	<description>The School of Divinity is pleased to announce the Shiflett Endowed Scholarship, established in 2007 by Laura Shiflett to honor her husband, the late Rev. Bill B. Shiflett. This scholarship covers 100% of tuition costs for the academic year, and will be awarded to one Ph.D. student and one D.Min. annually (with the possibility of renewal).
	Eligible candidates for this award must be currently enrolled full-time in the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Ministry (DMin) program, and have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.50 in their graduate work, including any graduate work taken at other institutions prior to enrolling at Regent University.</description>
