At the first launching Reg Organizer 5 makes a complex express analysis of the system and displays information about all problems in it. Such approach significantly saves time since there is no more need to wait for the full scanning of the system to learn about the system condition. When making the express analysis the program checks all main spheres where problems may occur. If the total number of problems is insignificant, Reg Organizer 5 will inform you about it and you will not have to make full scanning.

Besides, the functions of automatic register and HDD cleaning, and of files optimization (compress and defragmentation) functions were significantly improved. Now they are represented as imple and convenient masters which make all necessary operations automatically; you will have to only relax while the program makes register servicing.

The registry editor received the new function, which allows creating reg-files from different keys. Reg-files editing is made on tabs, that is why any file may easily filled with this or that registry key. All this allows saving various settings in one file. Before, to do that one needed to create several files and import them in the System Registry one by one.

The partially automated function of manual registry cleaning now displays some errors showing them on the first place with a special mark. You may correct all errors by one mouse click. Now there is no need to be occupied with minor things – it is time to concentrate on really important tasks.

The new version of SBMAV Disk Cleaner 2009 was completely adapted for working in the new operation system Windows 7. Also there were some changes and corrections made in the program. In particular, the option of module integration in the Control Panel for launching the program uninstallation function; the error which arose when installing the program for Windows 7 was eliminated as well.

The search in the uninstallation mode is improved. Now the filter may be deleted by one click on the “red cross” which appears in the right-hand field after you enter the text into it. There is no more necessity to select and delete the whole line, just click the button and the program will clear the filter line and update the list.

We also added the new module of automatic stats collection, which will improve the product, increase the convenience and effectiveness of its use. The module is fully automatic and does not require any additional manipulations from the user. At the first launch the program will offer to participate in the improvement program of SBMAV Disk Cleaner. After receiving your consent nothing else is needed. The system collects statistics and sends it to us once a week. No personal data will be transferred; we are interested in such parameters as the frequency of use of the program, the frequency of use of different functions, what settings the program works with on your computer, etc. No other data will be received by us.

Besides, several bugs and mistakes were corrected in the program, including the «I/O error 1784», which appeared on some computers at launching the program.

The switch from scanning results of automated cleaning to the registry editor is changed. Now the registry editor opens in the new window of the program. To return to the scanning results you may now simply close the window with the registry editor.

“Hanging up” of Reg Organizer at forming extension lists in the manual clearing mode is eliminated. This was connected with the fact that at forming the lists the program displayed no progress bar, but the work continued. Now this defect is corrected.

The interface of the program in the classical theme of Microsoft Windows is improved. Now all data in the Reg Organizer are displayed correctly and pleasantly for the eye.

And the most important innovation – Reg Organizer 5 now may work with Microsoft Windows 7. Now the program includes new tweaks for this system. For example, in the context menu of Windows Explorer you now may add new items “Copy to the folder…” and “Move to the folder” for more convenient work with files and folders on disks. Or, for example, you may disable the switch to secure desktop (disables the blacking of the desktop at the UAC request).

On the support of 64-bit systems

We receive many questions concerning the time when the support of 64-bit systems will be added to Reg Organizer. Working on this version is active and it will appear in one of the nearest versions. Please keep track of the news.

Download SBMAV Disk Cleaner 2009

In the second beta-version Reg Organizer 5 some mistakes were corrected. In the automatic register clearing in some cases there was a mistake Invalid data type for “” and the “Stop” button did not work which allowed to abort the scanning. A minor fault of the manual mode of register clearing was corrected (group names were longer than the fields). The column width with groups now may be modified.

The mechanism of update checking has become much better in use. Now the checking is done once a week. And there are no dialogue windows which may abstract users from the program. The signal about the new version appears in the upper right corner of the main window as a flashing button. As soon as there is the possibility to check for updates – one needs to click the button and the website of the program will be opened. On the opened page there will be information on the latest update and on how to download it. Also the manual mode of update checking is available in the menu of the program. There is the possibility of disabling the update checking in the settings of SBMAV Disk Cleaner 2009.

Registered users of SBMAV Disk Cleaner 2009 may update their version without any additional payments and registrations; they simply need to install the new version over the previous one. If after the installation of the new version the program asks to register – please enter your registration data for activation.

The Manual Registry Cleanup feature has been enhanced and some minor changes have been made in the new version of Reg Organizer. For example, there are changes in the names of its configuration files. Some very aggressive disk cleanup tools that have nothing to do with us considered some configuration files as informational garbage, which used to result in “Error in CRC module” and the necessity to reinstall the entire application. Besides, the bug on the “Startup Applications” tab in the Manual Registry Cleanup mode has been fixed: sometimes an attempt to delete an item used to fail to actually delete the item.

Start Reg Organizer. Select “File” – “Export the Entire Registry…” in the main menu.

Enter the file name in the dialog box and the program will save all data from the registry to this file. After the process is over, you can pack the backup copy (because the output file will be rather large, about 100 megabytes) and save it to a separate folder.

To restore the registry from such a backup copy after a failure, take the archive with the registry file and import it with Reg Organizer. Select “Import Data from a Registry File…” on the “File” menu and select the unpacked file with the backup copy of your registry in the dialog box. After that the program imports all data from the file to the system and the registry is restored.

Version 4.22 performs various operations related to deleting, moving
and editing data in the registry and the file system faster than ever
before. The interface of the program has been optimized and is simpler
to use. Reg Organizer no longer shows items that are inactive, and it
is easier to examine lists of data due to simplified presentation of
the information. In addition, the export and import of registry data

SBMAV Disk Cleaner 3.30 is now easier to control because some control elements have been removed and the processes controlled by these elements have been automated. Besides, each features is controlled right where this feature is available, which makes the interface considerably less complicated. Due to this, it is now much more comfortable to control the program.

Functions themselves have also been modified. The Disk Cleanup feature now has an updated scanning module and a simple mechanism for working with the results (list). It increased the effectiveness of the program without reducing the scanning rate.

The Uninstall Software feature now has a completely new module for working with the software list. The list now has a tool for fast filtering by developers and a quick search. The search allows you to instantly find software by the characters you specify, which makes software removal much easier and quicker.
