&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Crema a fost aceeasi si am gasit-o in revista Ioana:Secretele bucatariei, ai anume "Bulgari de zapada" o crema pe baza de branza de vaci.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Acest" madeira sponge cake" se preapara foarte rapid, dar timpul de coacere este lung, de la 1 ora si 15 min la 2 ore, in functie de cantitate.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ca si consistenta, necopt, este gros, nu curge ,la coacere nu creste foarte tare, dar are un gust tare bun, ar putea fi "devorat" simplu, aducand parca a niste biscuiti din aceia moi...nici nu stiu cum sa ma explic....singurul inconvenient este ca trebuie copt mult:)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Deci pana la urma am copt 2 portii de madeira, din care au rezultat ,dupa nivelare, 4 blaturi, numa bine cu crema sa umple forma tortului, iar pandispanul l-am copt si pe el de 2 ori, cate 3 oua o data......deci tot 4 blaturi am avut:))&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Hai sa va dau retele ca deageaba va aburesc cu aceste detalii:)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Madeira Sponge Cake&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ingrediente pentru tava rotunda 15 x 7:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 1/2 cup faina&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1/2 cup zahar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1/2 cup unt&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 oua&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 lingura de lapte&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;putin praf de copt&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;in plus fata de reteta am pus coaja rasa de portocala.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Preparare:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Preincalziti cuptorul la 140 de grade.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se amesteca bine toate ingredintele, apoi puneti compozitia in tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si introduceti tava la pozitia din mijloc a cuptorului pentru o ora si 15 minute. Faceti proba cu scobitoarea, in cazul in care centrul nu este inca copt mai lasati cateva minute, 5-10 minute si verificati din nou. La mine a fost gata dupa 1 ora si 15 minute fix:)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Partea cu coptul am crezut ca nu se mai termina niciodata, plus eu am facut 2 portii din acest madeira.:))&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Reteta crema:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;15 gr gelatina&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;250 ml lapte&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2 plicuri zahar vanilinat&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;50 gr zahar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;250 branza de vaci&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;600 ml frisca&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;80 gr nuca de cocos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;1 conserva de caise/piersici9480 gr)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Preparare:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Puneti gelatina in apa rece la inmuiat.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Incalziti laptele impreuna cu zaharul tos si cel vanilinat, apoi cand incepe sa fiarba, luati de pe foc si puneti gelatina,amestecand.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Branza de vaci o pisati in prealabil, astfel incat sa rezulte o crema fina, apoi o adaugati la lapte. Puneti si fulgii de cocos( ii puteti omite) si apoi bateti frisca tare si o adaugati si pe ea.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Caisele sau piersicile se scurg si se taie bucatele mici.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se pun doar cand asamblati tortul,peste crema.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Eu am facut portie dubla, dar cantiatea de frisca nu am dublat-o:)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Montare tort:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Blat insiropat (cu sucul de la piersici) apoi crema, apoi bacati de piersica si repatam, ultimul fiind blat.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;La fel se face cu al 2-lea tort, ar fi bine deci sa aveti 2 forme de tort identice.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se lasa peste noapte la rece, apoi a 2-a zi se suprapun, fiind despartite de carton intre ele.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Eu cum am facut 2 tipuri de blat, se simtea diferenta de greutate dintre ele, blatul madeira fiind mai greu, asa ca el a stat la baza, iar tortul din pandispan deasupra lui.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Apoi ungeti blatul cu crema de unt(buttercream) si dupa care se acopera cu fondant si se decoreaza.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;A fost greu???? &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-pentru blat:-4 oua&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;                       -4 linguri de zahar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;                       -4 linguri de faina&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;                       -coaja de lamaie&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;                       -putin praf de copt&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- cam 10 linguri de zahar pentru caramelizat&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-3-4 mere curatate si taiate felii&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;-scortisoara&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Preparare:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Preincalziti cuptorul la 180 de grade.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Caramelizati zaharul, apoi il intindeti pe peretii vasului in care urmeaza sa faceti checul/tortul.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Lasati sa se raceasca, asezati merele si presarati scortisoara.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Preparati un blat din ingredinetele de mai sus, turnati-l peste mere si dati tava la cuptor in jur de 20-25 de minute.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Dupa ce s-a copt, scoateti tava si o rasturnati imediat pe un platou. Lasati sa se raceasca, apoi ornati cu frisca, sau in cazul meu am preparat din putina zeama de lamaie si zahar pudra o glazura cu care am "stropit" prajiturica!
