A community without streetlights at night is a place that is not welcoming for those who are friendly. Most likely, the bad guys are the ones who love the idea because they are able to go to and fro without being caught should they decide to do maliciously. A house that is also always dark is also a temptation for those crooked people who can see your dark domain as an opportunity for them to steal and go away without being caught. Evil lurks in darkness and unless you are one of them who are evil you would not want to be associated with them or be a victim of them. As the saying goes, “An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.”

Light should not be expensive, though, if that is what you are thinking, and the reason you are living in darkness is because you are trying to save or holding on to your precious money and yet neglecting something important. You can have wall lighting and small chandeliers if you want to, or just a simple lamp every few feet away. If you can have different lighting strength, the better so you can choose to subdue or have it as bright light when needed. If you have glass windows where the sun’s rays pass through, it is also a good source of light during the day without having to spend on electricity.

Anyway, since we’re here talking about summer, might as well give you some ideas on the shoes you can wear during the season. Note that not all girls can wear these coz it takes a lot of confidence and composure to slip into one, lol. I, would think twice coz this is not what I want for my feet anymore, maybe when I was younger, I can take the challenge. But, since my legs are not as strong as before mainly because I’m not used to wearing heels anymore, I’d probably fall to the ground more than once hahaha.

So, I bring you, The Wedges for this season:

I was a fan of Espadrilles back in the younger days and I’m so happy that it is styled as a wedge. Now, I gotta try those coz it’s not as high as the usual ones, plus, this kind of shoes make my feet feel well loved and comfy.

I love wearing sandals too, I actually have a dozen of them but seeing this new style makes me wanna go get one for myself, lol.

Models are wearing different shiny and metallic shoes in fashion shows this first quarter of 2012, so it must be one of the “in” thing. Though, these styles doesn’t match well with my feet, check it out in your nearest mall, you might like what you’ll see.

Pastel coloured shoes are “in” most specially during summer season. Great to be paired with summer dresses, loose pants, shorts and even skirts. You just gotta pick a matching colour with your wardrobe and you’re all set to go.

These wedges can be worn practically anywhere, oh well, except on rough roads, lol. You can find pointed wedged shoes to go with your formal attire, bright coloured ones for those intimate dates, pastel for malling around, striped espadrilles for walking purposes or even just hanging out with friends while playing your fave boardgames or Tasty Bingo games. It only means that there are different kinds of shoes for different occasions. You only need to mix and match and you will be a hit!

Victoria recently uploaded to Twitter some photos of her chosen dress as well as Harper’s for their Beijing trip.

The elegant black dress for me is Victoria’s trademark. She looks gorgeous in black. As for her daughter, a checkered top, jeans and white shoes.

She was there for the launch of the Range Rover Evoque she herself designed. So, this lady isn’t just a fashion designer but can also design a car’s interior!

I so love her and in a way, envy her for all she’s got including the ultra hot husband, lol.

While I was playing Bingo Street, I watched her pose for the media, how lovely she looked in every angle..

Anyway, she wore an Hervé Léger Bandage Dress, with strapped sandals which really looked like she wasn’t wearing one coz it’s almost the same tone as her skin. Though in her early 40′s and gave birth to twins, she still looks younger and super sexy. Wish I have that oozing personality and goddess like beauty. Just wondering what’s wrong with Marc Anthony that he wasn’t satisfied staying married to J.Lo. She has a killer beauty, compassion and money, so why leave, when you have the epitome of every man’s dreams by your side?

Every time the American Idol show is on, Jennifer never ceases to amaze me and yeah, and all those people around her. The choice of wardrobe and the way her hair is styled, are one of the most awaited by people. Even if I’m too busy with something, I’d stop and watch her in awe. Well, it’s not like the clothes she wears are like those I see that Jennifer Aniston proudly wore on the red carpet or like those sexy dancers in a Foxy Bingo show.

The movie was such a fun way to spend the afternoon. After being so stressed with so much work and things to do, it was nice to just chill and relax. One of the parts I enjoyed best was when Molly fell asleep in the department store she was working in when she had a dream of 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. The whole spiel on that particular linen even ended up being made into a song by her love interest in the movie. It got me to thinking how nice it must be to sleep in a bed with Egyptian cotton bed linen. I don’t know if that is available here in the Philippines though, although I guess I can browse online sites like The White Company to find the best and most affordable linen for me. Hopefully, though, shipping and handling won’t cost a fortune. Then maybe I, too, can sleep in a bed with Egyptian Cotton. I wish!
