Student Ministries Worship & Programming Leader

Are you passionate about Student Ministry? Do you enjoy leading engaging worship services and events? We might have the position for you.

Our Student Ministries team is looking for a full-time Student Ministries Worship and Programming Leader to help create and execute experiences where students fall in love with and follow Jesus. Responsibilities for this position include producing worship and programming for Middle and High School ministries, manage technical needs for all environments utilized by Student Ministries, and to recruit, develop, and train volunteers for this area. It is important that this person be motivated, highly organized, and have a working knowledge of the different elements of the production process (stage, audio, video, lighting).

This position does require a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.

Middle School Pastor

Do you have a heart for Middle School students? Are you an effective communicator and enjoy building relationships with students and adults? We might have the position for you!

Our Student Ministries Team is looking for a dynamic Middle School Pastor to lead and invest in the Middle School students at Southland. This person will be responsible for pastoring students and leading the large group experience on Sunday mornings.

In addition, this person will develop and maintain a volunteer leader base, help the Student Ministries Team coordinate and execute ministry programs, events, and trips, and provide pastoral care to students and parents.

This position does require a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
