 Preparare:&lt;br /&gt;
 In laptele cald se adauga zaharul si drojdia. Restul ingredientelor se 
pun intr-un bol, iar peste se adauga laptele cald. Se framanta pana 
rezulta un aluat nelipicios. Se lasa la dospit o ora. Aluatul se intinde
 intr- o foaie subtire dupa care se unge cu untul topit, iar peste se 
presara scortisoara amestecata cu zahar.&lt;br /&gt; Se ruleaza aluatul si se 
taie rondele de aproximativ 1-2 cm si se pun pe o tava tapetata cu 
hartie de copt. Se lasa la  odihnit 10-15 minute dupa care se coc 15 
minute la 200 grade C.&lt;br /&gt; Se pudreaza cu zahar, simple sau se face o glazura din zeama de lamaie si zahar pudra..sau de ce nu ciocolata topita.&lt;br /&gt;

 Taietetii se pun la fiert dupa instructiunile de pe pachet, dupa care 
se scurg de apa. Peste pastele fierbienti se pune untul si se amesteca 
pana untul s-a topit.&lt;br /&gt; Se freaca galbenusurile cu zaharul tos, 
vanilia si coaja de lamaie, apoi se pune smantana si branza de vaca 
trecuta prin sita(sau frecata cu lingura, sa fie cat mai fina). 
Albusurile se bat spuma cu un praf de sare. Taieteii de pun peste 
galbenusuri si branza de vaca, se amesteca bine, iar peste se adauga 
albusurile spuma si se amesteca de sus in jos. Adaugati stafide dupa 
gust.&lt;br /&gt; Se unge o tava cu unt, apoi se tapeteaza cu pesmet. aduagati 
compozitia in tava, presarati pesmet deasupra si acoperiti cu folie de 
aluminiu.&lt;br /&gt; Tava se da la cuptorul preincalzit , la 180 grade C, 
pentru aproximativ 30 minute. Se indeparteaza folia de aluminiu si se 
mai lasa tava in cuptor pentru aproximativ 10 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
 Pofta Buna.&lt;/div&gt;

foc pana se topeste(atentie sa nu fiarba), apoi o adaugati la piersicile
 macinate, amestecati si lasati compozitia la rece pana incepe sa se 
inchege. Bateti frisca si o adaugati la piersicile macinate. Taiati 
cubulete 1/2 conserva piersici si adaugati la crema.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

5-6 ciuperci mari&lt;br /&gt;
o ceapa&lt;br /&gt;
putin ulei de masline&lt;br /&gt;
o mana buna de marar tocat&lt;br /&gt;
frisca lichida&lt;br /&gt;
telemea de capra(optional)&lt;br /&gt;
broccoli&lt;br /&gt;
sare si piper&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparare:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-o tigaie caliti ceapa in putin ulei de masline, apoi adaugati ciupercile taiate mai marunt si lasati cateva minue, pana isi lasa apa ciuercile. Le stingeti cu frisca lichida(am pus la ochi) , adugati daca vreti si putina branza telemea, mararul si mai lasati 2-3 minute la foc mediu. Adugati sare si piper dupa gust.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Separat fierbeti broccoli 2 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Condimentati pieptul de pui si-l prajiti in putin ulei de masline, sau il puteti face pe gratar.&lt;br /&gt;

Zilele trecute imi ramases in frigider niste piure de cartofi , pe care l-am transformat in gnocchi.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingrediente gnocchi:&lt;br /&gt;
500 gr piure de cartofi rece&lt;br /&gt;
250 grame faina&lt;br /&gt;
1 ou.&lt;br /&gt;

Amestecati toate ingredintele, rezulta o pasta unor lipicioasa dar cu care puteti lucra. Infainati masa de lucru , apoi formati fasii lungi pe care le taiati bucatele mici. Le puteti lasa asa, sau le puteti apasa usor fiecare bucatica pe furcutila, imprimand astfel dintii furculitei,&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dupa ce i-ati format, puneti la fiert o oala cu apa, iar cand apa fierbe adaugati pe rand gnocchi. Cand se ridica la suprafata ii scoateti cu paleta si-i puneti intr-o strecuratoare la scurs.&lt;br /&gt;

Dupa ce i-ati fiert puteti prepara sosul preferat, fie sos rosu cu carne fie alb.&lt;br /&gt;
Eu am ales sa prepar un sos alb pe baza de branzeturi.&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru sos am pus pe foc in jur de 250 ml frisca lichida, iar cand a inceput sa fiarba am adaugat diferite branzeturi( telemea de capra, branza brie, crema de branza).&lt;br /&gt;
Gonocchi i-am asezat intr-o tava, peste am turnat sosul, iar deasupra am presarat cascaval razalit. Am dat tava la cuptor pana s-a rumenit usor deasupra.&lt;br /&gt;

Preparare:&lt;br /&gt;
Preincalziti cuptul la 175 grade C.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-un bol amestecati faina, sarea, praful de copt si bicarbonatul.&lt;br /&gt;
Separat spumati untul cu zaharul, apoi adaugati ouale , pe rand, amestecand bine dupa fiecare. Adaugati vanilia, coaja si zeama de portocala, iar la sfarsit adaugati si amestecul de faina.&lt;br /&gt;
Din aluatul rezultat, formati cu mana bile de marime potrivita pe care le coaceti in jur de 12-15 minute, apoi dupa ce s-au copt le lasati la racit si le puteti pudra cu zahar pudra.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Foarte bune si aromate.&lt;br /&gt;

fulgi de ovaz(sau biscuiti digestivi)+ 2-3 linguri zahar&lt;br /&gt;
300 gr crema de branza&lt;br /&gt;
300 ml frisca&lt;br /&gt;
zahar pudra dupa gust&lt;br /&gt;
coaja de la o lamaie&lt;br /&gt;
zeama si coaja de la o lime&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr afine&amp;nbsp;+ 3-4 linguri zahar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparare:&lt;br /&gt;
Pentru ca nu am avut in casa nici un fel de biscuiti am folosit pentru baza fulgi de ovaz( cam 2 pumni) pe care i-am rumenit si peste care am adaugat cateva linguri de zahar.&lt;br /&gt;
Afinele le-am pus impreuna cu zaharul si putina apa la foc si le-am lasat sa dea in clocot 2-3 minute.&lt;br /&gt;
Frisca lichida am batut-o spuma, iar crema de branza am mixat-o cu zahar pudra dupa gust si zeama si coaja de la lime si coaja de la lamaie.&lt;br /&gt;
Am amestecat crema de branza cu frisca , apoi am repartizat desertul in pahare: un strat de fulgi de ovaz, apoi crema, apoi afine si am presat si cativa fulgi de ovaz deasupra.&lt;br /&gt;
Desertul se poate servi imediat sau il mai puteti da la rece. Iasa in jur de 4-5 portii.&lt;br /&gt;
Puteti folosi si altfel de fructe, lasati-va imaginatia sa zboare :).&lt;br /&gt;

sare, piper,vegeta&lt;br /&gt;

Preparare:&lt;br /&gt;
Puneti intr-o tigaie 3 linguri de unt si caliti ciupercile, apoi le scoateti afara si le tineti la cald. Adaugati restul de unt. Sarati si piperati pieptul de pui si-l dati prin faina, apoi il puneti in tigaie, si-l rumenti pe fiecare parte. Dupa ce s-a rumenit, il scoateti afara.&lt;br /&gt;

In tigaie adaugati apa, adaugati putina vegeta si lasati sa scada un pic. Dupa ce a scazut apa, adaugati frisca lichida, branza de capra si zeama de lamaie, amestecati sa se formeze un sos omogen, apoi adaugati ciupercile, pieptul de pui(eu l-am taiat fasii) si lasati la foc moale sa dea un clocot in jur de 20 de minute.&lt;br /&gt;

300 gr spanac&lt;br /&gt;
200 ml lapte&lt;br /&gt;
4 oua&lt;br /&gt;
sare si piper&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingrediente umplutura:&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr crema de branza&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr telemea&lt;br /&gt;
un ardei gras rosu&lt;br /&gt;
sare si piper(daca este nevoie)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparare:&lt;br /&gt;
Preincalziti cuptorul la 180 de grade C.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Eu am avut o cutie de 300 de gr de spanac congelat, deci am decongelat spanacul, l-am scurs bine de apa si l-am tocat marunt.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intr-o cratita puneti la foc untul si faina, 1-2 minute, apoi adaugati spanacul tocat si stingeti cu 200 ml lapte. Daca credeti ca spanacul trebuie maruntit mai bine, il puteti macina cu robotul stick(bat).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Luati compozitia de pe foc.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Separati ouale, adaugati galbenusurile la compozitia de spanac si amestecati bine, iar la sfarsit adugati albusurile batute spuma.&lt;br /&gt;
Potriviti se sare si piper.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Turnati compozitia intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si dati tava la cuptor in jur de 25 de minute(sau pana la proba scobitorii).&lt;br /&gt;
Dupa ce s-a copt blatul, il scoateti din cuptor si se lasa sa se raceasca.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Intre timp pregatiti umplura: amestecati bine crema de branza cu telemeaua, astfel incat sa rezulte o pasta omogena. Intindeti crema peste blatul de spanac, apoi peste puneti bucatele de ardei rosu taiate marunt, rulati cu grija si lasati la rece 1-2 ore.&lt;br /&gt;

Daca aveti pofta de un desert super rapid, sau daca aveti in casa biscuiti simpli si nu va plac gustul lor ii transformati in bilute super delicioase. Ingredientele sunt la ochi, deci: macinati fin in jur de 400 gr biscuiti simpli. Separat puneti pe foc in jur de 200 gr ciocolata cu 100 ml frisca lichida la topit. Adaugati ciocolata topita peste biscuiti, iar rezulttaul sa fie unul maleabil, adica sa puteti forma bilute. Eu am adaugat si o mana de stafide...de asemenea puteti adauga nuca de cocos. Dati bilutele la rece, le puteti lasa asa simple sau le puteti tavali prin zahar pudra, cacao , nuca de cocos, nuca macinata...etc.&lt;br /&gt;

Un deliciu, atat folosit pentru inghetata cat si pentru torturi si prajituri.&lt;br /&gt;
Se face repede si aveti nevoie de: 250 gr zahar, 90 gr unt , 125 ml frisca lichida,optional o lingurita de sare daca vreti sa obtineti un sos caramel usor sarat...yummy:)&lt;br /&gt;

Preparare: puneti zaharul la foc pana se caramelizeaza, apoi adaugati untul ,lasati 1 minut apoi adaugati si frisca si lasati sa dea in clocot 2-3 minute...gata:) &amp;nbsp;Il puteti folosi asa fierbinte peste inghetata, peste o tarta cu mere....:)&lt;br /&gt;
