Keep on eye on your premises with your own home PC.
With your own home PC you can utilise it to view your surveillance cameras allowing
you to easily monitor your business or premises. You don't need overall
expensive equipment to do this.

Key things you need to know to set up your PC to work with your surveillance cameras:

High speed broadband connection

Minimum 512 upload/download

Static IP address at the monitored premises (Telstra provide this through there business services)

Appropriate modem/router at the site that needs monitoring

Any local IT support company to help you set it up or if you technically savvy you will likely be able to set it up yourself.

If you would like more detailed specs or recommended products to use please leave a comment or contact us, we would be more than happy to assist you.

An alarm system to suit any need....
Each environment and security need is unique so its important to know what your options are. To make deciding on the right alarm system we have put a list of commonly used ones that we set up regularly for our clients.

Basic local alarm system
This system has up to 4x detection devices, internal & external sirens but is not monitored by our control room, if an alarm activates the sirens sound for a programmed period (usually 5 minutes) and the strobe light will continue to flash until system is disarmed, the system has a back up battery in case of power failure.

Basic local wireless alarm system
This system has up to 8x wireless detection devices and 2x remote keyfobs, a hardwired keypad and sirens, this system is not monitored by our control room, if an alarm activates the sirens sound for a programmed period (usually 5 minutes) and the strobe light will continue to flash until system is disarmed, the system has a back up battery in case of power failure.

Basic monitored alarm system
This system has up to 4x detection devices, internal & external sirens and is connected to your telephone line for communication to our monitoring control room, if an alarm activates the sirens sound for a programmed period (usually 5 minutes) and the strobe light will continue to flash until system is disarmed, our control room operators act on your specific instructions when alarms are received, this system has a back up battery in case of power failure.

Basic monitored wireless alarm system
This system has up to 8x wireless detection devices and 2x remote keyfobs, a hardwired keypad and sirens and is connected to your telephone line for communication to our monitoring control room, if an alarm activates the sirens sound for a programmed period (usually 5 minutes) and the strobe light will continue to flash until system is disarmed, our control room operators act on your specific instructions when alarms are received, this system has a back up battery in case of power failure.

GSM back up
A GSM communications module can be fitted to any alarm system to give it a higher security communications path to the monitoring station if the telephone line is cut at your premises. The GSM dials our control room over the GSM network; a sim card is inserted to activate the GSM module.

GPRS monitored alarm system
A GPRS communications module can be fitted to any alarm system to give it a higher security communications path to the monitoring station, the GPRS module is polled every (90 seconds or 60 minutes) by the monitoring station checking that your system is online, this is a more expensive but a higher level of security for high risk installations such as banks, jewellery stores ATM’s etc… a telephone line is not required for this system but can be connected as a back up to the GPRS.

Each environment and security need is unique so its important to know what your options are.

Did you know there are special types of sensors to suit every application?

For
example a Bosch outdoor detector for semi enclosed areas which require
protection, this is the only type of sensor that should be used for
this application as any other sensor will give constant false alarms.

Did you know there are special types of sensors to suit every application?
