It is funny how far some pet owners would go for their best furry friends. During these dog shows, one could observe how some pet owners would bring a legion of electric fans or even a tent that is complete with fluffy cushions and floor mats that is fit for a king. Love knows no boundaries.

What if people would think that respect and love are today’s best diet pills and not those chemically manufactured tablets? I mean if people really wanted to lose weight, then first respect yourself. Respect your body and know your limits.

All you need is to love yourself for being who you are. We do live in a physical world but with love and respect for your own health, you would take the initiative and be active and eat well. That’s the best pill.

Para sa

Kapag ganitong mainit ang panahon dalawang beses sa isang araw ako maligo. Pag tag-init kasi dito sa Chicago umabot ng 100 Fahrenheit ang temperatura pero kakaiba ngayon summer dahil hindi masyado mainit hindi tulad nong nakaraang taon sobrang init talaga pinapawisan pati singit mo LOL.

So ito ang aking handog “after shower self-portrait” .

English Translation: Hot days like these, I shower twice a day. The summer in Chicago reaches 100 Fahrenheit temperature but not now because it’s not too hot like last year. It was excessively hot, really sweaty that even your groins would sweat.

    Surprised, shocked and scared. it was unexpected or rather, i would say it was unwanted.

    6. What did you crave while you were pregnant? i cant remember anymore. there’s only one thing I always remember during my pregnancy… i hate the smell of anything.
    7. Did you find out the gender of your first child? Why or why not? yes of course cos we want everything ready for the baby.
    8. Did you have any complications during your pregnancy? yes… i bled too much during my first trimester also the reason why I quit my job.
    9. How much did your first child weigh? 8.7 lbs

    11. What is the most difficult challenge or health issue that any of your children have faced? nothing serious.
    12. What’s your favorite part of being a mom? having fun with my kids and watching their milestone during infant hood… that’s my fave part ever of being a mom.

    16. What’s been the biggest surprise about motherhood? I was shocked at how strong my emotions were - I never thought I could feel so angry, so in love, so frustrated, so useless all at the same time and the biggest one was i never thought that I would lose a baby. I cried a lot…
    17. Are there things you miss about life before kids? Of course, like my night life and going out with friends with no kids tagging along.

    19. Do you plan to have any more children? maybe about 5 years from now
    20. Who’s the mom that you admire most? All the moms in the world. Being a mom is a remarkable job.
