BitCoin is experiencing growing pains…what we are seeing is nothing more than that.

BitCoin may never mature into a ‘full-fledged’ standard currency…but the next generation of internet currency, or the generation after that, will nail it.

The genie is out of the bottle on this one and there is no going back.

Our gov’t sponsored, ‘full faith and credit’ paper will not be able to sustain the onslaught.

It has been said about elections that people ‘vote with their wallet’.

I think that if people had the opportunity to vote on their choice of currency, then for this, like elections, they would ‘vote with their wallet’.

If there was a safe, ‘one-click-easy’ virtual currency option right next to a USD option, then more and more people will adopt the new currency.

It has been derived that the rate of introduction of new technologies follows an S-curve. The duration that it takes ~10% of the potential user population to adopt a new technology, is the same duration that the next ~80% of a user population takes to adopt the new technology.

The final ~10% adoption, also takes the same duration…hence, an S-curve.

Virtual currencies have not hit the 10% adoption rate…but they will, and they will be a game changer – and an opportunity.

A new tape reader came into my office tonight and we reviewed the concept of Trading Bot Rotation.

This is when we can identify a sequence of trading bot footprints rotating from Selling to Neutrality to Buying, and vice versa, which is from Buying to Neutrality to Selling.

The idea is to Follow The Bots.

If the Bots have changed course from Selling to Buying, the takeaway for the 21st century tape reader is to Follow The Bots and Buy.
