I have made many little changes to make food less convenient by removing chocolate from the candy jars on my desk. I watch my portion sizes and try to eat a balanced diet loaded with lots of fresh wholesome fruits and veggies. I no longer go for a cookie break at 2 p.m. everyday. I am also exercising about 3-5 hours a week. What inspiring words have carried me through my past few months of healthy lifestyle changes?

Over the past few months, I have done a lot of soul searching about what I eat, when I eat and how much I eat.
