Depression can be hell. Basically three scenarios contribute to depression. The first is an identity crisis.

Overcoming Depression With Stress Management Hypnosis

Richard Kuhns

Depression can be hell. Basically three scenarios contribute to depression. The first is an identity crisis. Example: John, my client, (referred to me by his doctor), sheepishly looked at me and said, “I just can’t get the energy to get up from bed in the morning. As I look at my 90 yr. old mother I know that in just another twenty years or so my body will look like hers. And what’s worse whenever I visit her she says, ‘I just want to die and get it over with.’”

He went on to say, “We all observed President Regan, a powerful man, reduced to the limitations of Alzheimer’s disease. At one time in my life I thought I’d become a successful business man and instead I am now retired owing a lot of money with a only a few nest eggs that will never make me rich. One of the commentators in the movie The Secret said the purpose of life is what we make it. It seems to me that my purpose has come and gone. Some people owe me money and I doubt that I’ll ever receive it. Yet, I have to ask myself why it matters anyway? There are a lot of people that would give their ‘eye teeth” to have what I have. They would ask, ‘Why’s he depressed, he is CEO of his own company that runs itself, has a beautiful young fun-to-be-with wife, and a gorgeous home that many would die for…?’”

It’s easy to see that John was in the midst of an identity crisis brought on by his semi retirement. He had relinquished control of his business to someone else and unlike most clients who are in denial, he acknowledged he was depressed and felt guilty for being depressed. He noticed that no mater how much he fought it, it persisted.

The second scenario that leads to depression is that with many clients there is a love hate dichotomy. There’s a person or situation which for some reason (for a variety of reasons) they feel that they should like but in reality they hate the situation or person and can’t allow themselves to acknowledge or feel the hatred.

Example: After Lyn’s mother passed away, her father came to live with her and her family. Strangely though, as a child she hated her dad and in many ways blamed him for his mother’s passing. I found it quite ironic that she’d take him in and asked her how she feels about her father today. Her answer was, “You’re supposed to love your father, aren’t you?”

Her inability to resolve this conflict of feeling led to her depression.

Back to John. I had him list all the reasons why he shouldn’t feel depressed. Some of them were:
“I feel like I’m an ingrate.”
“It’s no fun.”
“I don’t even like being around myself.”

The third scenario that contributes to depression is a string of stressful events (situational depression) such as change in supervisors (from a good one to a bad one), financial loss, uncertainty in business, worry… It’s easy for some of these to be connected with identity crisis, but generally when the stressors are resolved or disappear, the depression lifts.

On a physical level, among several dietary recommendations, I had John add Vitamin B complex, Vitamin D, and Magnesium Citrate to facilitate the production of tryptophan. Tryptophan is instrumental in the creation of serotonin.

Next we worked with his sudden loss of self esteem. And, rather than continue the path of fighting depression I taught John how to embrace the emotion of depression, acknowledge his resistance to it and practice option training.

Option training is for him to remind himself on a regular basis that he has options such as learning from the experience, benefiting somehow from it, moving beyond it, generating new interests…

After the third session of option training he said, “I received a photo of a toddler my cousin just adopted–it was angelic. I placed it on the dining table where every time I looked at it I smiled. Then other things began happening. I began picking up tid bits of wisdom from the things I read. Sometimes I actually forgot what it felt like to be depressed and the times I do feel depressed, I stopped resisting it and simply went with it. As I stopped fighting it I generated some enthusiasm to do something.”

But what really contributed to his depression was that he knew the man who he chose to operate his company was not the right man for the job. The company was not going in the right direction and eventually by terminating that employee and taking back the reins of his company he lifted a tremendous weight from his being.

Look at the word “Depress ed” It’s like a weight depressing one–the weight being the pressures of life.
He wanted the employee to work out but it didn’t. He lost control of his company and didn’t like it’s direction and by taking back the reins the depression was “lifted.” Actually the weight that held him down was lifted.

In summary, conquering depression is to:
1. Acknowledge being depressed.
2. Learn to embrace the emotion.
3. Acknowledge the resistance to feeling depressed.
4. Aim the creative intelligence for options.

This along with creative hypnosis releases the subconscious mind to find enthusiasm and meaning in life to lift depression.

Your subconscious mind is not as mysterious or as inaccessible as you might think….. do you know that same old running dialog you keep going over and over in your head? What are you thinking about when you wake up in the morning? What are the things you keep telling yourself? What are the thoughts you are pushing away, and ignoring?I am going to outline a very simple project is to help you get in touch with what is really going on in your head…All you will need is a small pocket size day book calendar, or a simple notebook. This is very simple- Every day, you will-

#1- Keep track of what you are thinking about that is NOT helpful towards your goals. You will probably need to create a sort of short hand or abbreviated notation of what you are thinking about- guaranteed, it will more than fill a page, so try and create a symbol for different types of thoughts, like a heart for relationships, dollar sign for money, etc. These are the thoughts that say, I’m not good enough, I don’t have enough, blaming others for your problems, dwelling on and worrying about things you can’t change, etc. You know what I am talking about! Remember, you are to “fill your leisure hours, contemplating your vision”. How can you do this, when you are filling your leisure hours (or minutes) contemplating your stupid, low paying job, your disadvantaged childhood, the aggravation your family causes you, etc, etc. You will be AMAZED at how many little symbols you mark down, one after another! But this will lessen, the more you listen to the self hypnosis program, and are mindful of your thoughts.

#2- For every positive thought you give towards your goals, to contemplating your vision, give yourself a symbolic $10.There is nothing that motivates like a little green stuff! This will get your mind used to the idea that positive thoughts will create positive results. And you can create a symbol for the positive thoughts you seem to nurture the most; this will point you in the direction of your “next step”, the goals and desires that have the strongest pull forward along your path.

#3- Give the negative thoughts a value of $1, and subtract them from the positive thoughts. Keep track of this “ledger style” like an accountant. By the time you are “making a profit” from your positive thoughts, you will definitely be well on your way to success!

Hypnosis can be a formidable treatment option for men and women afflicted with various problems. From weight loss to stress reduction, hypnosis helps you do more than change a behavior for a day – it alters the way you think and helps you make permanent changes that last a lifetime!

Although many choose to use self-hypnosis as their treatment of choice, others prefer to work with a professional – at least in the beginning. Don’t worry that you’ll be put into a hypnotic trance where you’re not in control of your actions. You might see those silly antics on a stage at an improv club, but it’s not what happens in a professional hypnotist’s office.

So how do you choose a specialist in the hypnosis industry that you feel comfortable with – someone you can trust? You want someone with a good reputation, so finding a hypnotist through a referral is a great way to ensure others have had success before you.

If you don’t know anyone who’s gone to a hypnotist, ask the hypnotist themselves for some referrals. They usually have people who are willing to vouch for them with testimonials.

1. Ask questions – like where they learned about the hypnosis field. Did they take some psychology courses in college that educated them about the process or was it a home mailing course where they send off for a fake degree from an unaccredited university in the virtual online world?

Maybe they had a mentor who trained them or they absorbed everything they could from a myriad of books. Whatever you feel comfortable with is how you should analyze your hypnotist’s credentials. Find out if they belong to any professional hypnosis organizations.

2. When you make your first visit to their office, see if you like the environment. Does it make you feel welcomed and comfortable, or is the clutter a stressful, uneasy situation for you?

3. How does the staff in the hypnotist’s office treat clients? You should be greeted in a friendly way and treated with the utmost respect. If you’ve ever gone to the doctor, you know that isn’t always the case.

A professional hypnotist will spend some time asking you questions and getting to know you on a personal level so that they can treat your issues effectively. They should help to allay any fears or concerns you have about the process. Don’t go through with the session if you feel uneasy about the hypnotist. It’s okay to say no and try your hand at self hypnosis, where you know you can trust the person doing it – you!
For more information http://www.learn2hypnotize.com

If we were to give a brief definition of the word hypnosis, we would have to say that it is a state which is similar to sleeping but is in fact brought on by suggestion. Many attempts and studies have been made in order to discover what hypnose is really about, today’s findings being enough for us to understands its profound importance. But how does a hypnotist like Jacob Strachotta manages to hypnotize people and what are the advantages of entering such a state of mind?

Hypnosis is above anything else a mental state and it allows the person performing the session to enter one’s subconscious. People have powerful subconscious alter egos, which can be analyzed through the use of various hypnose techniques and advanced hypnoseuddannelse (hypnosis education). The Internet is filled with hypnotists promising incredible returns and cures for diseases that cannot be healed. If you are interested in hypnose sessions, then you have to resort to someone who has the necessary experience, knowledge and why not, talent. Such a man is Jacob Strachotta, the hypnotist who has managed to amaze his entire country (Denmark) with his famous TV show.

Why is hypnoseuddannelse (Danish term for hypnosis education) so important? The answer lies in the following affirmation: if there is anything that can help us get rid of upsetting symptoms and painful disorders, we should learn how to take advantage of it. Jacob Strachotta has become famous for performing hypnose sessions, helping patients who were trying to give up smoking or refrain from overeating. These are not the only situations when hypnose has been observed as a positive experience; on the contrary, every day, more and more disorders are cured with the help of hypnosis and that particularly refers to persons suffering from diverse phobias.

If you have a fear of confined spaces (claustrophobia), being in airplane or elevator, then you are likely suffering from a phobia. In fact, not many of us realize that we have a phobia indeed. Maybe you are afraid of heights, bugs or anything else for that matter. How can hypnoseuddannelse help you? You will undergo various sessions with Jacob Strachotta, him using well-known hypnotic techniques and entering your subconscious to determine what are the ground roots for your phobia. By using hypnosis education and the many years of training, the hypnotist will help you get over your phobia and return to a normal, carefree existence.

Hypnotizing might seem like a thing out of the movies but it is a practice encountered on a daily basis. You can see for yourself how Jacob Strachotta cures some of the fears mentioned above, plus treat people for anxiety, insomnia, stress and pain. With the aid of hypnoseuddannelse, this incredible man reduces the effects of various disorders and the associated stress levels. You can always find out more information about the services provided, about hypnosis and see plenty of videos on his website. It might take some time to get used to the idea but in the end you will see that it was all worth it. Without a doubt, hypnosis is and probably will be forever an interesting experience!

Jacob Strachotta is not a magician; he is one of the world’s finest hypnotists and he can do true wonders for your mind. Enter his website, read the information presented on the subject of hypnose and prepare yourself for genuine hypnoseuddannelse!

Although [TAG-Tec]hypnosis[/TAG-Tec] is now practiced in clinical therapy, it is still not trusted generally. It is unfortunate that it is still viewed as something like “black magic” which is done to take contorl of people’s consciousness. This is far from the true situation now. Though the art of hypnosis is age-old and its traditional role still prevents people from accepting it as an exact science. Now hypnotic therapy is used to cure many physical and psychological problems. The following article presents a similar theme :

Does “Stage Hypnosis” Give Clinical Hypnosis a Bad Name?

By Gary Machado

For many people, their only contact with hypnosis is the stage performance, where the use of [TAG-Tec]hypnotism[/TAG-Tec] is used to entertain and delight an audience. Stage performance can either be on tour, traveling throughout the country, or be on television shows, or both. This is obviously different from clinical hypnosis, where a [TAG-Tec]hypnotherapist[/TAG-Tec] works one-on-one with a patient in an effort to solve a problem or seek a solution to an addiction

But the techniques are basically the same. Both attempt to induce an [TAG-Tec]hypnotic trance[/TAG-Tec], and bypass the conscious mind to reach the unconscious, and then plant a suggestion into the unconscious mind.

But that’s where the similarities end. The stage performer’s priority is to entertain, so his suggestions to his participants would have that as a goal, so he would suggest things such as quacking like a duck, talking with aliens, dancing like a ballerina, etc.. This would be unlike a clinical hypnotherapist whose chief aim would be more serious, for example, to root out an addiction or solve some ongoing problem for the patient.

Another difference would be the speed and depth of a trance performed by the stage hypnotist. He has a waiting audience to appease, so he can’t take too long to get his volunteers hypnotized. The stage performer would carefully look for signs with his volunteers to determine how open to suggestions they are, and who responds best to his suggestions. The need to find easily hypnotizable subjects is why the performer chooses more volunteers than he needs and that allows him to reject those he considers are not easily able to be hypnotized.

——————————————–

By Michael Hadfield

Can hypnosis cure cancer? The simple answer to that is yes - because it has done.

If you change the question slightly and ask can hypnosis always cure cancer? Then the answer would have to be no in just the same way that the answer would be no if you asked: do drugs always cure cancer, or does radiation always cure cancer, or does surgery always cure cancer… and in exactly the same way the answer would be no if you asked the question do doctors always cure cancer?

Of course cancer cures brought about by complementary and alternative therapies are difficult to prove, in part because of the terminology that doctors use. If you take some prescribed antibiotics to clear up an infection and the infection disappears without trace; then the antibiotics obviously cured the infection.

If you do anything at all with cancer: drugs, hypnosis, radiation, reiki, special diet, surgery, emotional healing… and the result is no trace left of diseased cells, then you are not cured. You are just in remission. And you are in remission until you die of whatever cause. So you live the rest of your life having to have regular tests and living with the expectation of a return visit of this dreaded disease.

Now, if a patient undergoes hypnotic, or any other alternative treatment, and the tumour disappears over the space of a few weeks, or even months, or even overnight, then the medical response is invariably ’spontaneous remission’.

If the patient is also receiving medical treatment at the same time as hypnosis, then the medical treatment always gets the credit - even, in one case I read about, where the last medical intervention was over two years previously and no positive change had taken place during that two years.

Mention the idea of using hypnosis to cure cancer and most of the medical world is up in arms, predictably claiming that there is no evidence. There is actually a lot of evidence. But what the medical world wants are controlled clinical trials like they have with drugs.

There are a few problems with that.

Drug companies are hugely wealthy and pay for their own clinical trials for new drugs, and, it appears on more than one occasion, massage the results of these trials to show their product up in a much better light than the evidence demonstrates. So clinical trials aren’t necessarily the proof they claim to be. Hypnotherapists are generally individuals working alone and unable to fund rigorous clinical trials.

But then there is the Catch-22. The medical world wants clinical trials before it will accept anything new from outside the world of medicine, even though many of the treatments that doctors prescribe and the surgical techniques they use have never been tested in a way that proves their efficacy.

But any trial has to be approved by an ethics committee.

To prove the case for hypnotherapy, such a trial would have to find a large number of people all suffering from life-threatening and painful diseases, separate them into statistically similar groups, keep one untreated, treat another with surgery, drugs or radiation, another group just with hypnotherapy, and yet other groups would need to be ‘tricked’ into believing they were being treated when they weren’t (this is necessary to eliminate the placebo effect). All this is despite the fact that the New England Journal of Medicine (1992) stated “For most of today’s common solid cancers, the ones that cause 90% of the cancer deaths every year - most breast, lung, colon and rectal, skin, liver, pancreatic and bladder cancers - chemotherapy has never been proved to do any good at all.”

Nevertheless, the very fact that treatment would need to be withheld from many people who were in desperate need of help means that it would be considered unethical. And so the medical world has created a set of rules that prevent anyone from ever proving to their satisfaction that anything other than medical treatment is effective. Their reason: there is no scientific proof that anything else works.

I know from personal experience in my work as a Hypnotherapist that I have successfully cured what was diagnosed as incurable, and in the space of a few minutes completely removed pain that was unresponsive to prescribed medication. I know that many other hypnotherapists also achieve these ‘magical’ results.

I am also aware that when I do hands on healing, without the use of hypnosis, I can get similarly magical results. I just can’t guarantee them.

The world of Medicine seems quite blinkered and threatened by this sort of occurrence. It digs its heels in when the rational i.e. scientific mind, fails to make sense of what is observed. And when Medicine’s rational mind feels threatened it moves into a state that psychiatrists call denial.

A pioneer for what is now known as psychoneuroimmunology, Dr O. Carl Simonton (oncologist) worked with a group of patients using similar techniques to those now used in hypnotherapy. Every patient in this group was diagnosed with a medically incurable, terminal, disease. Four years later over 20% had no sign of disease, almost 20% had a tumour regressing, and in almost 30% the disease was stable.

Impressive results more than three years after they all were supposed to have died.

Impressive results for something that there is no evidence that it works.

The human body is an incredible healing machine. Hypnosis can remove the blocks to healing that allow the machine to do what it knows how to do - and that is to be well and healthy.

“The discovery of a pill or a machine that could cure or alleviate as many diseases as hypnosis is known to be able to do would earn a fortune for its inventor.” (G.L. Playfair)

Reassuring Reasons why Hypnosis is your Friend

Believe the hype or think for yourself

For too long hypnosis has had a bad or ‘difficult’ press. If a person doesn’t understand something they have 3 options open to them.

1) They might be sceptical and therefore save the trouble of looking further and possibly benefiting.
2) They may conclude it is dangerous and to be avoided at all costs.
3) They may spend time discovering the truth behind the hype.

If you don’t know much about a topic it’s easy to be suspicious. Some people assume hypnosis is akin to a carnival side show, others consider it mystic mumbo jumbo or ‘mind control.’ For those who look beyond the hype the truth is far more illuminating.

The most powerful tool you possess

There are potentially huge benefits for those who use hypnosis as part of everyday life. When you understand hypnosis you start to see its potential to improve human performance in the physical, emotional and intellectual realms. For me, rumour, gossip and suspicion weren’t good enough.

I determined to learn all I could about hypnosis - I learned every fact and practised every technique under the sun. I took several training courses - some good, some terrible. I invested thousands of hours of devoted study to hypnosis and discovered just what is possible. I hypnotised friends, neighbours and work colleagues. Hypnosis greatly changed things for me on a personal level

How hypnosis helped me

I used to be shy. Thanks to hypnosis I can now talk to thousands at a time and can approach anybody calmly and confidently.

I used to have poor concentration and procrastinate; thanks to hypnosis I can instantly motivate myself.

I used to find physical work outs and exercise exhausting but because of hypnosis I am now in the best shape of my life.

Incidentally I also stopped myself blushing with hypnosis. Now if ever I have a difficult call or conversation coming up, something I may naturally feel reluctant to do (you know the kind of thing) I spontaneously self hypnotise and rehearse the upcoming situation feeling good, with myself remaining calm. In this way I habitually set my own emotional ‘blue prints’ for up coming situations. Having said that it’s naturally that some people have concerns or half digested ‘hand me down’ ideas regarding hypnosis. A common one is the one about ‘mind control.’ However what does this really mean?

Why you are more in control of yourself in hypnosis

If someone expresses concerns about being ‘controlled’ in hypnosis what they mean is they don’t want to be like a robot, an automaton that is forced to obey the every whim of the hypnotist. We can’t help but influence others but we don’t control them. To understand why you need to understand hypnosis better.

So what is hypnosis like?

Hypnosis isn’t like a coma. It’s not unconsciousness - more a subtle shifting of consciousness. In hypnosis, you can still think logically but you also have access to the ’software’ of your mind so that you can update instinctive emotional and physical responses. In fact the hypnotised subject (not the hypnotist) calls the shots. When I hypnotise someone I need to go at their speed and respond to their needs and expectations. Hypnosis will give you more control in your own life because of what it enables you to do.

How can I be so sure?

Because over the decades I’ve seen all kinds of people, all ages and from all backgrounds turn their lives around thanks to hypnosis. When you use hypnosis for yourself it improves confidence in all kinds of ways. When you use it to change other’s lives it just blows you away. This is what I mean.

When I first hypnotised someone to feel no sensation in a painful arthritic arm it was an incredible feeling. When I first cured life long phobias quickly and comfortably I was astounded. When I stopped hardened alcoholics from drinking and even got a heroin addict off the stuff and back into mainstream life again I started to feel angry that people could just associate hypnosis with entertainment.

With the aid of hypnosis I (and many people I have trained and worked with) have helped severely depressed people feel strong and positive again. The rewards and satisfactions are hard to describe. I’m going to take a stand against ignorance and short sightedness around hypnosis and here’s why.

Why you need to reclaim hypnosis for yourself

Hypnosis is your birthright. It’s nature’s optimum learning tool. In fact to learn and perform anything well you need to experience a natural focussing of attention, a natural kind of hypnosis. To be successful hypnosis needs to be your companion and friend.

Successful people use it naturally all the time because hypnosis is natural. It’s the way we learn new responses. Unlike medications its side effects are purely positive - one expectant mother I worked with to feel relaxed during child birth later reported that she was also more relaxed when flying!

Hypnosis is easy to learn and every body can benefit. Hypnosis is a safe environment to ‘try out’ new behaviours and emotional patterns before you experience them for real. So the young man can ask a woman out for a date many times in calm relaxed hypnosis so that by the time he does it for real it feels real and natural and relaxed. Sports people who use hypnosis learn new quicker and more accurately. So hypnosis gives you more control of yourself and your life, it’s natural and gives you instant benefits and it’s a way of ‘trying on’ and establishing new patterns of emotional response and behaviour, Hypnosis enables you to develop yourself as a human being.

The word hypnosis is derived from the Greek ‘ypnos’ which translated means sleep. Hypnosis though is a trance like state and not sleep because the subject can talk and stays alert. Ancient civilizations used a type of hypnosis for many group rituals such as chanting to a steady drum beat which was used in many religious ceremonies. Back in the 1600s people experimented with animals. Chickens were calmed hypnotically by various methods such as balancing wood shavings on their beaks. Farmers learned to hypnotize hens to make them sit on eggs which were not their own.

Volgyesi, a Hungarian hypnotist, hypnotized all the animals in the Budapest Zoo back in the late 1800s. Nobel Peace Prize winner Ivan Petrovitch Pavlov noticed , in 1904,that dogs given a signal before food would, after a time, salivate when given the signal with no food. This was due to conditioning and reconditioning. Because of this Pavlov became interested in hypnosis which he believed ran parallel to his experiments. Hypnosis gained a measure of respectability during the war where it was used to put soldiers back into action.

Although not an accepted practice many psychiatrists used the technique to help many soldiers whose illnesses were caused by wartime trauma to function again. The American Medical Association, in 1958, approved a report on the medical uses of hypnosis. Research on hypnosis was encouraged as some aspects of hypnosis are unknown and controversial. Shortly after this the British Medical Association expressed similar views and not long after that the Italian Medical Association For The Study of Hypnosis was founded.

The FBI use hypnosis in law to aid the memory and to rehabilitate criminals. Under hypnosis a school bus driver in California was able to recall a license number that led police to the kidnappers of a school bus full of school children. Today hypnosis has become very popular and even some medical doctors are referring their patients for hypnosis for habit control - weight loss, stop smoking, stress reduction etc. Hypnosis has been discussed on radio, popular TV chat shows and has been written up in many major selling magazines and is becoming more and more popular as an alternative to mainstream medicine.

5 Hypnosis Myths Exploded

OVER the years, hypnosis has picked up all sorts of weird associations from stage hypnotists, the media and superstition. This is a great shame, because in reality, hypnosis is your single most effective tool for change. Hypnosis is your birthright, and you should know how to use it so it doesn’t use you. Here we dispel the biggest hypnosis myths.

Hypnosis Myth 1) All hypnosis is the same

As with anything, hypnosis can be good, bad or indifferent. The most common is old-style authoritarian hypnosis of the type “You are getting sleepy, you are feeling confident”. Unsurprisingly, this sort of hypnosis doesn’t work well with many people. Good hypnosis uses subtle psychological principles and advanced communication patterns.

It’s like the difference between a football coach who thinks you’ll perform best if he yells at you, compared with the more elegant style of a great leader who knows that to get the best from his people, he needs to understand motivation, to cajole, encourage and reward.

Hypnosis Downloads.com offers hundreds of sessions using the best type of hypnosis.

Hypnosis Myth 2) Subliminals work

Subliminals are words that you can’t hear. Common sense says they shouldn’t work, and there’s no research proving that they do.

Hypnosis Myth 3) Some people can’t be hypnotized

The only reason you can’t be hypnotized is if you are incapable of paying attention due to extremely low IQ or brain damage. That’s not to say that every hypnotist can hypnotize you however. The more flexible the hypnotist, the more effective she will be with the largest number of people.

Hypnosis Myth 4) Hypnosis is something weird that other people do to you

If you couldn’t go into hypnosis, you wouldn’t be able to sleep, to learn, or get nervous through ‘negative self hypnosis’. (You know when you imagine things going wrong and it makes you feel anxious? Well that’s self hypnosis!)

Hypnosis is simply a deliberate utilization of the REM (Rapid Eye Movement) or dream state. We’re not giving people medication here – if it wasn’t a natural ability, hypnosis wouldn’t work!

Hypnosis Myth 5) You lose control in hypnosis

Crazy news stories, stage hypnotists and gossip have created the illusion that you lose control in hypnosis. In fact, when hypnotized, you are relaxed and focused – and able to choose to get up and walk away at any time. You choose to give your attention to the hypnotist, and you can withdraw it at any time.

If you have been scared of hypnosis in the past, this article has hopefully convinced you to at least give it a try. But remember, ensure what you’re getting is the real thing. Visit http://www.hypnosisdownloads.com/?1085
