We believe that God has created the world including our lives. We have faith that God takes every care for us. So in order to express our gratitude towards God, we have created temples, churches or premises to worship God. Not only that, we have created the religions - the systems of living the lives under the blessings of God.

Political leaders and Religion leaders or saint lead, guide and help people to improve their lives. And a scientist is an altruistic person who makes research on the matters, finds out the rules and laws of material world for improvements of lives of people. Leaders and scientists both have similar purpose of their lives that is “helping people”. But their paths for helping the people are different. Leaders walk on the path built on emotions of people where as scientists walk on the path constructed on intelligence of people. Moreover, the leaders are extrovert persons live between the people where as scientists are introvert persons live aloof for the benefits of people. Therefore, most scientists remain unknown to common people and so they are not popular like political or religious leaders.

Literally speaking intelligence is a property of mind and emotion is a property of heart. People can be more influenced through emotional appeal rather than intelligent approach. That is why the person who can win the hearts of people can become a leader. So people like the leaders and follow them. And In order to respect and remember them, people make their statues and put in public places or premises.

Some great scientists have devoted their entire lives for new creations to make the world a better living place. The world and the quality of lives have improved greatly on the contributions given by scientists. Even though there are no considerable public places, premises or statues of scientists to express the gratitude towards them. Evan their names and their researches exist only in the books of records. Why not even a scientist's day to remember them? Why this discrimination towards the scientists?

There is a tradition to pay homage to a person who had sacrificed his or her life for a noble cause in the benefit of living world. This cultural behavior of people is not only to honor and respect the noble person who has passed away, but it is also to motivate the existing people for encouraging them to perform such noble acts in the benefit of the world. Do you not think an absence of tradition for paying homage to scientists is a demotivating factor for inspiring existing people to be scientists?

I appeal to all the readers to spread the message for creating the memorial places or celebrating the events for the scientists in order to develop the world at a greater pace.

Expression

Most success stories begin from poverty or adverse circumstances of men or women or their parents, leading them to achievement of goal, riches, happiness and peace. We like reading those wonderful stories of rich and successful men and women because of the amazing changes that happened in their lives or generations.

Some people do not think why and how this change happens; some accept it as good fortune or destiny of an individual, while few may try to search the real reason for the change. If somebody discovers it, he utilizes the knowledge for his own advantage, and if he doesn't have enough lifespan left then he may share it with his children, relatives or friends with a hope that if not himself at least his near and dear ones would be benefited.

Then why do some people write a book and get it published? Whether they want the world to know their discovery or wish to share their experiences; whether they desire to sell the knowledge to earn a living or need public approval for name and fame; whether they want to show their writing skill to satisfy their ego or want to elevate themselves spiritually through generous giving; whether they want to contribute to the evolving civilization or is it just as an expression of their lives?

Everybody wants to express, everyone wants to share with others; either it is an event of happiness or pain, either it is an incidence of anger or compassion, either it is an experience of love or broken relationship, either it is a subject of knowledge or ignorance, but expression is the requirement of human being. Someone may express by dancing, someone by singing and someone by acting, but expression is a natural act of every living being. Every human being expresses in some way or some form. Somebody expresses in the form of authority and some in the form of riches. The dignity itself expresses in the form of celebrity and the divinity expresses in the form of charity. God has expressed in the form of universe and I have expressed myself in the form of the book, “Self Elevation: science to spirituality”.

This expression was the extra mile I could walk which was not expected to do by anybody in this world. It is a labor of my love. I believe that love gives creativity and creativity is beyond the universal law of cause and effect. And because of my love and passion of writing, I could create and express myself in the form of this unique book, “Self Elevation: science to spirituality”.

Science and spirituality is my personal domain of absolute love. That is why this book expresses the philosophy of universe and our life based on science and spirituality. The book has come out from highest level of my consciousness and is expressed from deepest feeling of my heart. It is my scientific vision of the universe and spiritual approach towards life in order to get material success, happiness and peace to reach spiritual elevation during the life and beyond.

Millions of people in the history have benefited by the knowledge, wisdom and truth expressed in this book. The unknown cause of happiness

Favorable experiences of all the senses of our body create happiness. Fulfillment of desire brings the happiness. Achievement of wealth, authority and power gives the happiness. Everyone knows where from the happiness arrives but only few people know how to continue the happiness.

As such happiness is an auto response to favorable circumstances, desired events and good thoughts, even though, sometime, the negative traits and emotions of our mind do not allow experiencing happiness with all good reasons. It is well known that our wisdom can play a greater role in managing our emotions, expectation, thoughts, belief and pattern of thinking, which contribute to our conscious efforts for maintaining happy state of mind

It is true that happiness is a state of mind created in response to favorable outside environment or positive internal thoughts but the external environment or internal thoughts go on changing so the state of happiness is also goes on changing.

Let us understand why happiness does not remain long-lasting. We know that accomplishment of desire creates happiness. So check it out the status of a desire from its creation to accomplishment. The creation of desire is its birth, the activity to fulfill the desire is its life and accomplishment of desire is its end or death. Like all other living beings a desire also has life-cycle of birth-activity-death. The birth of a desire is an event with full of hope. Life of desire is full of the activities in present. At the end the desire does not exist either due to accomplishment or termination. When it ends as accomplishment it gives happiness, but that is also a temporary phase which disappears with the passage of time. And we need to feel happy continuously forever, so our mind creates another desire and then more and more desires to repeat the experience of happiness.

Recall the memories that how many times your various desires had been accomplished in the past in your life, then why we are not happy for those but awaiting for next accomplishment to become happy?

A birth and an end both are the events of a very short duration but life or the activities is long lasting, till we alive. Our activities or work of choice is a purpose of our life and we can be happy for the reason of our existence. When we do the work of our choice, our happiness would be linked with an action instead of the result, so that we would be happy while working continuously till we work. Lord Krishna said in the Hindu Holy book “Gita” to enjoy the work and leave the result on him. The purpose of advice of Lord is to make us detached from the result to keep our mind in present activities for enjoying happiness continuously throughout life.

Therefore, select an activity of your choice and make a very high goal. Detach from the result on account of positive attitude, strong belief, trust and faith, then live in the present involving in and enjoying the work. The persistent hard works required to achieve higher and difficult goal provide more happiness, and its accomplishment will not only create happiness but also create confidence, self esteem and great sense of achievement, that will condition the mind for permanent state of well being and happiness. Furthermore, if your achievement would be beneficial to other than you, your family, friends, neighbors and people living in your world, then it would make you feel worth living. The sense of worth living is the happy state of mind.

There is a difference between enjoyment and happiness. One can enjoy abundant wealth and all the material facilities of the world but will never satisfy from them. Enjoyment is a need of mind where as satisfaction is a need of soul. The satisfaction of soul is extremely necessary for enduring happiness in life. The satisfaction cannot be achieved by getting any amount of wealth. But great satisfaction can be derived from by giving to others without any expectation in return.

When we had born in this world, all facilities were existed for our living and development. Food, water, cloths, house, roads, transportation, electricity, medicines and all the means of comforts were available. This entire development was existed, for which we had not done anything. It was done and left for us by the people who had come and gone before us. This was the contribution made by our previous generations for living our life better. So everyone takes birth in this world with that debt. Our conscious mind might have forgotten this debt but soul is well aware of it. That is why most people always feel incomplete in their life. This incompleteness creates lack of satisfaction in life which does not allow us to be happy. Therefore, in order to satisfy our soul and create happiness, everyone has to return the debt by contributing to the world little more than he or she has utilized.

I would like to mention here a very important message of the universe. Universe is designed to grow. But if an individual works only for his or her living and does not contribute little more than he or she has utilized, then there will be no further development of the world. Universe requires the contributions from every human being for coming generations and its continuous growth. So urge of giving contributions has been implanted in the soul of each and every human being. Therefore, no one can be happy unless he or she fulfills this requirement of the universe.

Most people remain unknown to this secret act of universe. But, even unknowingly, we all have strong desire for creating and giving something more to universe for accomplishment of our life before we leave this world. If we create something more than our requirement and give to our world with generosity, God compensates us for this noble act by blessing happiness, peace of mind and bliss of soul. And an experiencing the bliss in our being is the state of enduring happiness!

Altruistic Love

When the love is unconditional, a selfless innocent bond for no reason, seeking only each other’s existence and well beings then it is an altruistic love or love in its pure form. Nature has gifted highest level of such love between mother and child.

Altruistic love is a highest form of pervasive energy in the universe, which is beyond space and time. Therefore, physical presence of a person or acquisition of a thing is not required to love. Love never imposes possessiveness or desires to control but bestows freedom with loved one. Love has no bound. Irrespective of distance or time, the bond of altruistic love empowers those whom we love and provides us with a purpose of living.

Singularity is a pure form of universe while duality is delusion of living beings. Singularity is manifested in the form of love and duality is expressed in the form of hate. Love connects people, unites them and creates oneness. Whereas hate separates people, divides them and makes isolation. When we love to everyone and everything, we are in harmony with the universe; then universe bestows happiness and peace on us.

We realize love as positive feeling and hate as negative feeling. Love creates protective energy whereas hate creates destructive energy. Psychologists say that the love and hate are opposite forms of emotions but they have a common root in the relationship. If any type of relationship is not established, then there will be neither love nor hate. Love and hate both do not exist at one time; as such love does not exist during hate and hate cannot appear in the presence of love. Even avoiding is a cool form of hate which is opposite to love. Love creates liking which indicates its presence. Presence of love gives strength, confidence, and courage whereas absence of love creates doubts, fear, mistrust and unfaithfulness.

Love can be communicated even without verbal language. Emotional feeling of love creates vibrations; those vibrations radiate in the space and communicate to whom you love. And no feedback is required because this paranormal communication also creates knowing within you, which makes you aware that you have been loved by those whom you love. You will be happy when your loved one enjoys, even that enjoyment is not being shared with you. And your loved one too knows that you are happy in their enjoyment even that was not shared with you.

Love is a powerful emotion that creates such a state of mind which makes life worth living. Love is protective, preventive, caring, sharing, healing and encouraging to self and others. Virtues like humanity, compassion, generosity, benevolence, politeness, nobleness, righteousness etc are the expressions of altruistically loving person. And altruistic love reveals in the actions and behaviors of the person as like devotion, dedication, sacrifice, selfless services, contribution, philanthropy, charity, donations and alms.

The world has many such loving people. That is why this world is a better place for living. And that trend of loving is expanding now a day which is a positive sign of elevating consciousness of people in our world.

Soul's journey

Material universe is an expression of universal consciousness of Supreme Being. It has taken about fourteen billions of years for creating lives on earth and then about 50 millions of years for elevating individual life at the level of human beings.

We have been, in the form of soul, expressing our lives in this physical plane of the universe for millions of years during the journey from a lowest quality of body like amoeba to the highest quality of human being in the series of reincarnations. Body is mortal but the soul is immortal. Body follows the laws of material world and soul follows the laws of spiritual world. Body takes birth, grows, degenerates and dies. Soul never dies or takes birth; it just exists, and changes bodies like we change cloths. Experiences, memories, karma and wisdom stay with the soul. Thus, information carried forward from earlier lives is imprinted in such a form that the brains of our reincarnated bodies are unable to unfold them. But, their effects appear in every new life.

The concept of self elevation is based on our belief of existence of soul and its immortality. Desire to be immortal is a natural instinct of the human being. We know that physical death is an absolute and inevitable truth. Therefore the desire to be immortal has been transformed into a wish of keeping our name alive even after death. This wish is a virtue and not the greed because the wish for living in people’s hearts after death motivates us to perform good actions during life. Perhaps that wish also inspires us to reproduce an inheritor so that our name linked with them can remain alive. Noble actions and reproduction of our beings are requirement of universe for developing the living world. Therefore, our belief in existence of soul and its immortality is in accordance with the universe’s plan.

The physical evolution of bodies on material plane is ongoing process of the universe. Body gets evolution while soul gets elevation. Bodily evolutions are as per the laws of biological science where as soul can be elevated as per the laws of spirituality.

Our soul has been provided the body and mind to make successful journey in this physical plane. Body performs worldly functions under the directives of mind and the mind is an acting form of soul, which is capable of creating all the requirements for living successful life in this world. Our each physical life is a stepping stone during the journey of our soul towards the glory of God.

Self elevation is a process of becoming aware of our soul and lifting it up towards the the final destination that is supreme consciousness of God. Belief, value and faith.

A new born baby does not have any data in a brain memory. Entry begins as he or she grows. He receives information from the environment through the body’s sense organs. His interpretation of the information along with his experience would retain into his memory. Therefore all the information is not recorded in its original forms but stored with his added perception and experience of the information. When he experiences similar information repeatedly he feels that it is the only truth and that becomes his belief.

When we come across different environments and come in contact with different people, objects or events; the old memories play back in the mind. Internal sound or vision influences us while receiving and understanding new information. Mind accepts only that information which can suitably pass through the sieve of its beliefs. Things which do not fit completely with ones belief are separated out and rejected by mind. If open rejection is not possible, it is retained with an added disliking.

Belief is built on perception of information along with its experience. If the information is wrong or its perception is wrong, then the belief could be wrong. An individual belief can be wrong but beliefs of groups of people, belief of larger part of the world could not have been built up without a strong base. If the base of a belief is imperfect or wrong, it cannot become the belief of the entire mankind, even if it becomes, it cannot prevail for thousands and millions of years.

In all the countries of the world, all the religions and human civilizations, over thousands of years, most people equally believe in the existence of our soul, life after death, spirit of the dead, re-incarnation and omnipresence of God. They believe in intuition, clairvoyance, mental telepathy, voice of soul, divine speech. Such similar experience of large groups of people itself is a scientific universal phenomenon.

It is true that we believe what we see, hear or experience, but we also have the beliefs which we cannot see, hear and experience. Many things are not directly seen or heard by us but we have an intrinsic knowledge of their existence. We are inspired to believe in certain things from within. That is our internal realization. We may call it value of life. We have many values like relationship ethics, religious codes and conducts, social moral and culture etc. We value our mother and father, our land and nation, social ethics and morals, our religion and God. Human being has strong bond of values, therefore one can neither break the value nor can see the value being broken. Perhaps value could be an extended form of the belief. The value system is built on experience of traditional culture or could have been descended through heritage. It may also be God gifted, in the form of pattern of DNAs in the genes passed on through generations.

When we feel that some one is with us, somebody cares for us, helps us, protects us, provides the energy of life and loves us unconditionally, that feeling has created our belief that there is God and he hears our prayers. It is a hope and reliance with certainty. It is a knowing without any reason and believed in without any proof. This is faith, a strongest form of our belief. Faith on God is unconditional and it is always a loving adoration.

Therefore, belief is a pre-structured or projected present in the mind. It is an expected reality intended to see in the present. Where the thoughts come from?

In the beginning of human beings' lives on earth people in different continents did not know each other’s existence. Even though, there were similar basic knowledge, behaviors, actions and development of all human beings in the entire world. The learning and behavior of all animals were also similar on each corner of the earth.

That leads us to understand that the information is omnipresent in the universe which should be equally accessible to all living beings. And all living beings must have been provided the mechanism for encoding that information. Therefore, similar learning has taken place in all living beings and as a result many civilizations were evolved more or less in a similar pattern independently in different parts of earth.

Omnipresent information must be in the form of invisible waves like omnipresent energy waves. Perhaps universe’s language would be pattern of waves.

As the language of computer machine is not the alphabets but 0 and 1 only. Computer identifies set of 0 and 1 and creates the alphabets, pictures and sounds. Similarly, when the subtle information of universe in the form of waves comes in contact with our senses, our mind recognizes the pattern of waves and transforms the information in our learnt language. Environment continuously reacting with our senses provides the information to us. Our mind receives and identifies the universal information and creates thoughts in our learnt language. The same information creates thoughts in different languages according to the known languages of people. Perhaps, this way the universal information should have been manifesting in the form of our thoughts in our own language.

With understanding of this phenomenon I could perceive that whatever I think, speak or write is not my own creation, but the omnipresent subtle energy is expressing itself in this physical world through me. The universe expresses what it wanted to express in the form of my thoughts. My mind and body are only the means and cause for the expression but not the source of thoughts.

This philosophy may lead us to misunderstanding that universe does everything including our thoughts hence we don’t have to do anything. But it is not like that. Let me clear it out. Thoughts are manifested through human minds according to the tunings of mind for the types of information. My mind could be tuned to convert the specific information in to thought and the universal consciousness could find the suitability of my mind to express the specific information. All types of information is available everywhere. But it depends on receiver person what type of information he or she is capable to receive and able to convert into thoughts. Therefore, it is ultimately depend on us to qualify our self to receive desired information.

Consciousness is our awareness for our own entity and the world around us. As we have our consciousness the universe has its own consciousness having omnipresent information, energy and intelligence. We are a part of universe so we too have field of our consciousness or soul having information, energy and intelligence. When we are alone and in a silence state, our soul inspires thoughts. So most thoughts are inspired by the environment and some thoughts come from within our own existence.

I would like to mention here that our desire, emotion and intelligence belong to our soul so they stand before any language or thoughts. Our desire attracts information, our intelligent transforms that information into the knowledge and our emotion provides energy to act on it. Therefore, create a desire to receive extraordinary information from universe’s reservoir. Live in the harmony with the universe and tune your mind with universe’s language to enable you to receive and express creative thoughts. Also keep a silence for some time in a day, be aware for your own entity and listen what it speaks to you.

You have plenty of desires and universe has unlimited potential.

Mostly universe has auto organizing systems to meet its requirements. God has created our physical life in the universe and placed auto biological systems in our body to meet its physical requirements. When the body require water we feel thirsty, when it require energy we feel hungry and so on. Body itself uses its own parts and gets various requirements fulfilled.

Unlike the body, our mind is invisible and its requirements are also intangible. Creation of desire in the mind is natural and its satisfaction or fulfillment must also be in a natural way. There must be some qualities in the mind itself as an auto organizing system to meet its own requirements. Mind must have been empowered to fulfill its requirements on its own by some natural process only.

As per quantum mechanics, the base of material universe is subatomic particles in the quantum soup. Subatomic particles manifest from the empty space and disappear in the empty space. Due to their vibrating movements they are in the form of waves in continuity and in the form of particle at a particular place. They are energy in the form of waves as well as material in the form of particles. The entire material universe is manifested from an invisible energy. Before manifestation, the universe pre-plans in a potential form at subtle level. Then there is the process of manifestation from invisible to visible. It is a natural phenomenon of the universe.

Our mind is an invisible transcendental entity beyond matter. It is connected with universal mind. The power of mind is mysterious. When you repeatedly imagine and visualize the picture of a desired thing or event, the potential field of the universe catches your mind’s vision and holds it in a subtle level. Then due to phenomenon of appearance from invisible to visible the projected vision in potential form of universe manifests in reality. This process works mysteriously.

Energy exists in the form of waves in entire universe which is observed as particles at a particular space and point of time. That means energy gives the appearance of material existence due to observations. The world appears as predisposed to look at it. Therefore, you will be able to see what you desire to see.

Perhaps, physical science, quantum field theory and metaphysics ultimately terminate into spiritual realm. As per ancient Hindu philosophy, the entire material universe is an illusion (Maya)! It is a Maya of the nature, where the presence of scene is due to observer. When we attempt to observe a required thing, we create the cause of its existence.

There is no scarcity in this universe. If entire material universe is being manifested from void and if the power of your mind is infinite, why should you worry about where and how your desired things will come from? I repeat that the world is pre-disposed to look at it. It wants to manifest but is waiting for your observations. Visualize your desired thing, believe what you want will be manifested and you will definitely realize it.

The universe is creative in nature, it travels in unknown direction hence there is the possibility of new creation. The law of uncertainty is mystery and we do not know how the uncertain thing happens. Do not try to think logically how but believe and trust, then your desired thing or event will appear in your life eventually.

What destiny is? Can it be improved?

While walking the path of life, each moment requires some activities. We remain fully involved in the chain of activities and our life reveals the direction. Continuous process of uncovering the next move of life from unknown to known is a destiny. We never know destiny unless it is manifested.

Men and women have been trying to forecast destiny since the beginning of civilization. Many methods and branches like astrology, numerology, palmistry and many more have been developed to know destiny but destiny yet remained as a mystery.

Some people have a strong belief that everything in the life is pre-decided and revelation takes place as per the destiny. However, it is a myth because destiny remains secret. Then what the truth is? Is our destiny pre-decided or is it a continuous process of creation?

Universe seems in harmony. Good harmony cannot be co-incidents. It requires synchronicity. The synchronicity could not be left on chance or probability. It requires planning. If the smallest business meeting is pre-planned, marriage ceremony is pre-planned, the time-tables of railways, buses and planes are pre-planned, construction of building is pre-planned, and then why the biggest universal organization should not be pre-planned? If trillions and billions of activities happening at every moment in the universe were not pre-planned, then they could not have run in a well-organized way. But the flexibility is required to adjust new and arising circumstances to stabilize the world. Therefore, even though universe is pre-planned, there is flexibility in pre-planned.

Manifestation of the universe is continuous process from unseen to seen, unknown to known. Every present action, after taking our reaction dissolves into invisible. Universe is transforming at invisible level. At next moment, changed universe, modified event is manifested. Entire pre-planned universe is revolutionary. During continuous moving series of revolutions, our fortune is built up due to universal action and our reaction in the present.

Pre-planned destiny is the direction for living of individual who does not make efforts to live other than what is in destiny. But the destiny is flexible and always subject to change for those who desire to improve. Hence even if the desired thing is not in our destiny it can be created.

Good destiny can be created by performing good actions. The principle of cause and effect is the law of Karma, which is well accepted all over the world. Every action creates its equivalent effect or reaction. Our action becomes the cause of the next step of our life. Thus series of actions creates future course of life, which we call our destiny. Therefore, selecting and doing good actions are the best tools for creating a better destiny.

But the cycle of cause and effect is very vast and complex in time and space. Some times the results are not exactly what they should be according to the actions. Moreover, every action does not create an immediate effect. The effects may accumulate and may not uncover at all during the present life. Perhaps we may never be able to understand the law of cause and effect precisely. Therefore, destiny remains a mystery to us.

However, the destiny can be improved as per our wish. It can be improved by using power of our mind, influence of our thoughts, changing our beliefs, developing our virtues, utilizing natural laws of universe and exploring the potential of universe. But, the materialistic approach to improve the destiny does not work alone.
