, they told me at some point after my surgery in 2009 that I had a couple cysts. Riff recalls it. But I was just coming out of surgery and I do not remember. I have been researching breast lumps non-stop for a bit it seems. But it did get me in the correct direction again. This scare made me make an appointment with a bio-identical hormone doctor, that actually high respects my old doctor in Ohio. I didn't know my other doctor was such a leader in this field. Anyways, the reason I even went down this path was, my hormonal levels were so bad, I had my compound pharmacist ask when I had a hysterectomy. I replied with never. He said, he had never seen such bad results in his life. When I went to the doctor in Ohio, I found I was at risk for cancer because my levels were so insane. I took this little scare as a, sign. I need to be back on my hormones. I also, have an appointment booked with a breast specialist who deals with implants, as well. I have all my bases covered in terms of health now!

I am glad I am still heading down the right path. I feel everyday, I am learning so much about health and fitness. I really feel we live in a society currently, where being truly healthy is hard. Once you block out all the marketing and politics and do your research, you really learn what health should be. I personal take an approach that is a mix of conventional and homeopathic. Many of you know this. Since, I spend three to five days a week working out. Also, the fact I am very anti- sugar, processed food, milk products or any other Frankenstein food. I follow a pretty "caveman" diet. If it comes from the earth I eat it and as close to organic as possible. I also, do not believe in being vegetarian. I think you need a balance of animal protein and vegetable matter.

Many have been asking about my cleanse. It is almost done. I have two more days left. I lost 10 pounds on the cleanse, of just toxic waste in my digestive track. I feel way awesome. I also, notice better results on my work outs too. My skin looks great too. Once, my cleanse is over. I am going to start taking Krill oil and astaxanthin. Which will help things as well. I will get enough omega 3 since, I know I do not get enough. I do not eat fish because of the mercury levels in the ocean are so high. I also, think the oceans are being over fished as well. Most people do not get enough omega 3 and one can only truly get it from an animal source. Kind of like, a person can only receive true vitamin D from the sun. Astaxanthin is suppose to aid in vitamin production. It actually, gives one a beautiful natural tan which, is different from a sun tan. I am excited to see how it works.

I really want to get a rowing machine by the way. I would love to have one just in the house so, I can hit it for 20 minutes every morning. I find rowing is my favorite exercise. I have it on my wish list. Anyone, out there into fit women? Heck, I know you guys like me looking hot. Just letting you know, this is my current DREAM gift. I cannot afford a $900 machine right now.
