That was the time when I stayed alone outside without my family, and that was the time when you will get sick of all the outside food. I would basically exchange a lot for a simple home cook meal.

Weeks ago, when my mum ran out of idea of what to cook for dinner. I came out with this dish. It doesn’t have a name, so let’s tentatively name it Cheese Baked Potatoes alright. It’s simple so any tom dick and harry can try this.

Firstly, shred your potatoes into strips, then fry it with a little butter and some salt & pepper until 3/4 quarter cooked. Place the amount of potatoes that you want into a bowl, and topped it with crab sticks, sausages, or any meat of your likings.

Then, pour your white sauce onto the potatoes. Umm, the white sauce I used is copy from this recipe. Fill up the bowl until it covers all the potatoes.

After that, sprinkle shreded cheese into the bowl. The cheesier you like, the more cheese you pour into the bowl.

Bake it in an oven at 170 degree celcius for 10-12 minutes, and it’s ready to be served!

This dish is extremely simple, and it’s extremely nice to eat. Try it during your weekends with your family for some “family fun”. =]

Due to the final day of the 9th Emporer God’s festival, it was a busy day.

Take caring the stall, which includes selling and cleaning up the stalls; and also the final praying session at night.

I stood whole day. Carried over 50 kg stuffs moving from A to B. I am totally exhausted today.

I wishes to sleep till my hearts content tonight, but too bad, I have a meeting to attend early in the morning tomorrow.

Like what my agency manager told me, “You play when you work, you work when you play.” I felt that it’s kinda true. I no more can seperate my social life with my job. Everytime when I met someone, business comes into my mind.

I would somehow accidentally draft out plans that are suitable to that person. Some may lack of medical card, some may need more force savings for their retirement fund, some may need help on their childrens’ education fund, some may have to insure their housing loans.. Arghh I just couldn’t get rid of all these thoughts in my mind. (I’m sure my manager would be very glad to hear this.)

Should I say that I’m professional, or is it purely business minded. LOL I myself don’t know the answer.

But one thing that I am glad with my current job is that my life has starting to become VERY interesting.

With my flexible and also free hours, I felt that I have to do something good for myself, and also for the society. This is how I ended up with so many charitable clubs.

First I gave tuition to my father’s friend, for FREE, due to his family’s financially poor condition; I also helped out in the charity vegetarian stalls for 10 days as a social worker; then I am going for an interview or should I say a “find out” on the Lions Club Center where they have all the autistic kids, I volunteered to be a social teacher over there but not sure whether I am fit to do so yet. Let me update this news with you after my “find outs” alright?

I know when I tell my friends about this, many of them scolded me stupid, for wasting my time giving tuition without earning some bucks. Some of them will say that I do charity because I have other motives like hunting some victims for my businesses.

Yeah I do admit that it’s a way for me to hunt for customers, but I really sincerely honestly fuckingly would like to help out in the society. Stop accusing me in the bad way, I DON’T LIKE IT!! Just because you think selfishly doesn’t mean that I think the way you think. Keep your business to yourself and stop interupting mine alright!

Anyway, 2 days more until the end of the 9th emperor god’s birthday, which means 2 more days for my social work. Work starts at 8am tomorrow as there will be a shortage of helpers during weekdays. After that, I shall be back on my insurance job.

Hmm, maybe I am on my insurance job already.

So what have you been doing? As for me, I was and am helping in one of the charity vegetarian stalls opposite Green Lane Heights for the Nine God (九皇爷) festival.

Charity Vegetarian stall.

This festival is one of the heavily celebrated festival celebration by Penangites. It’s the time where many will take vegetarian for 1/3/7/9/30/40/49 whole days prior to the 9th of the 9th lunar month. People believe that by doing so will gather enough good kharma for themself, and also to pay respect to this Nine God.

This charity stall opened since Sunday, and I’ve started to help them starting from Monday. I said it’s a charity stall because we do not sell food. You can get all kinds of vegetarian food ranging from Laksa, Curry Mee, Fried Rice, to Economy rice, tomyam noodles, to desserts like red bean soup, barley, and even glutinous rice from us. In return, you may or may not donate an amount of money at your own preference.

See, it’s charity I told you.

Yeah she’s the charity head aka ONLY COOK for the whole day! Salute!

But one thing I dislike is that there’s people misused this charity purpose. There’s this uncle that took 3 packets of Curry mee, and some dishes from the economy rice. Then he asked us how much, we told him it’s charity and it’s up to him to pay.

Two among the bunch of helpers. All are super nice people, like me. XD

For a good/average looking man like him, I assume that he’s gonna put in at least some RM3-5 in the box, but instead, he digged out some coins from his pocket, and donated two 50cents coin inside.

What the hell. Just as I wanna start cursing, I think I better stop cursing else later I also kena bad kharma. Oops did I mention “also”? LOL!

Needed to thank jian for helping me in designing the header! Muahaaha his drawings really amazes me! I sent him the japanese header, and he edited back with SOUL! Laoo I am not exagerrating at all! His art work is really good, else how will he be featured in the newspaper. Oops did I share this piece of news with you?

I’m still gonna use this “Japanese flag” header despite so many of you hating it. Blek!

He’s actually my first friend who got featured in the newspaper. I saw him grow, from good art to amazing comic strips. Every art is equipped with soothing colour, fine art, and also some details on things that happened. I love his art as much as I loves Kee’s World comic! I wonder what will be next. How I wish I have some kind of talent like him lol.

Back to the topic.

Any idea/sugggestions? I desperately need some new funky ideas now as my brain is not working well on bloggings, it’s just so concentrated with my job now.

Should I ask miao to make a comic strip for me? Or should I just write down everything in point form in style? Or should I write down those long long passage telling my stories since I was born? Arhh I don’t know!!

Thinking of changing theme too, but really kinda lazy busy. Everybody also have 24 hours, how come I kept feeling like I have less then that?!!

Anyway, managed to close a case yesterday.

Wooohoo! Another person protected from financial difficulties (not now but maybe in future).

Felt so good. After all I feel that my job is doing some good deeds too. I really hope that people can have some help when they are in need of big money.

That’s party the reason I chose this job, because I hope to do enough good deeds, then in my next life I can be born in a rich rich SUPER rich family that I needn’t have to worry anything about money.

Wah isn’t that nice.

So yeah, my target, is to work for a better life in my NEXT LIFE.

LOL crap.
