Dear Friends,

You might remember my latest update was posted late on Sunday night (Turkish Time) saying that Facebook arrests have begun and that I was advised not to post anything opposing the government and delete all my past updates. And a large group of us have done just that. I woke up on Monday morning feeling furious! I was so mad at myself because I gave into FEAR the night before; one thing I preach people not to do and convince them that it is just an illusion. So at 6 AM in the morning I wanted to write this note on my wall. But I chose to wait. Anger and fury are also part of fear and I pulled myself back from everything I witnessed through the screens of my TV, my laptop and friends. Then I had to accept that I am human, we all are and we are allowed to make mistakes, and then relief came.

So please let me back up a little and explain you the events that are happening in Turkey since Saturday. Some of you might be aware and some not. After negotiations with the Prime Minister, the protest groups relaxed a little seeing some small hope of peace and they were actually preparing to scale down the protest in Gezi Park. So everyone in a celebratory mood and this being the weekend, the Gezi Park and Taksim square was packed with all kinds of people including elderly, children and tourists. At around 8PM while there was a concert in the park, people were warned to empty it and within minutes the attack started. Now I can tell you about the following 36-40 hours of torture this nation went through in detail and I contemplated long about posting one of the hundreds of footages of unarmed, peaceful people being beaten by groups of policemen, gassed grandparents, children losing their parents in mayhem, residents being gassed in their own homes, hotels, restaurants, chemists, hospitals and first aid centres being attacked and all sorts of violence you wouldn’t dream of. And I decided not to ruin your day just like it has been ruining our lives for the last 4 days. Please just know that we became a battered, bruised nation over the weekend both physically and psychologically.

Apparently, it was not only I who felt this way yesterday. There was a general strike but the participants and the organisers were very clever. They walked quietly and tried to avoid the police anyway they could, because no normal civil person could take one more bloody day. Rest of the people stayed at home as much as their circumstances allowed. People tried to sleep, because the majority did not sleep for 2 days. And I kept on thinking how to write this note to everyone. Then at around 6.30 in the evening a man came to Taksim square and he stood. He did not move for hours, did not talk, did not sing or dance, just stood in silence. And by 12 at night hundreds joined him in silence. That gave me great hope, because one of my biggest worries was that after the bloodshed experienced whether the protesters would turn violent or not. Now I know they will not. Since then the people are standing silent in many towns and cities, especially at places that have significant meaning for them, for example where one of the protesters was shot dead in Ankara, or in front of the TV stations who don’t report what is going on in the country. And yes, some of them get arrested for just standing, they found a cover for it – standing in silence is ‘being psychologically violent’ towards the police! These Indigos know how to drive them crazy.
 

So while everyone in the country ‘stands-up’ one way or another, I will again ask your support. As usual any calming energy, light and love from all of you will be greatly appreciated. There is a lot of negativity to be cleared on these lands and we need all the help you can give us.
 

On the other hand there are some 3D things you can do to help us. Such as contacting your members of the parliament, congress people, NGOs such as Amnesty International, European Union Representatives, Media, alternative media and anyone you can think of to inform them of the atrocities, ask them to act accordingly and put the pressure on Turkish government.
 

This government is acting way beyond its powers given by the constitution. Today it has been announced that 5000 people were injured during the protests and I know for a fact that number is much higher, majority of the wounded did not go to hospitals to avoid being arrested. The number of people arrested was announced 450 and again we know that there are many missing people who were detained by the police and not heard from in the last 48 hours. The official numbers are way off. Nothing the protesters do or say is against the constitution so there is no basis of the police violence towards them. Again, it is completely against all the international treaties Turkey signed to use chemical weapons against anyone let alone your own people, but this is what happened over the weekend, we have many people with 2nd and 3rd degree acid burns. The social media arrests are continuing and they are putting together an urgent law to regulate the internet and social media the way they want. Please share these truths with anyone you see fit. There are online petitions but they are all directed to the Turkish Government and by now we learned that they are deaf and blind to what is going on so I will not share the links here.

One Heart exists, and One Heart, in the form of you, goes off on tangents. You go off on a trail that doesn’t exist. All the questions you have do not exist because, deep within you, all is known. Deep within you, you know everything. There isn’t anything you don’t know and understand and love. For God’s sake, you love. For God’s sake, this illusive love lives. You dance around the world, and you sing, and you listen to your entry and you watch your dance, and you are mystified so far as you allow yourself to know.

I can say it a hundred times or a million times. I have, and, still, the optimum sense of Oneness eludes you. You’re off to the races, and you still think you stand still, isolated somewhere.

You are in full bloom, and you think you are wanting or waning. Oh, if only you would right now know the Essence of You, and claim it, and be it, and love it as if there were no other game in town. Ultimately, there is not. Ultimately, you live in Heaven at the same time as you think Heaven is far away or not even extant. If there is Oneness, where else can something be but in Oneness-ville, most often referred to as Heaven or Paradise or where you long to be.

Selamat Jarin! We return with much to discuss. As you can see, your world is still subject to the last fading antics of the old reality. Each passing moment brings the dark cabal closer to its inevitable demise. We watch with compassion as it comes to recognize and grapple with the outcome of its choices: the total collapse of all it has known. Those of our associates involved with this aspect are wrapping up the operation which will render these dark ones powerless and a mere shell of what they once were. The new governance which will succeed the old order is to explain the master plan for change and the approximate schedule, and some of it is likely to astound even those of you who are most informed. These broadcasts will lead swiftly to a full disclosure of our benevolent existence and our reasons for being here. Once done, we can then work with the Ascended Masters and present to you a chronological outline of your origins and history, and an introduction to the wonders of full consciousness. Our primary mission is to return you to a state of union with your Self, and this will be completed once we have landed and you have been introduced to your Inner Earth family.

   It is important for you to comprehend what is involved in your transformation to a fully conscious Being; it is, in truth, a very complex and delicate operation. You possess several billion sets of RNA/DNA switches which need to be reversed. You also have nearly a million miles of unique physical structures that require special alterations. All this is to be accomplished by a means that Heaven has devised and which will also be controlled by your divine Will. This entire process is to be carried out via a set of sacred formulas, given to us by our medical teams and our heavenly advisors, and using techniques which are being allowed only because of the special mandate connected with your destiny: to become a fully conscious Being of Light. Heaven watches all this very closely and assures us that you are to shift according to the divine schedule which translates into a specific timeframe. You stand now on the brink of this time as your divine moment is at hand. As you look around you, it behooves you to perceive the immense significance of this most unique and precious moment.

   Each day we interact with your dark cabal and wonder at its dogged and seemingly oblivious stance at the prospect of any future change. In truth it is simply doing what the Divine so desires. On the one hand it deeply believes in itself and its invincibility, and on the other, it watches in panic as its many plans are thwarted by the changing conditions thrown up by the collision between its desires and your incoming divine reality. It now recognizes this dichotomy to be untenable as it sees just how close is the collapse of its world, and a sense of doom has overcome the leadership groups as they stare into the face of the unknown. They are starting to see that the invincibility and power they took so for granted are illusions and all the plans they had made ultimately pipe-dreams. Hence their disarray mounts, and their ability to direct the affairs of the world falters and wanes. As their grip weakens, the incoming Light picks up the slack, and now a great shift toward the Light is upon us! Your reality has arrived at what is called 'its divine shift point.'

   During the next stage of operations, unprecedented announcements are to be broadcast, accompanied by a grand disbursement of wealth, new governance, and disclosure. Your new governance is to be fully transparent and a true instrument of the Divine. Miracles and wonders will be the order of the day! Take a moment to realize the deep import of what lies in front of you. It is all too easy to underestimate the impact of these events on your emotions, your lives, your neighborhoods, and humanity at large. The seemingly impossible will be rolled out before you, evoking a befitting gratitude and humility from deep within. But feel also the triumph, as all you have envisioned so patiently and for so long at last comes true! This is no time to go into ho-hum mode; it is what all your work and dedication have been focused on. And now your strength and compassion are needed still, as the dark ones go through their trials of accountability and then take their places among you. As you return to full consciousness, all pain and anger will vanish as will the past!

   Hosanna to the Light! We are your Ascended Masters! We come at a time of joy and a great shift in your reality. Millennia have been leading up to this moment! You are bearing witness to something very special which most have thought impossible: the termination of an entrenched reality which forced you to think, act, and believe things which the dark deemed practical to its purposes. Every day the Sacred was profaned and the Good allowed little scope. This oppression of your natural state of Being is ending and you are watching the dark's fall from grace all around you. We wait in manifest rapture and prepare to reveal to you the truth so long denied you. The disbursement of funds and the shift in governance are only the first signs of what is coming! Your world is charging headlong toward new paradigms and your growing consciousness can no longer countenance the dysfunctional impudence of the dark cabal.

   Heaven has mandated the changes that have brought your world to this state of transition, and you are waking up collectively to the global dilemma wrought by the dark's avarice and total disregard for nature. You are also recognizing the immutability of the short time remaining in which to redress these immense improprieties. To do this you require advanced technical assistance and know-how, and so we have procured special dispensations which allow your space family to quickly amend what so urgently faces you. This joint operation will strengthen your Will to Good and quickly repair Gaia's surface world. This activity will also prepare you for our sacred teachings and allow each of you to reach out personally to Gaia, which will assist you to become aligned with her and to respect and admire her multitudes of interlocking ecosystems.

   We suggest that the time remaining would be useful for reflection: it is important to see what is happening and prepare yourselves for a sacred journey of Truth and Love. You are to interact with those who, long ago, were allowed only indirect access to you as you fell into limited consciousness. Over the ensuing millennia these family members were permitted only a small amount of direct interaction with you. This is now to change, and you will be able to see them over the broadcast media and occasionally in person. You will learn about Love, and that abundance in all things is the nature of the universe. You will learn how to flourish in a world free from want and strife and harsh one-sided rules. You will see how transformed your surface realm becomes! Then, deep within your sacred Mother, you can return to full consciousness and learn about your destiny.

   Today we continued our messages. We rejoice in all that is happening. This beautiful, changing planet is beginning to express the exuberance and joy of a Being who is moving her inner and her surface realms back into unity. Dear Ones, today I would like to speak upon the subject of Compassion for it is so important to bring yourself back to this place in these times we are in. So easy it is to fall out of compassion especially when we are wriggling through a transitional period and touching the pain that we have been avoiding for so long in our lives of separation. Dear Ones as you feel the discomfort of realising all that you have put in place to keep yourself from feeling the immense pain of separation from Father-Mother God, it is very easy to cast blame and judgement upon others in order to further avoid the intense pain that must come.

This is a very challenging time for you Dear Ones as you realize all the things that you do in life to avoid feeling and to avoid loving your fellow human Being. It is so very clever all the intricate ways we arrange our lives with those close to us, ways we give our power away, ways we exert our power over others, ways we avoid conflict to ‘keep the peace’, ways we allow others to invade our lives because it is easier than to stand up and say no, all the ways we say ‘yes’ when we really would rather not and on and on it goes all strategies to avoid feeling what is at the root of it, separation from our Father-Mother God that leads to looking to another to fill that void. This of course is an impossible task and leads to the intense pain that comes from feeling unloved by our Brothers and Sisters, which causes us to shut down and build walls to avoid feeling any more pain. Underpinning all of this is the belief that we can usurp the power of God, for this is what living in separation truly means. This of course is impossible.

So now you are moving through an intense period of seeing all the ways you cope with life in separation with God. In this realization you will be feeling all the reasons you are hurting so much and this will inevitably lead to pointing the finger of blame upon your Mother, your Father, your siblings, your first friend at school, your first sexual partner who broke your heart, on and on it goes as you realize the perceived cause of your pain in life.

Dear Ones it is in this pain and realization that we can begin to lose compassion for our fellow humans and especially close family members whom you have perceived have caused you pain and suffering, for you will now be re-visiting these times in your life when you experienced pain and suffering at the hands of another in order to unwind the damage that has been done to the Altar of God that abides within your heart.

Now Dear Ones, I am not suggesting that there is a straight and easy route to compassion for first you must feel the pain and perhaps the anger, jealousy or whatever emotion you must admit that you are truly feeling, the Truth of your Being. The Truth of what actually lies behind the inauthentic smile as you carry out a task for another that you really would rather not be doing. You understand my meaning Dear Ones? This is a time for Truth. What is the REAL feeling you have underneath your strategies? This must first be expressed safely and this may take on any form depending on you. You must feel your way through, with some help from another and as you know well by now, with some help from me and all my Brothers and Sisters in the Ascended Realm.

Once you have access to the real emotion and have safely expressed this, it is time to seek understanding of another rather than to be understood. Your part in it and your unexpressed emotion is for you to deal with not for another to understand. Seek to understand the other, seek to see what lies behind their actions for they are hurting too and act or have acted from this painful place of seeking Love, crying out for Love in the only the way they can.

If you find this place of understanding another who has caused you pain, especially a close relative or sibling or offspring or partner with whom you share your life, if you can find understanding for them you can access Compassion for them and with this open heart you can find balance once again and in constantly attending to the needs of your heart in order to stay open and stay in Love as often as you can remember, you will once more find harmony in your life with those that you so Dearly Love.

This is no easy task Dear Ones which is why I offer myself to you, to walk with you, to hold your hand to be on the other side of the fire that you must walk through in order to get to the other side and to who you really are.
