The Davis Agency

The Davis Agency came to us after seeing another similar piece of work we had done. They asked to build an engine that would allow their potential clients to search for vacation rentals available in their price range and date range.

In building this site, we used a number of technologies. The site is "responsive", meaning it will work great on a desktop computer as mobile devices such as phones and tablets.

We used google maps api integration, so they can pick exactly where the property is located and then display that to the potential clients.

The site has open graph, so if a property is shared on facebook, the proper image, title and description are automatically selected for the facebook user.

A small level of SEO techniques were used. Proper keywords are found in the title, meta tags, and url. In addition there is an xml sitemap for search engines to crawl.

Anna's Quietside Cottages is a Maine getaway nestled in downtown Southwest Harbor, Maine, on Mount Desert Island. Their site is a deployment of our easy to use datAvenger service. It allows for the owners of Anna's Quietside to maintain the content of their site and keep their visitors up to date.

AnnasQuietside.com also employs social media hooks with the use of Facebook's like box and like button, as well as Twitter's tweet button and Google's plus one button. This allows for site visitors to interact with the site and share it with their friends.

The Gracie Theatre is an extension of Husson University. Completed in 2009, The Gracie is Husson's hub for fine and performing arts. Moose Swap is a web application that Sephone developed for the Maine Professional Guides Association. Every year over three-thousand moose permits are issued in the state of Maine by district, season (typically a week), and moose type. Sometimes people receive a permit for a week or district that will be hard for them to commit time to. This is where Moose Swap comes in, it allows to you search for others to swap with.

The application was developed using modern web technologies such as ajax, open graph protocol, CSS 3, and tight integration with facebook, google plus one, and twitter.

Desert Sun Coffee Roasters

Organic Coffee Roaster based in Durango, Colorado needed a site that not only allowed customers and wholesalers to buy coffee- but needed a site that was informative. Since different countries grow different coffee based on climate, soil, and other factors- Desert Sun Coffee Roasters wanted to educate their visitors on the different coffees and blends they roasted.

We designed a site using clients existing marketing materials and brought them in as elements to highlight specific sections and promoted the branding . Our hulaCart fit the clients needs to a 'T' and also offers discounts and sales features their old site didnt provide. The client manages all content through datAvenger Pro and a custom component provides the ability to easily update the educational content.

The end result is a site that is interactive, functional, and educational.
