This is what I have for most of the times, my high anti-oxidant breakfast.

Black berries is free , I pick free from an organic farm.

Kellog ego pan cake is whole wheat, full of fiber. (they were buy 1 get 1 free for $2.79 and there is a target $1/2 and $1/2 Manufacturer coupon, so make it 40cents a pack.

Georgia peaches I bought from Wards super market, they are $15 for a box (I think 25lbs), delicious Georgia peaches.

One of my girlfriends called me last night and told me she saw a blinkie of $2 coupon next to Lactaid Milk @ Hunter Crossing Publix.

The milk was priced @ $2.19
With $2 coupon, it is $0.19.

A good stock pile price for milk. Too bad I have stocked up 20 gallon of Smart Balance milk and there is no room for any more milk

Am not sure if you have seen this coupon booklet but I got some from Tower/Archer road store last night.

$20 worth of coupon inside. The one I like the most is the $1/2 Lance crackers (it is on sale this week for 2 for $4).

(I wish the Bush’s baked beans will be BOGO next week, it is a pity most of the coupons will be expired on 7/31)

I bought 20 of those $3 from ebay for $1.45.

If your store allow overage, you are making 0.51 per 2 pack and you would make $5.10 for 20 packs and with tax and coupon fees, you probably get 20 packs for free.

I just read this deal from hot coupon world but I have not seen the deal myself.

1-Bogo q Yellow adv flyer…Rings up $2.50 off which gives overage!
1-$1/2 - AllWhites or Better’n Eggs products, any (2) - 06-06-10 RP

If this is true in my store I would used 1 Bogo Q from Yellow adv flyer and 1 $1 Publix Q from the Smart Saving Booklet. It will end up 50cents for 2 packs. (The Publix $1 Q is a store coupon and they only allow 1 coupon per customer).

This kind of egg freeze well. Since I have a lot of free blue berries. I can use this for my blue berry pie, cakes etc.

* Note : GT if you read this, this might be a great stock pile item for your bakery inventory if you have a small box freezer like me.

I love love The Pioneer Woman. My best friend Tracey introduced me to her.

She has gotten so famous, she had written a book, doing a nationwide tour for her book and she is generous. When she gives away something, it is real nice , this week it is a Nikon D90 DSLR camera…and a copy of Adobe Photoshop CS4, WOW.

I nearly fainted on the floor one day when I saw a copy of her cook book in my patient room. And he is a big fan of Pioneer Woman too

I am looking forward to buy a Nikon DSRL camera. So I hope I get to win this give away. Go and try to win for me too :). If you win, I buy 1/2 price from you , LOL
