I started a Pinboard to honor one of the funniest shows ever, The IT Crowd (of course, the British version) which you can catch up on Netflix. But when doing it I realized some of the quotes weren´t quite going with the pictures, but could not let them go anyways. I needed to capture them. So I decided to put them here, and I will be adding more and more, so make sure you favorite this article and come back, since it is going to grow as I watch the whole series again. (I love my job!).

Warwick Davis reprises his role as a fictionalized version of himself in the follow-up to the HBO comedy series. This is a book that its full title is longer as it is 101 inspirational stories for parents of children with Autism and Asperger´s by Dr Rebecca Landa of the Kennedy Krieger Institute, Mary Beth Marsden, Nancy Burrows and Amy Newmark. And follows the lines of the whole Chicken Soup for the Soul collection of telling short life stories of different themes, in this case, parenting stories that have to deal with Asperger´s and Autism.

It has some things that made me think of other books like Family caregivers and Stay at home moms, as they tackle, albeit from diferent perspectives and spirits, stories that are related.

The feeling that the books leave me with is that it´s not where you planned to be in life, but once you are there it´s not that bad. No one says it´s not difficult and challenging and even frustrating in more ways than one; but through the power of love and laughter you can survive quite well and enjoy a different aspect of the so-called normality. When you look at someone really close… no one is normal after all.
The book is a great read, specially for those living with the subject in day to day life.

I will not talk about anything beyond the first ten minutes of the episode, so you can get some early looks, but as not to give away any spoilers on Dexter´s season eight premiere.

First of all… what a great feeling of watching the show´s intro and its music once again. It goes to show how much I´ve missed Dexter, and probably, I am not alone in this one.

The previously on Dexter is a perfect sequence to bring us all back to the story in a couple of minutes. So the episode only starts at 5:10. But those five minutes of remembering what happened are a treat.

Then the episode starts with Dexter and Harrison flying a kite, and then him back to work and a scene in off with Dexter talking about what he did on those last six months.

Batista speaks in Laguerta´s Eulogy… and just a brief thing: he is introduced as Lieutenant Batista.
My good Harrison Morgan is big! He has lines now, too.

Batista: How am I supposed to get past of it?

Dexter: She really wanted to be here, but she´s working long hours.

Batista: Mike Anderson´s death made want to get out of all of this. Took Maria´s death to make me get back to it.

truTV Starts Production on New Episodes of Hit Series Guinness World Records Unleashed.
truTV will go into production on brand new episodes of its hit series Guinness World Records® Unleashed on Wednesday, June 19, at the historic Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif. Hosted by Dan Cortese (Veronica’s Closet, Surviving Suburbia, MTV Sports), the series features daring and fearless record hopefuls as they attempt to secure their place in history by breaking some truly outrageous world records. All new episodes of Guinness World Records Unleashed are set to launch on truTV later this year.

For years, GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS have delighted, astonished and amazed readers with its book of incredible achievements. Now in Guinness World Records Unleashed, the curtain is drawn back to reveal what really goes on when the most unbelievable, jaw-dropping records are attempted. Each attempt is evaluated by GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS officials, who have the final say over whether a record is broken.

Since the series premiered in February, a total of 42 amazing record attempts were made, with 20 successes, 21 failures and one tie.
