			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello and welcome to this weeks FREE workout. This week we&#8217;re using dumbbells in different ways to challenge your body, keep the muscles guessing, and keep you getting results!</p>
<p>This is workout 1 of 3 &#8211; the next 2 are coming in the next weeks. This weeks workout takes your body through what is called the sagittal plane, which moves you forwards and backwards.</p>
<p>All you need for this workout are:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>You</strong></li>
<li><strong>A Drink</strong></li>
<li><strong>A Towel</strong></li>
<li><strong>Dumbbells</strong></li>
<li><strong>A Stopwatch/Timer</strong></li>
</ul>
<div>Before you take part in this or any physical activity it is always advisable to get your doctor&#8217;s &#8220;ok&#8221; that you can exercise.</div>
<div></div>
<div>Make sure before you do this workout that you warm-up thoroughly and stretch your muscles well to make sure your risk of injury is kept to a minimum.</div>
<div></div>
<div>The list of exercises is below. Underneath this list is a video of me performing the exercises, complete with tips for you on proper technique and getting the most from your workout.</div>
<div></div>
<div>This workout can be performed in one of the following ways:</div>
<div></div>
<div><strong>Beginners</strong> &#8211; Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, then rest for 30 seconds. Once you&#8217;ve completed all 8 exercises rest for 1 minute then repeat the workout once more.</div>
<div></div>
<div><strong>Intermediate</strong> &#8211; Perform each exercise for 40 seconds, then rest for 20 seconds between exercises. Once you&#8217;ve completed all 8 exercises, rest for 30 seconds then repeat the workout once or even twice more (rest 1 minute after completing the workout again).</div>
<div></div>
<div>
<div><strong>Advanced</strong> - Perform each exercise for 50 seconds, then rest for 10 seconds between exercises. Rest for 30 seconds MAX, then repeat the workout AT LEAST 2 more times, still resting 30 seconds MAX between each circuit you do.</div>

<div>Ok, you ready? Good! Then let&#8217;s get this Bodyweight Blast under way:</div>

<ol>
<li>Squats (Left Leg Forwards)</li>
<li>Press-Ups</li>
<li>Lunges (Left Leg Moving)</li>
<li>Shoulder Press</li>
<li>Squats (Right Leg Forwards)</li>
<li>Bicep Curls</li>
<li>Lunges (Right Leg Moving)</li>
<li>Triceps Extensions Overhead</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>And that&#8217;s it!</strong></p>
<p>Now you&#8217;re finished make sure you cool-down properly and thoroughly stretch out those muscles. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It may seem like a strange concept, but what you eat can actually make you ill. It can create the wrong environment in the body for your cells (all 50 trillion of them) to remain healthy.</p>
<p>This is because of the pH (acid vs alkaline) of the cellular fluids of the body.</p>
<p>Naturally our pH is 7.35; very slightly alkaline. However the majority of the foods we eat are acidic, taking us further away from this perfect alkaline state we need to be in.</p>
<p>As we drift into an acidic state on a cellular level, our blood cells start to stick together, basically for self-preservation (their own survival instinct) as they don&#8217;t want to be dissolved from total exposure to the acid that ends up in our blood.</p>
<p>&#8220;Ok, but how does this make me ill?&#8221; I hear you say.</p>
<p>Like this -> when the blood is acidic and the blood cells huddle together to avoid dissolving, they leave space in the blood stream for bad bacteria, fungi &#038; other toxins to run riot through the blood stream. The more these get to survive &#038; spread throughout our body the greater the risk of illness &#038; disease!</p>
<p>And this isn&#8217;t just some random thought I&#8217;ve had or some new-age latest fad theory for health, no sir-ree. It&#8217;s information that was published by Dr Otto Warburg when he won the Nobel Peace Prize in 1936 saying that cancer cells cannot survive in an alkaline body, so by alkalising the body we can halt the growth &#038; development of these cells along with other bacteria &#038; infections too.</p>
<p>So, now it comes down to how to make the body less acidic and more alkaline to maximise your health.</p>
<p>Consume <b>LESS</b> of the following foods:</p>
<p><b>1)</b> Caffeine<br />
<b>2)</b> Red Meat<br />
<b>3)</b> Alcohol<br />
<b>4)</b> Processed Foods<br />
<b>5)</b> Wheat &#038; Gluten<br />
<b>6)</b> Added Sugars<br />
<b>7)</b> Dairy Products</p>
<p>And also consume <b>MORE</b> fresh, clean water -> for best results multiply your bodyweight in Kg by 0.035 and the result is how many litres of water you should drink <b>per day.</b></p>
<p>Here&#8217;s an added bonus of this eating method&#8230;&#8230;you lose weight in a healthy way too!</p>

<div>Make sure before you do this workout that you warm-up thoroughly and stretch your muscles well to make sure your risk of injury is kept to a minimum.</div>
