			<content:encoded><![CDATA[When it comes to weight loss, many have failed and the reasons are many, but one of the most common reasons are:  Inflammatory conditions, toxicity and hormone imbalances that are affecting changes to the body that block any metabolic changes to occur which can be sustained.  If one simply starts exercising more and eating less calories, they MAY lose SOME weight, but will they keep the weight off?  Will their metabolism change to the extent that the body will maintain its new weight??  And what about those that can’t seem to lose weight AT ALL?  Arrrghh!<br/>
