I have over 12 years of professional experience in operations and management. I have worked in various environments in operations; from outside field management, to inside office operations, and most recently running two online companies. I am a team player that enjoys working in a fast paced environment and I enjoy making things happen. I have a passion for SEO that first started as a hobby, and turned into several businesses. SEO is no longer a one-person show, you need to build a specialized team and delegate responsibilities for all-important tasks in building a successful online campaign. I am not only an SEO Specialist, I am specialized in team building and outsourcing work to quality, reliable, full time help in countries like the Philippines. I currently train team leaders that can train and manage employees for SEO tasks. I oversee all operations and monitor progress through shared online web based project management programs. I prided myself in being a “high end” SEO company, that does not promise high placement, but we do promise quality, relevant, work that will not only bring in traffic, it will help companies succeed in the long run.

SEO and internet marketing for me is a challenge, and I like challenges. The game as I call it, is the rapidly changing techniques used in SEO and marketing to play the game properly and safely without losing the game. I enjoy testing, reading, and trying techniques that improve a websites search engine results and gain more visability. I have successfully made many companies including my own to top rankings in competitive markets. It’s nice to be king for a day; but you can be easily dethroned tomorrow, if you do not continue working.  These challenges are what keep me driving to be the best at SEO. I may not know everything, because in SEO, no one knows everything except the search engines. But, I believe my current experiences have taught me enough to keep up with much larger firms with more money behind them. I currently have two businesses I am involved with. World of Clean is an e-commerce store I have a partnership in. My responsibilities are all SEO and marketing online and offline. We are continuing to rank higher and higher for competitive keywords related to the industry. I currently monitor keywords that are associated with this store and traffic. SEO I believe is a great career path for me, and I enjoy it.
