Stone Mountain, Georgia State Park

The Memorial Carving depicts three
heroes of the Civil War - - President Jefferson Davis, General Robert E. Lee and
Lt. General Thomas "Stonewall" Jackson. The Memorial Carving is the world's
largest relief carving on the world's largest mass of exposed granite.

Will ‘Wii Fit’ be this year’s impossible-to-find holiday gift?

Even though it was released in the U.S. back in May of this year, Nintendo's Wii Fit looks like it will be especially hard to come by this holiday season. Forbes reports that while Nintendo has finally ramped up production of the Wii console to meet demand, the Wii Fit--a $90 packaged bundle including a bathroom-scale-sized balance board and a game disc--won't be as easy to find.

Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime tells Forbes, "With Wii hardware, I think we've got a good shot at meeting demand during the holidays...With Wii Fit, I know we'll fall short. That's a product we have consumers lining up for each morning outside of our Nintendo World store."

We checked on eBay and found plenty of Wii Fit packages for sale, mostly between $125-150, so the game is available, albeit at a premium price. Will shoppers still scoop up the $250 Wii console if they can't also get their hands on Wii Fit?

Oprah’s Season’s Favorite Things Show

Everybody knows that Oprah’s fans will do just about anything to acquire one of the golden tickets and be part of the audience of this special show. Her audience of 300 gets to find out first hand what the seasons favorite things are which Oprah shares with the studio television audience several of her favorite things, no matter what they are or what the cost.

The lucky people that are in the audience literally have gifts thrown at them and are showered with gifts each holiday episode. Some audience members receive over $10,000 worth of gifts. People love this show for obvious reasons.

Having your product featured on Oprah's "seasons Favorite Things" can be a real eye opener for a company. Oprah's staff does warn them that they will get slammed, but most really don't understand what that means until the show airs. One companies sales rose to $450,000 the year it aired and the following year their sales went to $840,000.

Every year members of the audience have received fantastic gifts ranging in price, but all these gifts have something in common. No sooner than they appear on Oprah's show the demand for these products goes crazy and with being so close to the holidays people want to know.. Where they can find them?

Last year there were 20 products on Oprah's Favorite Things list. Out of the 20 items in last year’s show, one of them has been a favorite on two other shows, do you know what this item was?
