Japanese Candy is all the rage recently and this box makes it so easy to get your hands on some weird and awesome sweets without you having to take the trip to your local asiatown, if you even have one, and find yourself overwhelmed by foreign writing and no clue what you're even buying.

In our box especially we got a huge variety of sweets, all exciting and most of them delicious. Everything is small enough that you won't sit on it too long and if you don't like one thing, why not let your friends try it and see their reaction to it?

Our definet favourites was the cola sour paper that didn't even last till the end of the day as well as the tangerine gum and the sour fish gummies! The only thing that really scared us was the Poppin Cooking DIY set that tasted like ... not pleasantly.

We were so lucky to be gifted a Kawaii Box for the month of February. It arrived pretty late and due to sickness we got to unbox it even later but here is our post finally and we must say, though late, we are in love. First of all for the pretty cheap price we got 12 items, both of the sweets counted in otherwise it would be 10, which surpasses most other boxes by far and even if the things you get are smaller sometimes it's just great to get a lot of things.

The box mainly focuses on all things cute, as the name already suggests, so you can get a big variety of things such as accessories over stationary and sweets. If you like asia's sweet site you should definetly check this box out since it my tickle your fancy. Let's start with what impressed us least. The candy. One of them is one of those stir in water and you will get a violet goo and then add edible jewels to it. It's pretty unlikely we will every try it, but hey everyone should have the chance to try some of the crazy weird Japanese candy once in their life. The green tea Kitkat though is great, we haven't tried it yet but Maren loves green tea. The only problem we see is if we like this, where to get more of it?

Stationary wise we got a pretty underwhelming eraser from Hello Kitty, a cute pencil with bear design as well as an awesome hipster-y pencilcase all with triangle, space photo and meaningful text, we're in love with that one. We also got a sheet of really beautiful antique stickers that we can't wait to use. The accessories in this box seemed to be rather fitted for the Japanese Decora style and though somehow childish they still warm our hearts. You got a lollipop shaped hairpin as well as a bracelet with pastel cubes.

Last but not least we have the random bits that don't really fit anywhere else. We got a pair of wooden chopsticks with little pandas on top of them which we can't wait for to use. Then we got a chocolate/sweet shaped keychain which is also really cute, smells strongly of plastic though. And last but not least a diamon shaped travel tag which we love. It's a gorgeous colour and since we've been travelling quite a bit it's great to add to our bag. Another thing to add to our bags is probably the adorable red panda charm we got and eventhough Lyza was rooting for a squishy this makes up for it.

Amsterdam Haul

We already mentioned that shopping wasn't our main priority when we went to the Netherlands in our Vlog. However Amsterdam has a lot of wonderful shops and we really enjoyed strolling through them, picking up a few items we dearly fell in love with.

This pair of Timberland winter shoes is not only the most beautiful shade of wine but was also on sale and the winter shoes that have lasted Lyza for at least five years of winters in a row are also by the brand so it ended up being a win/win situation that Amsterdam seems to overflow with Timberland stores.

Before we even knew we would be going to visit our friends we declared February as our no-spending month thus the small amout of things we bought. Pull&Bear is a store though we want to check out further in the future. For our trip we were good and only bought this set of three necklaces, all unique and wonderful.

The Netherlands have a few beauty/pharmacy stores we don't have and in one of them we were able to score those two beauties for one normal price plus 1€ for the second item. We can't wait to test them!

Even though we have Hema in Germany and even though we just did order from their online store you are oblidged to at least check out one Hema when in Amsterdam. We did check it out more than once but only bought a few more stickers for our ever growing collection of stationery.

Last but not least is what we really advise you to check out: Albert Heijn. It's THE dutch supermarket and their own brand has so many awesome things for such a great price range. We especially love the chia seeds and the tea. If you ever come to the Netherlands look for those things and maybe you'll find something you think we could enjoy as well! A Trip To Amsterdam

This might have been the most spontaneous trip we've booked in quite a while and I am saying this knowing full well that we will also head to Paris this month which was nearly as spontaneous, but just not as much.

We've been pondering about going to the Netherlands for quite a while seeing as its super close to where we live and seeing also that a very good friend of ours lives there so just at the beginning of February we thought why not now?

And I am still so happy we for once just did it. We had three beautiful days in the beautiful city of Amsterdam and I don't know why it isn't as hyped as London or Paris. Amsterdam has such a beautiful architecture and everything in me just wants to go there again, now!

Another thing that definitely made us go on such a short notice was the incredibly cheap train tickets we scored as well as the great hostel we found. It has the funny name 'Stay Okay', but we really stayed way better than just okay. They had great rooms for a hostel and offered an even better, already in your room fee included, breakfast that we just loved. So if anyone of you feels like going to Amsterdam, or the Netherlands in general seeing as they are a chain, be sure to check out the Stay Okay Hostels we wholeheartedly recommend them.

Seeing as it was more of a trip to relax and meet our friend Wesley we didn't plan much before going there and in the end we spend most of our time wandering around just taking in a different sight and sometimes stumbling into shops without really buying much, that being said we'll still film a Amsterdam Haul for you guys just because we love the few things we ended up buying!

Amsterdam is more expensive than Germany, at least Germany where we live, so we also didn't end up going to eat somewhere fancy, but the places we found, I mean when in the Netherlands you have to eat fries, and that our friend showed us were just perfect for the occasion.

Just saying this makes me happy because this trip as short and spontaneous it was ended up being perfect. This might also have to do with how Lyza and I want things to be. On our train ride back to Germany we sat across from a couple and all they talked about was how bad everything was. Why would you do that? Why don't you think about the great things you just experienced?

Of course to each their own, but we've just decided it would be so much nice to actually do what we want to do on our vacation and we want to do what makes us happy. This time around it was lots of talking with a friend we haven't seen in about half a year, do a lot of window shopping and just lots of walking around an inspiring city and this as simple as it was ended up being the perfect trip for us.

Hema Haul

At the end of Janurary we placed a Hema order because there was one thing from their range we really wanted, but couldn't find in store.

Of course you can imagine how easy it was to be roped in by the promise of free shipping on any order over 15€ so that's what we ended up doing and the items we added to our card grew and grew. In the end however we paid 19€ for 17 items which is a great deal in our opinion.

We also found their newest range of products super interesting and ended up buying 5 packs of post it's for only 75 cent per package!

Until our online trip to the Hema store we didn't know they also carried Instax accessoirs and since we own an Instax camera ourselves we thought why not try out some of the goods they're offering for it. Now we kind of want to get the rest as well!

Those post it notes, especially the fish saying 'lala' were the reason we even paid their page a visit since we were incredibly charmed by it! Now we have even more sticky notes to store away but it was so worth it!

Last but not least we must tell you that Hema is a great place to go to, to start your washi tape collection especially the thinner kind.

Project 10 Pan

Everyone seems to be doing Project 10 Pan or some kind of variation of it. While we wouldn't consider us the owners of too much decorative cosmetics, nail polishes excluded, we thought getting rid of 10 items we like, but don't LOVE sounds like a great way to start into the new year.

Now for everyone interested in Project 10 Pan you will be able to find lots of posts around the internet. The main point of it is to use up ten products before you're allowed to buy anything new. We might cave in and at least take a look at new limited editions of drugstore make up brands, but we think that's okay. Next to that though there won't be any more shopping before we both use up the 10 items we picked out. In this post we just compiled our items, but in our video you can tell apart who owns what and since we live together we share a lot of our make up anyways. So lets get started.

So here are the first items of our pile. From left to right we have a Catrice eye brow pencil Maren bought because she forgot her eyeshadow she normally uses for her eyebrows, it works nice, but she prefers powder over pens, this might be the hardest object to use up.

Next are two of the Etude Color My Brow eyebrow mascaras. Both are well used and are just looking to be completed before being replaced by the same product most likely.

Then we have the Cover & Hiding Stick Concealer by Holika Holika which is a dream, when not combined with BB Cream or foundation. It's more or less a wear on it's own item and just needs to be finished up on those days where you don't need anything, but concealer. Probably won't be repurchased though.

The La Roche Posay Eyeshadow is great for highlighting, but has been eating dust since we bought a highlighter eyeshadow palette. Same goes for the Chanel eyeshadows which are pretty, but have been long forgotten due to us buying both the Naked 2 and 3.

The Maybelline Pure Powder hasn't seen the light of the day since we bought the Peripera Powder right next to it. Now we thought it would be nice to finish it off before never looking back again. We have a refill for the Peripera powder we're just looking forward to break in.

The Catrice blush has been bought last year and has been well loved by Lyza who just wants to finish that one to replace it with a new one.

Now we come down to the stuff we liked and replaced before they were finished up. First off we see the Holika Holika jewel liner which we love, actually already have a back up off, but ever since we invested in a brown version of this, that one has become our favourite.

We didn't even remember owning this Loreal eyeliner and we hope to forget about it again as soon as possible, as good as it is we don't remember buying it and we have enough other options to choose from so this will be fun to play with and feel accomplishing to use up, but then it's goodbye for good.

The nude P2 eyeliner and the white Maybelline eyeliner have both been replaced by a nude, glittery version of the Holika Holika jewel liner. Now if we talk eyeliner this might be one of the items we have way too many from. They are just so cheap and easy to forget that every once in a while you buy or have to buy a new one, use it once or twice till you're reunited with something better. Both of those products are great, but the nude Holika Holika one is just better.

Next up is the Skinny Microcara in brown and not waterproof. It's already in it's last breaths so we thought we finish that one off before it dries out and replace it soonish. The Holika Holika mascaras have been open for quite some time and it would just be nice to use up the rest of life in them before parting ways for good.

And here is the last batch. The only sample size we included is this cute bottle of Tony Moly's tint which Maren liked so much she bought the full size and then kind of forgot using up the sample size. finishing this up shouldn't take too long.

Neither of us have ever finished up a lipstick before or any other kind of lip product so we both chose as still pretty full one to see if we could. You're looking at one from Labello and one from Balea. Let's see who of us succseeds first. The The Face Shop Liptintstick might make the race though as he's super short already and just waits to be repurchased again because it's one of our favourites from 2014.

And last, but not least we have to confess we might have a small problem with handcream and thus decided it would be nice to finish at least one off this year. The Bioderma Atoderm Mains is currently sitting next to the bed so it should finish sooner or later and maybe we'll even make it two empty handproducts this year. There is this Tony Moly handcream we're looking at which has been with us just slightly too long.

Gyeongpo Beach 경포해변 and how to get there

Going to the beach in Korea is an exciting thing and one of the points on our list we definetly wanted to cross off before going back home this summer. While we originally planned to spend a weekend in Busan we found ourselves unable to do so in the end.

With all our hopes crushed we knew we needed to make up, especially since Maren and Greta REALLY wanted to go to the beach. We searched the internet until we stumbled over a certain Blog Post you can find HERE.

We are so glad this person sat down to write this detailed about all of the beaches South Korea has to offer and in the end we thought the beach in Gangneung sounded like the best option to us. All of the information she gives you on how to get there were still up to date and we can only agree with her. So we took the bus from the Dong Seoul Bus Termina and it took about 3-4 hours for us to arrive at the Gangneung Bus Terminal. Afterwards we took a taxi to Gyeongpo Beach.

Let us tell you the view we had after we left the taxi, right in front of the beach was something we didn't expect. It was even more perfect than we hoped it would be. Though be warned! Instead of the normal sand most beaches we know have, at least the ones in Europe, the Gyeongpo Beach has something that resembles super small rocks? Not really, but the sand isn't as fine there. Just so you aren't as confused as we were.

Next up we got some bigger shirts to wear on top of our swimsuits, which we initially intented to strip out of once we hit the waves but seeing as everyone else, especially girls, rather went into the sea with a shirt/pants combo we just left our shirts on. So make sure you bring at least another shirt with you to change into on your way back.

Also make sure to use enough sunscreen. Something we thought we did, but we all ended up getting toasted. But really this is the number one rule for any beach visit, isn't it? In case you were wondering there are also two convenience stores close by so you can just buy food there, make sure though to take your trash with you and throw it away properly and don't leave anything at the beach! Though this is another rule for every beach you visit.

The last thing we want to talk about is that you aren't allowed to swim at Gyeongpo Beach. This might sound strange and it definetly was to us, but once you go into the water, you can go in till it reaches your chest, I would say, you can feel how strong the current is so we think it's for the safety of everyone that you're not allowed to swim.

What you're allowed to do though is to sit down and let the waves crash over you. It's super fun, but be sure you'll have some red marks all over your body from the stone/sand.

Once again we can only say how much fun this whole trip was and that we definetly want to go again one day. Enjoy the video we filmed for you and lets just all hope summer will come soon enough and we can go and look for nice beaches here in Germany to relive this wonderful memory.

November Q Box

A few months ago we finally bit the bullet and ordered one of the infamous QBoxes. Since normally at least the two upcoming ones are sold out super quickly we opted for the November box and now after all this waiting it finally arrived on our doorstep.

I don't even know where to start, I am just so excited. Let's start at the beginning though, We have been toying with the idea of trying to order any of the thousands of monthly boxes that are out there but couldn't really decide. Most of the 'normal beauty boxes' have a really big hit and miss rate in our opinion so we wanted something we could be sure to enjoy.

So something with maybe not American or European brands but rather Asian brands sounded like a good idea to us. And even for this you have a lot of options to choose from. Some cute couldn't hurt either though we thought and we like that the Q Box mostly sends out well known brands rather than new/unpopular ones.

After all this thinking we started checking out the older Q Boxes finding us liking most of the things they send out so far. In the end we ordered one and lets be honest the price for the box itself is really cheap, shipping sadly, isn't. Anyways spoiler alert we are extremly happy we paid the shipping.

The ordering happened back in September so get ready for waiting quite some time since the Q Boxes normally ship out at the end of the months (about the 20th I believe). One months passed, the next one passed and we must admit the September box didn't look that fabulous and the October box, though awesomely Halloween themed, seemed a bit to heavy on the 'only usable on Halloween'-theme.

We were a bit anxious what we would receive when we got the email that our package was send out. Five(!!!) days later we held the package in our hands, opened it on camera, for you to see our sheer joy and excitement, and found ourselves extremely happy with most of the things inside the box.

The theme for this box is 'Winter is knocking at the door' and well we coudn't really find it in the items they send but that's just details. Another detail is, though this seems to be something a lot of box companies do, that the prices they state for their products are a bit higher than things probably actually cost. We are still positive that you don't loose money when you order this box so everything is good.

For the products we got, we got a brown, feltip eyeliner from Too Cool For School which really made us happy, seeing as it's a brand known for their good eyeliners and brown being our prefered colour for eyeliner. A nailpolish from Tony Moly in a ... bright colour. Not our first choice especially since you were able to get one out of 10 colours but in summer we're sure you can rock it.

Next to those things you got a see through cosmetic bag with my all time favourite San X characters The Little Twin Stars, an adorable hairband, a bunny eared ring, the cutest coaster they probably could find that will find lots of use now that it's tea weather again. As well as a set of post it's, a bit random but with extremely cute design and, the only thing we didn't like, a tote with what looks like characters from an 80ties cartoon.

This post ended up being way longer than expected but we have a lot of feelings about this Box so please bear with it and we hope you enjoy the photos! We are very sure we'll order another Q Box for us and would reccomend everyone to try it at least once if they were interested.

ETUDE HOUSE Play 101 Pencil Haul and Review

A few months ago the Etude House finally launched an international online shop something a lot of people have been waiting for, us more or less included. As you might know we mostly buy everything Korean from Gmarket but we thought we should give the very own Etude online shop at least a try, plus they offered, and are still offering, some really great deals.

Their first month went by without them offering anything of interest for us but then they put the 'Play 101 Pencils' on discount and after having heard a lot of good things from a lot of different people about them we decided to give them a try.

First things first ordering at the Etude House online store is pretty simple. We even made a mistake with our first order and had to cancel that first one and replace it and that went extremely smoothly. The only downside is that Lisa tried also to get in contact with them over the wrong order and they never got back to her, we managed to fix it on our own but it would have been nice to hear back from the Etude staff.

We ordered at the end of Octorber, tracking included, and the parcell was send out at the 28th we think. It arrived at our place on the 12th of November which is very okay considering we opted for cheapest shipping.

The next thing that made us sad was that the online store advertised with the fact that they would include free samples in every package. Maybe they said somewhere that this didn't inlcude offers but not receiving any freebies made us a bit sad.

However the overall experience was pretty neutral. Now onto the products we got. We ordered eight of Etude's 'Play 101 Pencils' and Lisa got one as a gift a few months ago that we decided to put into this haul as well to give you a review about.

18 - Is a super pale purple, very dry and even lighter than you might imagine it to be.

19 - Super intense purple/violet, also dry but usable as a lipstick on it's own if you put moisturiser underneath.

23 - Beautiful dark red, usable as lipstick or blush, extremely mositurised.

26 - Pink with a golden shimmer to it. Definetly an eyecatcher, slightly drying but still super pretty as a lipstick.

29/33 - Easy every day colours. 29 is slightly darker with a bit more brown tones in it while 33 is pretty light and just a honest pink colour.

42 - An ashy/grey/brown colour, difficult to describe but extremely pretty for the eyebrows and probably a very simple eyeliner make up.

46 - A coppery highlighter with a lot of glitter particles in it. This one is a creamy dream if you don't want a white or pink highlighter for your eyemake up. We heard though that the glitter is pretty make up remover resistant.

48 - Dark brown, nearly black, eyeliner. Something basic. Ultra matte if you don't like glittery eyeliner this is a great choice.

We didn't have much time to try around with the pencils yet but the two times we swatched them we found out they are super water resistant, another plus for those products in our opinion. In the video linked below we are wearing:

Lisa - 26 on her lips, 46 as a highlighter on her waterline and 48 as her normal eyeliner.

Maren - 19 on her lips and 42 (combined with the Etude Browcara in #03) on her eyebrows.

Vlogtober Daily Vlog #24

In this daily vlog we had to combine quite a bunch of days.

This was the week we really wanted to get some things done around our apartment so we ended up not filming a lot while cleaning everything but afterwards we recorded some longer talking vlogs.

We even went out which is something we didn't do much this month. It felt like we were hibernating on some days.

But at least we enjoyed our Netflix trial month to the fullest, we also decided it would be a good idea to continue using Netflix so we will buy it after this month is over.

We also had some of the last warm days this week we fear and even though autumn and winter have some perks we like spring and summer better. It's just so expensive to turn on the heater.

Some more footage of the 21st will be in our next vlog. Somehow we managed to film so much on that day that it didn't fit all into one video. So if you want to see how our nails turned out stay tuned.

Vlogtober London Part 2 #23

Finally we can share the second part of our London Vlog with you. We encountered some problems after we threw the video into our cutting program and the picture didn't show up. It's been nearly a year since we edited anything from the camcorder so we simply forgot how to work our way around this problem. Bless our new camera.

But enough of that and more of the beautiful city of London. Editing and watching this video again made us crave going to London so much. Right now the place we want to go to the most, next to Korea obviously, is Cardiff though. We went there in May 2013 and we just really want to go there again, it was one of the most beautiful places we've ever visited.

Something else this video did to us was that we now are really looking forward to the Christmas time. We can't wait to see all the beautiful decorations, even if they are not as impressive here as they are in this video.

In conclusion we must say we are glad we took all of this footage and didn't work with it for now. It made us reappreciate our friendship and all the things we already did together. Making memories like this and even having videos from that time to look at again is something we really learned to appreciate.

Vlogtober OOTD Dinner With Friends #22

We put together another outfit of the day for you guys!

This time we were invited for dinner so we thought we could get a bit more fancy. In our daily vlog #27 you can see us actually going to the dinner.

The things we liked best about our outfits were our shoes and our necklaces. The jewelery is from a brand called Revival London and for all of you Germans out there you can buy it at Karstadt. To us it looked a lot like Top Shop jewelery just way cheaper so we definetly want to look into it again.

Vlogtober A trip to the Zoo #21

Going to the zoo is one of the best ways to spend time in our opinion so of course we go as often as possible.

Especially the small Dortmund Zoo holds a special place in Maren's memories since it's the closest to her home town and she still remembers going there with her cousins and even on school trips.

This summer we only made it to one zoo but we were lucky enough to go with one of our best friends, we had incredible good weather and the chance to try out our new beautiful lens.

This is one of our very first vlog videos so bear with us when it gets shaky, we tried to make the best out of the footage we took. We really want to go back there but it's getting too cold for zoo in our opinion.

And afterwards it got even better when we decided to go and get some real burgers!

Until a few years ago Maren was one of the biggest anti-burger people you could find around, now she loves them. If you ever get a chance to go to a Roadstop restaurant we would tell you to go for it.

After stuffing our faces we went back home, relaxed a bit from walking around so much and just talked while having some coffee. This must be the perfect way to spend a day in our opinion. How would your perfect day look like?

Vlogtober Massive Korean Stationary Haul #20

As you may be able to tell, today we finally got around to film a haul for you!

Next to everything else it's also impossible not to binge buy tons of cute stationary.

First of all, stationary is rediculous cheap in Korea, even though you'll probably get picky at one point, trust us when you come back you'll realize even what you considered 'expensive' is dirt cheap compared to what you are facing.

Next to that the designs are just to die for. Do you have a favourite animal? Rest assured you will probably find at least three different kinds of sationary featuring it. Do you like buildings/dolls/travelthemed things? No problem either. With what we chose we were kind of all over the place but you could probably stick to a theme just as easy.

Everything you can see in the photo above was around 1,000₩ each, if not less. Think about it. All your friends asking you to bring something from Korea for them? Stationary might we a wise, cheap and most probably small slash weight friendly option.

In Germany most of the time you find simple blue/black/red pens with boring designs. In Korea you can find the cutest designs and then they also come in every colour you could ever imagine! Plus some of the pens have super thin tips which we really do like.

Even the most boring things come in such cute packages that you can't help but needing to buy one. This brigh blue paper-collective-thingy might be the most 'boring' purchase out of all of them.

Something we only found out about after we already lived in Korea for at least a month were goodie bags. Which basically means a buch of stuff for a really good price. The photo above shows everything (except for an earphone winder) we got for 15.000₩. Can't really go wrong there ...

Now the above shown is a love it or hate it item. We hated Choo Choo Cat the first time we saw it and it still has a creepy vibe to it but for all of your friends who like cats this might be the perfect present. At least you'll have something to laugh about!

Something else we couldn't stop buying were stickers. And trust us we actually have enough stickers to probably replace our wallpaper with them. But with once again 1,000₩ per sheet we couldn't really stop us. Plus most of the time those packages come with two sheets so we ended up splitting those up with Greta. Which made it possible for us to buy EVEN MORE different sets ...

The last thing that really flashed us were masking tapes / decorative tapes however you want to call them. All of the above were bought at Daiso and each one of them did cost 1,000₩. This blog starts right after our Hamburg vlog stops, even on the same day, but it didn't feel right to include this in the vacation vlog as well so here we go ~

Since Maren's mom went on a vacation the day after we came back we had to meet up for breakfast! They really make the best crossaints where Maren used to live, even though crossaints aren't good for us. If you have to sin at least do it with the best. We could probably write an ode to those crossaints ...

We are really sorry that most of our time in October we seem to stay at home, watch Netflix and sometimes eat cookies. Does any of you share our intrests there?

We also started working on catching up with our Youtube accounts, making them pretty and everything. We are not done yet but it was a step in the right direction. Next to the computer we also build up the addition to our new Billy IKEA shelf ...

Vlogtober Get Ready With Me Maren #15

We thought we should at least once during Vlogtober share our make up routine with you! There might be a few repeat items Lisa and I both use but we are sure you'll still find a lot of things we do differently.

Most of the products we use are Korean cosmetics and make up but some other things are also German with a stray MAC eyeliner thrown in there. If you have any questions about certain products we use just let us know.

This video was filmed while we were still in Hamburg so you have the most natural lighting we could get. That's a nice plus for a make up video too, isn't it?

Vlogtober Hamburg Part 2 #14

As promised here is part two of our vacation vlog in Hamburg! The mentioned get ready with me video should be up tomorrow in case you are interested in it!

We are so glad everytime we have time to spend with our friend and Lyza's family so it could sound a little boring to you but to us it's awesome catching up time ...

Just to give you a heads up on what we watched in Hamburg. We nearly watched all of the first season of orange is the new black which is very enjoyable. When we met our friend we watched bad neighbours wich is a ... comedy? It was nice, Maren especially enjoyed the Zac Efron this movie had to offer. If you like him too this might be a choice for you too. After that we watched Malificent which was really nice as well even though we did probably expect more from the movie that we got in the end. Nice plot twist though! And then we also watched Cloudy with a chance of meatballs 2 which has AWESOME character design but lacks a bit plot wise in our opinion.

Next to that we think our next TV should be a Smart TV because he had a lot of fun with the one Lyza's parents own! Sadly we don't think our internet connection would be strong enough to support it.

Vlogtober Hamburg Part 1 #13

As we not failed to mention in every of our other videos, the past weekend we went to visit Lyza's family in Hamburg and of course we took you along!

The footage ended up being way more than we expected it to be and thus we decided to upload our vacation in two parts!

This time around we'll take you on our journey to Hamburg, our binge watching of 'orange is the new black' (which is awesome by the way and we are nearly done with season one!) as well as getting dressed up to go out to celebrate the wedding anniversary of Lyza's grandparents!

Vlogtober Visiting Ihwa Mural Village #10

Today we are taking you on yet another trip by going back to our summer in Korea. One of the most beautfiul places to visit in Seoul is definitely the Ihwa Mural Village in Hyehwa-dong where a lot of artists painted beautiful pictures on the walls of old houses, giving a formely not so pretty part of the city a new coating and making it a huge tourist attraction (and don't be scared by that it's still breath takingly beautiful).

Even though you have to hike one of the toughest mountains we ever went up while being in Seoul it is definetly worth going there and checking out all of the creative mural art. This place has such a special atmosphere and going on a hunt for all of those little hidden artsy details that are hidden in every nook and cranny of the Ihwa neighbourhood is loads of fun.

Just a special tip: Try going beyond the more well-known main streets and you'll be able to see some pretty good examples for the more rural Korean way of living not even that far away from the bustling heart of the city.

Vlogtober London Part 1 #9

What feels like years ago we went to London together to see Infinite, one of our favourite bands ever, live. And while we uploaded a video about the concert we never used the other footage we took about everything else we did in London.

This Vlogtober, we thought, would be the perfect opportunity to change that! So stroll through the streets of London with the very tired us. Try to find the Buckingham Palace and be amazed at horse trafficlights!

Back then we only had a super old camcorder with wich we took our videos so we are very sorry about the poor quality in advance! We think it should be still very enjoyable though!

Vlogtober Glamour Shopping Week Haul #8

Really now who doesn't love shopping especially if you get some crazy great discounts? Yeah that's what we think too, so of course when we saw the new Glamour in stock we knew we had to schedule some shopping time and we did exactly that!
We wandered into our favourite stores right at the moment and got a few key pieces for the upcoming autumn season! Some of them you were already able to see in our last Outfit of the day video but we are planning on doing a whole lookbook once the shopping week is over.
So far we found some lovely things in H&M, Gina Tricot (a store we absolutely love and that we think doesn't get enough attention!) and Primark. We also snatched some amazing shoes at Deichmann rounding up our outfits perfectly.

Vlogtober More Daily Life #7

It's time to spend some time with us again! Thank you for your wonderful and nice comments on our last real vlog.

This time we decided to put four days together in one video because we simply didn't do a lot of interesting things and because Maren had to go to the hospital and thus we had a few other things on our mind next to vlogging.

But lets start with the fun part! We went shopping on Saturday and it was pretty successful however we want to wait with a haul until the Glamour Shopping Week is officially over, who knows when we'll go shopping next!

Then we had a super relaxed Sunday and a pretty stressful Monday meaning we hadn't much to show you guys on Sunday and we didn't have enough time to fim on Monday.

Tuesday was the day of the operation but everything is fine! So no worries there. And starting tomorrow we should be up to some fun stuff again so look forward to our next vlog!

Yesterday we went shopping so naturally we wanted to try on some of the new things we bought.

Pairing them off with some of our older stuff it made us feel ready for the new season to really kick in. We already know that we're going to love wearing hats and this huge powder pink coat a lot.
