The conference is supported by the Global Alliance for Public Relations and Communications Management, the confederation of the world&#8217;s major PR and communication management associations and institutions. WCPREE is on November 14-18, 2015 at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre in Nairobi, Kenya.</p>
<p>The World Conference on Public Relations in Emerging Economies will bring together practitioners and academics from across the globe to look at the particular challenges faced by emerging economies in an evolving and continually changing environment. The international communication community coming together in Nairobi will debate topics such as the role of emerging economies in the global economy, the role of public relations and technologies in emerging economies, how to achieve sustainable development, stability and well-being in emerging economies and globally.</p>
<p>Stuart will deliver two sessions at the World Conference on Public Relations in Emerging Economies. The first session is on &#8216;PR in the digital and social media sphere&#8217; and the second is &#8216;Information, Communication and Technology as Drivers of Development in Emerging Economies: the Place of Digital and Social Media&#8217;. Other keynote speakers at WCPREE include: Lord Peter Chadlington, founder of two of the world&#8217;s largest PR companies &#8211; Shandwick and Huntsworth Group plc; Francis Ingham, CEO of the International Communications Consultancy Organisation and Director General of the Public Relations Consultants Association; and Professor Gregor Halff, Chair of Global Alliance and Associate Dean of Singapore Management University.</p>
<p>Stuart Bruce is an international public relations adviser and trainer who has earned an international reputation as a pioneer and doer in modernised public relations. He writes a the top-ranked PR blog stuartbruce.biz, teaches post-graduate PR, corporate communications and public affairs at Leeds Beckett University and is an elected member of the national council of the Chartered Insitute of Public Relations. He is the co-author of the PR books Share This and Share This Too as well as several PR ebooks and has co-authored a paper for Quadriga University of Applied Science in Berlin on excellence in online communication. In 2013 he was presented with the Outstanding Contribution to Social Media Award.</p>
<p>Stuart was the chief moderator of the 2015 Davos World Communication Forum and sits on its International Organising Committee. In 2014 in Istanbul he gave the keynote address on social media at the Global Crisis Communications Summit of the International Air Transport Association speaking to PR heads of more than 100 of the world’s largest airlines. His regular media appearances include Al Jazeera, BBC, PRWeek and The Guardian amongst many others.</p>

<p>Stuart Bruce was the moderator at the 2015 World Communication Forum in Davos. Communications and PR leaders from 34 countries and five continents gathered to listen to 48 speakers discuss a diverse range of topics that are shaping the global corporate communications and public relations agenda in 2015.</p>
<p>The 2015 Davos <a href="http://www.forumdavos.com/events/2015" target="_blank">World Communication Forum</a> not only had PR and corporate communications leaders from around the world, but also two government ministers: Faith Muthambi, Minister of Communication of the government of South Africa and Sheriff Bojang, Minister of Information and Communication of the government of Gambia; Hassan Falha, General Manager of the Ministry of Information of Lebanon, Dr Zoltan Kovacs, International Spokesperson of the government of Hungary; Roman Vassilenko, Chairman of the Committee for International Information, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kazakhstan; Peter Susko, Director of the Press Department, Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs, the Slovak Republic.</p>
<p>Other speakers at the Davos World Communication Forum 2015 included Colin Byrne, CEO of Weber Shandwick EMEA; ; Yogesh Joshi, President of the Association of Business Communicators of India; Zhao Dali, Vice President and Secretary General of China International Public Relations Association and Holly Zheng, President of Blue Focus International (one of China&#8217;s and the world&#8217;s biggest marketing services groups) and Rich Kylberg, Vice President Communications and Global Marketing, Arrow Electronics.</p>
<p>Colin Byrne, CEO of Weber Shandwick EMEA said: &#8220;I think the forum is terrific and brings an important new dimension to our discussions as a global industry.&#8221;</p>
<p>Stuart Bruce was also the editor of the World Communication Review, which contained essays and papers from many of the speakers at the forum.</p>
