As a basis for this new campaign, SeaFrance conducted focus groups among ferry users to see how the brand is perceived and why they would choose to cross the Channel with SeaFrance. As a result, the themes of space, comfort and style were incorporated into the campaign visuals to demonstrate the quality of the SeaFrance onboard product. All tourism customers are now carried on SeaFrance's three superferries, meaning that customers are guaranteed the high-end, value travel experience promised by the campaign.
