Micromax Canvas Knight A350 made its debut back in January in Russia and few months later in India (March). Back then, it shipped with out-dated Android v4.2 Jelly Bean OS, and now the new units will come with Android's latest software version 4.4.2 KitKat. However, the company has not yet clarified when it plans to release the chocolate wafer flavoured Android OS to older Canvas Knight models, because it's very crucial that Micromax does not disappoint its loyal fans.

New Micromax Canvas Knight Octa-core phone units are now reportedly shipping with Android v4.4.2 KitKat OS in India.

The new Android v4.4.2 KitKat OS brings in slew of enhanced features such as smarter caller ID, more organised message grouping (now all SMS, MMS, Video & Audio messages under one roof -Hangouts), quick access to settings, colourful Emoji characters on keyboard, Voice search (OK, Google!), Quickoffice word document app, Cloud printing (only with select HP printing), Bluetooth MAP (Message Access Profile) and many more.

Design and Build

The Canvas Knight A350 is a handsome looking handset, a far cry from what we’ve seen from Micromax thus far. It looks a bit like a mash up of the iPhone 5 and the Xperia Z1, which is good since they’re both good looking handsets. You get the typical packaging from Micromax as well. The phone is a magnet for fingerprints, especially the back. Thankfully, the bundled cover should help keep it clean.

Features

The 5-inch Full HD display offers good colours and sharp visuals and is the perfect size to be used comfortably. We’re really glad Micromax didn’t get carried away and use a 5.5-inch display here. The software is pretty much stock 4.2.2 Jelly Bean with a sprinkle of Micromax apps and a few tweaks to the UI. The interface is very smooth without any hiccups and lags. The phone is powered by MediaTek's MT6592T OCTA-CORE CPU and there’s also 2GB of RAM onboard.

The phone also tends to heat up very quickly after a quick game of Ridiculous Fishing or snapping a few pictures. We also noticed the phone tends to get quite sluggish after playing a game. A couple of times, the game would just crash to the home screen. This happened again when streaming music over Bluetooth. The tracks would skip intermittently and distort quite a bit with an incoming notification. There doesn’t seem to be much optimisation done within the software to efficiently use the eight cores. The GPU onboard is also a mainstream one as its performance is only slightly better than the one used in a Snapdragon 400 chipset.

HOW TO FLASH OR SOFTWARE REPAIR MICROMAX BOLT/NINJA A27

Hello reader, welcome to seo blogger lab. Today i'm going to publish my second post here and the post about how to software repair or flash Micromax Bolt A27 or Ninja A27 but at first i'm going to introduce about my blog. Now i'm going to tell you the flashing procedure.

FLASHING TOOL
FLASH FILE FOR BOLT A27 / NINJA A27

Download Micromax Bolt/Ninja A27 usb driver, flashing tool & flash file & follow below steps carefully.

Plug in your phone with your pc/laptop via usb cable & install downloded usb driver. It's better to restart the pc/laptop after installing usb driver.
If your phone has less than 30% charge take it to charge till it have More than 30%.
Now extract the downloaded flash file & flashing tool.
Now open the UpgradeDownload tool & click on the "Gear Symbol" Icon on the Top-Left of the interface...
Now, Navigate to the file "ze25paa_060.pac" Extracted Before and Click "Open".
Now check if the Text is displayed on Top Bar as shown Below & Click "Play/Start". You'll not see any changes in the tool untill you Plug in the device which we'll be doing next.
Now switch-off the phone & plug in the phone with your pc/laptop using datacable.
Now, Press & Hold volume-down button until the Logo Pops-up & release the button (Will take upto 15-20 sec.).
Now the upgrade tool automatically detects the device & starts flashing it. You can see the process of flashing as given bellow.
After it's done, it displays status as "Passed".
Now unplug the device, remove battery, place it again and start the device it will take longer than usual to start.
Congratulations! you are done. You'll get back all ur factory apps & settings.

NOTE : Dont unplug USB cable or turn off your phone or PC or any other work that disconnect phone from PC untill flashing done !!!

Share Internet via Wifi without any software in Windows 8

So friends In this post I’m going to tell you that how to share your Internet Connection via Wifi without any software in windows 8.

What u need for Sharing Internet connection via Wifi

One Windows 8 Loaded Laptop or Pc
One Wifi Device
One Internet Connection in your Pc or Laptop
One Internet Accessing Device [ Wifi enable Mobile Phone, Tab or Laptop ]

How To Setup & Share Your Internet Connection

At fisrt go to your Desktop & click right mouse button on My Computer icon and then click Manage option.
Now in the left pane click Device Manager & now click Network Adapters & find your wireless adapter there.
When u find the wireless adaptor then right click on the Wireless Adapter & click Properties.
Now go to the Power Management tab and make it sure that you have unselected the options “Allow the computer to turn of this device to save power” & “Allow this device to wake up the computer” then hit ok.
Now press Windows + F key in your keyboard & Click on the Apps option and type cmd in the search box and press Enter.
Now cmd appears on the left pane, right click on it & select run as administrator and then select Yes option.
After you have opened cmd then write the following command & hit Enter button in your keyboard.

netsh wlan show drivers

Now look for the thing mentioned in the below screen shot that whether it’s written yes or no. If it’s yes then you can enable the wifi hotspot and u can share your internet connection.
Now if u find Yes then don't close the cmd & type the following command for create Wifi Hotspot.

netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=MyHomeNetwork key=123456789

The above line is the command to create the hotspot & now replace “MyHomeNetwork” with your desired network name and replace “123456789” with your desired password which will be used by the others to connect to the Hotspot.
Now press Enter and your hotspot will be created & go for Start the Hotspot.
Now type the following command in cmd for Start the Hotspot.

netsh wlan start hostednetwork

Now press Enter and the hotspot will be discoverable by the other devices as well.
All Right, everything has been done and now you only need to share your laptop or pc internet connection, so that any user connected to the hotspot will have the internet access also. For this reason you will need to open the windows networking and sharing center.
Press Windows + R key in your keyboard & type ncpa.cpl and hit Enter button.
Now here open the Properties of the connection which you want to be Shared with the Hotspot.
Now right click and open the Properties of the connection which has the Internet access & is the original internet connection of the laptop or pc, whether it’s a dialup, Local area network or anything like that.
Now go to the sharing tab in the Properties and then tick the “Allow other network users to connect through this pc internet connection” and in the drop down below, select the hotspot connection which is “Local Area connection*11” in my case and then hit ok.
Now re-dial the connection or reconnect the internet connection if needed.
Now Scan Wifi Network in your Mobile, Tab or Laptop & connect using the password. That was it and you are done

If you can’t still share the internet then the reason is firewall or antivirus, try disabling the firewall if you trust the person with whom you are sharing the hotspot then disable the firewall or antivirus.
