God said:

You’re not tired of My telling you how to live in the world, are you? You don’t want Me to keep quiet, do you? You do want to remember once and for all what I say.

You may remember much of what I say, yet, has it sunk in? Probably not.

You are aware and unaware at the same time. You know everything, and you know nothing. I might say that it is in your favor to not know anything, well, certainly not everything you think you know.

Would that the word but had not been created, but that is like saying: “Would that you had not had a thought.” But your mind is filled with thought, and there must be a reason for it. One reason is so that you will change your thoughts, much like a spring cleaning, that you would leave thoughts of the past behind, for the past is long gone, even as I tell you the past never was. Much ado about nothing, and nothing is everything to you.

The dearest things that exist – all of existence – are only thoughts, something you thought, something you believed one way, and may then have turned out to be a flash in the pan. Is your life then only pop corn popping on the fire? Is that then what your life is, like gun shots going off, and nothing left to tell but your thoughts?

There is no where for life to have happened, no what, no how, no when. All, all of life seems to be thoughts, thoughts thought about. Well, you have to think something, don’t you? And so you think about and think about and record all of it, all the details as if a broken record playing.

What if you could go beyond thought? What if you could pass over the horizon of your thoughts and enter a world where Being countermands thought big time? A world full of Silence, not science, Silence. A land full with Silence so loud, so overwhelming, that there is nothing to say and nothing to hear but this luminous Silence, full Silence. Silence filled to the brim, Silence that lets nothing else be heard, Silence that leaves nothing to be said.

I suppose We could say that you hear nothing but the Silence, and Silence is good, and you are in the midst of this loud Silence that allows you no thought, no thought even of Silence, no thought at all, no sound at all even though the Silence is deafening, so to speak. There is no room for anything but the Silence to enrich the very air you breathe, not that you think of breathing or anything at all. You sink into the Silence. You are sunk into the Silence, aware of nothing but the enriched Silence that some could call Love. Silence, in the Silence, is not even named. What Name can be great enough? Well, perhaps My Name.

What if the Silence is God blooming? What if the Silence is Godness? Not Godliness because that is rather relative, but Godness, Essence of God, Reflection of God, Elevation of God, Greatness of God, Closeness to God, so close to God that nothing else exists but this Being That Is God, this Beingness, this Isness, Creation beyond Creation, Creation at Its Incept, Creation before It Became Creation, Creation in the Air, as it were, the very Foundation of Being. Is All I?

Why, yes, it is, beloveds. All That Is Is I, and All That Is Is Also you except there is no you, only I.

Dear Ones,

This is a confusing time. Some of you are beginning to feel love. Others are more irritated by the suggestion than comfortable. You wish to be part of this transition, but there are those who make you so angry. How can anyone suggest that they too are an important part of this transition? You are an advance Lightworker and they continue to do and say things that emotionally, physically or spiritually harm you or others.

This is a global transition. All have unique roles that may not seem justified in your thought processes. Perhaps you feel drained thinking of how some seem intent in destroying earth’s ecological systems. Then there are those who enrage you when they physically abuse or end the earth life of innocent victims. And what about those who tell you what you should believe?

Maybe you are angry that we suggest love is in the air for you do not see, sense or feel it. But then, until you allow yourself to sense love instead of needing to advocate for what should be, you cannot be of the love frequency.

Your transition is happening in stages. The last major stage included peeking around the corner of what could be once you washed your being in love – instead of what should be according to you.

For eons, you have fought the “good fight.” You have taken it upon yourself to care take those unable – seemingly – to care take themselves. But then, for eons you have also physically, emotionally or spiritually harmed others. You are the same – angel and devil. There is no entity outside of yourself that is the devil – merely a representative of your lifetimes where you played that role for whatever reason.

Perhaps you experienced both sides of that equation so you could select which best suited your being, to end karmic connections, to prepare for this transition or to advance in your life experiences. It does not matter why or when. Merely that you know you are not an angel – or a devil. Nor is anyone else.

Many of you are pleased with your progress in this lifetime – and rightly so. But at the same time, you must realize that those you find fault with and those who seem to be a devil incarnate are merely mirroring that which you do not like/love in yourself.

This is a an extremely complicated thought process. Not that you are not intelligent enough to understand it, but that emotions tied to that thought are perhaps more than you can accept at this time. You will eventually for you cannot move into the new love energy without doing so. But you do not need to do so today or even tomorrow.

Many, if not most of you, may accept your former or even current roles in this emotional upheaval that is the transition. You understand that you are not without blemish. At the same time, you cannot understand how you can accept that person or concept. All is loving within your being – except that person or philosophy.

We are not predicting a gradient of love. You will love eventually – both what you now consider good and bad. This is not a partial experience.

We are not berating you. You have transitioned more deeply and rapidly than we thought possible. We are merely pointing out that you are clamoring for the New Age/new earth experience which means you will move beyond creating it. You will learn how to live within it – accepting others and their path, as well as love yourself.

Many of you are feeling less than loving for yourself as you cannot understand how the person, idea or action that makes your “skin crawl” can be a loving part of your life, much less earth. You continue to be a new earth crusader even though you want to accept the loving concepts that are of the new earth.

This is not about merely expressing what you think should be of the New Age/new earth, but feeling it deep within you.

Again, many of you berate yourself for not feeling that love for yourself and others. We wish to reassure you that you will experience such love in your own time. You do not need to push yourself into that love arena. Nor do you need to berate yourself because you cannot experience it completely no matter how diligently you try. Allow yourself to be. And once you truly do that, your anger at others, your fear of others and your inability to love yourself will shift naturally.

In the Old Age, everything was work. Nothing seemed to flow. The New Age/new earth is about allowing flow. If any concept, movement or interaction feels like work, put it aside until it does not. You no longer need to work at a concept.

For many of you, this might seem counter intuitive. Letting it flow is extremely frightening. What if you never “find your groove?” How can we guarantee that all will be well?

We are of your future, present and past. We know without a doubt – as you did when your children were afraid they would never learn to read – that all is going to happen in due course.

Maybe you do not understand our concepts or thoughts today – but you will. And the most rapid way for you to do so in this new energy is to let it be. Do not fret. Do not worry. Just follow your heart/inner-being and all will happen when it is meant to for you.

Let it be is our phrase for now and forevermore in this New Age/new earth. Nothing needs to be forced. Nothing requires worry or work. Just let it flow and it will happen. You have already set your intent to move gracefully and quickly into the New Age/new earth. Nothing more is required. Let it be. So be it. Amen.

Channelling 2013

Welcome all, I am Sarah.

I would talk to you today of the sea and of how it mirrors your own physical self. You are aware that the sea has become quite contaminated, and so it is with the water element of humanity. The emotions which have been left untended, create an energetic charge, and these waves of energy (which have built up over the centuries) flow over the earth and settle in certain places. The sea has collected a great deal of this ‘leftover’ emotional debris/ waste, and the time is now & for the generations ahead, for the clean up process. One day the sea will once again have an energetic signature which is pure and sparkling, and when this occurs, humanity’s energy body will mirror that sparkling purity. What a time that will be!! Such beauty, here on the earth.

All is well, all is well, all is well.

The Divine’s perfect plan is built upon a rock, ever changing, ever growing, ever creating, ever ending.

All is well, all is well, all is well.

So do not think that there is little you can do, there is much you can do. You can start (if you aren’t already) to aquaint yourself with the environmental issues that exist at this present time. You can make small changes in your life so that you yourself, contribute less and less towards these difficulties. But also, at this time, you can contribute greatly by starting to shift the essence of the sea back to where it belongs. It is hard for the places on the earth (including the sea) to keep their consciousness present when pollution and toxicity is present. Where pollution occurs, the consciousness of that place withdraws. Places on the earth where the consciousness is very present are places that you think of as ‘sacred places’ or ‘power places’. Some of these are known, many are not.

But before the physical clean up of the sea occurs, the energetic clean up of the sea needs to be well underway. As always, change happens from the ‘outer’ or ‘higher’ realms first (which are not really outer or higher realms at all, but it suffices here to say so) and then moves down into the physical. These are the laws of working within the physical realm.

As with all things, this can be achieved most simply by ‘bringing God into it’. By this I mean, calling upon the Divine to enter into that which needs healing. Intent is everything; method can be chosen according to personal preference!!

As a human, you can take it upon yourself to do this on behalf of humanity, and each piece of work that you do will spread out exponentially. Think not that your efforts are too small to be of practical use. Each part makes up the whole, and each piece of this work that you do will lead us all closer to that sparkling purity that lies ahead. Before beginning the work, imagine the earth as her beautiful, radiant self; pristine and clean once again. Feel how wonderful is & will be, as we move towards that time now. Resolve to hold that possibility as reality in your heart, and to know that it is so, and that nothing is too great for the Divine creator – that exists within each and every one of us.

All is well, all is well, all is well.

Deny not the anger and pain that may arise in your heart for the predicament of the earth and the suffering of the creatures that live upon her and who are dying even as we ponder on how we can solve these environmental difficulties. Allow them to be there, but then call upon the Divine to light up the way to healing for us all and for the earth. Bring the divine into your heart, and allow yourself to be given hope. Simply ask for what you need, whether it is hope or reassurance or whatever it is you might need and then imagine yourself opening up to receive it, and it is so.

Use ‘all is well’ (http://www.sarayei.com/all-is-well) as a mantra, which you breathe in and out of your heart space, when you feel overwhelmed and that no solution can be found, or that the world is too harsh a place.

But overall believe in the possibility that it might be so, allow yourself to day dream of a world where all is well, how that might feel, how that might look like. Think on the things that touch you deeply in the world today, those things that sadden you, and then imagine how they would then look in a world where all is well, and pray to the Divine that these things might be so and for the highest good of all.

The sea welcomes our efforts towards her healing. The earth has a consciousness, and our bodies are of the earth. Thereby we are healing that aspect of ourselves that has caused this contamination on the earth. As without so within. And so we can heal this part of ourselves, either through our inner work or by work in the outer world. As this part of ourselves is healed, so we will find more and more solutions to the healing of the earth and her seas, from the damage that we ourselves have caused. Therefore it is not strictly the earth or the sea that need our healing, more that we are healing the aspect of humanity that has caused this damage upon the earth, and when this is healed, so can the earth be too.

Message from the Pleiadian Councils of Light
June Solstice 2013
Light tribe of Gaia,

We come to speak with you, as always, from the Universal Heart of your galaxy. Pleiadian Light beings have existed for as long as the creation of the Universe itself, and we are an integral part of the history of your conception. In the original creation of all life, Star people were dreamed into existence by the Creative Force, as a natural outpouring of life in the myriad star-studded galaxies which exist. Physical beings were not yet dreamed of at that time – but as evolution progressed on all levels and in all spheres the concept of physicality came into be-ing. And, as is said in your holy texts, ‘It was good.’

Your physical existence and the existence of your physical planet came into be-ing through a mastermind plan to create a form of life where the Light Body was housed in a physical sheath, also called an ‘Earth Suit’ by some who have visited your planet. This body was designed to allow the experience of life through physical senses, in order to encourage exploration, creativity and joy through experiences that were chosen according to each being’s free will.

There was an acknowledgement on the part of the Higher Councils of Kuthumi and the Order of Melchizedek that the beings who incarnated from the Light into physical bodies might find it difficult to remember their original nature or purpose. This is because a plane which is dense, such as the third dimension, appears through the normal senses to be only physical. It takes some concerted effort and spiritual evolution and tools for most physical beings to remember how to see and feel the Light within all things, to remember how to communicate telepathically, and so forth.

But the blessings of a physical lifetime ~ the sacred nature of a sojourn on a planet designed to be a treasure trove of beauty, the excitement inherent in a life of endless discoveries and evolution ~ these outweighed the perceived difficulties many times over. And so it came to be, with the agreement of many Star nations and over-lighting Councils of the highest orders, that human be-ings were birthed on your planet. We Pleiadians were seeded into your genetics, as were the Sirian Star people – we gave readily of our codes, having progressed by that time into an evolved culture who understood the nature of spiritual evolution. (When we say that we are brothers and sisters of yours, there is a literal truth in our words. We are your ancestors, and your future companions on the planet also.)

Many occurrences throughout your history were, however, unforeseen. In the downward stages of the great cycles that have transpired, there has been an unheard of mass movement away from the original truths of the Universe. These truths have been seeded and reseeded on your planet, by ourselves through the indigenous tribes, by the Christed masters who have walked the same soil that you tread on now, and by the priests and priestesses of the evolved civilisations that have come and gone over the aeons of your history. These truths have been made available to all on Earth, and yet they are being ignored by so many. Immersion into the mundane material world and superficial material pursuits have come to be considered by the masses to be what physical life is all about.

Our message to you on this June Solstice of 2013 is this. You are on this Earth journey with purpose. There are no human be-ings on the Earth plane now who have not chosen this destination with intention. Some of you chose simply to BE here, to go through the transition back into the Light while in physical form. Some of you came to assist your civilisation to achieve the transition. Some of you came specifically to work with one of the core Earth kingdoms – animal, plant, mineral, crystal or human. This purpose must be remembered.

How do you remember your purpose? Root out the Universal Truths that have been seeded, and choose to live by them. Primary amongst these truths is the knowledge that What you pay attention to is what you attract more of. Choose carefully, therefore, what you believe and are repeatedly voicing to yourself and the world about yourself, your health and your life. Pay more attention to the joys and pleasures that you have access to, in order to attract more of the same.

As you give, so you receive. The master Jesus reminded you of this truth at the time of zero point. Give not out of a desire to be appreciated. When you give from the simple overflow of joy and in the knowing that the universe is always abundant, so a flow of positivity is activated in your life, and you receive gifts greater even than you have given. These gifts are not always material – the universe works in mysterious ways towards your highest good.

Remember once and for all that You are the creators of your own destinies. Yes, there are sometimes challenging karmic factors that affect you, but even these you have chosen to come to Earth to overcome. Far greater than karma in its power over your destinies is your knowing that your free will entitles you to choose to create a life of peace and joy and abundance. It is possible to choose this regardless of your circumstances, simply through trust and sincere effort.

Through living according to these universal truths and others, your purpose will be shown to you. That which gives you joy will manifest as your purpose. Underlying all of this is the truth that You have come to be of service. When you acknowledge this, you are shown more clearly what your path entails.

Do not allow yourselves to sink into despair dear ones, when it seems that you are on your own and that Earth life is an uphill struggle. Lift yourselves constantly through music, dancing, spending time with each other, being creative, loving one another and all forms of life, and meditating. And so it is that you are healed. And so it is that you discover who you truly are – great beings of Light and love, embodied now as Earth Angels. And so it is. Namaste.

The edge of the morning is a special and potent time of day. As the dawn light gently caresses the whispering trees and kisses the earth with tender warmth, a powerful silence emerges full of sound, energy and life. In those few moments there is a sense that, after the slumber of the night, everything is fully alive once again; every tree, every flower, every rock, every sound and every atom stirs and awakens. In such moments of pure unadulterated connection to All there Is, it is as though the Universe itself has awoken and taken a full and conscious deep inhalation of life.

Many never notice the edge of the morning as life is so focused on keeping on keeping on and there is no time to connect to the infinite possibilities contained in those few moments. Yet, when we consciously choose to open up our hearts, minds and souls to the vibration and energy of these few moments, the energy somehow becomes more tangible to work with and articulate. It is as though we bathe in the infinity and we become a more conscious part of it. Of course, even if we do not notice the edge of the morning, we are still a part of the infinity of the Universal Whole, but when we become conscious of it everything changes, for we expand and become One with something quite amazing.

Yielding to this powerful feeling of connection seems so important now as we continue to coalesce and unify with Divinity. The process of awakening to our true magnificence is a journey of many layers and many levels, and it is on this journey that we realise that we no longer have anything to prove in order to become Whole as we realise and accept (wholeheartedly) that we are already Whole. Such a recognition may seem small or insignificant, but it takes us away from feeling incomplete, broken or damaged to a place of feeling alive, connected and complete.

Whilst we all have experiences in life that can create cracks and chips, voids and sometimes enormous chasms within, when we are connected, we know that every single experience matters, as every single one makes up the Whole. In other words, everything matters and we no longer need to push away those aspects of our Selves or our lives that have challenged us, as we instead breathe them in and re-absorb them into our essence. This is not the same as wallowing in the pain or the challenges though, as this carries a different vibration: one of acceptance and gratitude.

Acceptance and gratitude may feel hard to muster when life gives us lemons, but when we shift our perception we begin to realise that even the lemons bring us strength, context and meaning. So many of us try so hard to push away the pain, trying to dissolve it or remove it, but when we make the conscious decision to re-absorb it with tenderness and love, the vibration changes and softens, and we shift from chasing completion to being complete.

At the same time, the more we let Spirit into our lives, the more we feel the connection to the infinity of life and if we allow ourselves to be in the moment and to enjoy the experience, we let those barriers down and feel every single cell within vibrating with energy and divinity. If we become grateful for such connections, our hearts, minds and souls open up like new buds responding to the light.

When we step consciously into moments of pure magic and infinity, there is a sense that time slows for a while as everything moves in slow focus; it is as though the Universe slows for a while to allow us to take in just a tiny taster of what it is to be fully awake and aware of Everything. In normal time, such awareness isn’t possible for there is simply too much to absorb, but as time slows, we inhale infinity and this transports us to a completely new level of awareness and life.

It is so important that we choose to give ourselves the gift of grateful presence and to take the time to pause in these moments as they remind us that we are alive and integral parts of the Whole. Sometimes, when we step briefly out of the ‘flow’, we become aware of the discord in our lives and this can help us to see the bigger picture and inspire us to make adjustments in order to re-align and re-centre.

When the dawn light caresses the trees and awakens the earth, do the birds press the snooze button to get another 10 minutes of slumber or do the flowers wonder whether blossoming is really worth the effort? Do the trees stop growing because they are too worried about what lies in their day ahead?

It is so easy for us to become consumed by linear thoughts and by angst, over-thinking and analysis that we forget to do what we were born to do: to breathe, to live and to be. When we embrace the infinity of life, we realise that we are part of a cycle that keeps on turning, whether we are conscious of it or not, but by becoming conscious we open up to living more whole-heartedly and more vibrantly, for we are allowing ourselves to become One with ourselves and with infinity.

Whilst such words sound great, it can sometimes be hard to feel their appropriateness when life feels uphill and hard work, but when we pause and open up to the magic and divinity, our perception shifts and we realise that it is our birthright to live consciously and it is our destiny to blossom. The meaning of this is unique to each and every one of us, but when we feel the vibration of these words, we intuitively bring together the concepts of Self and infinity into a beautiful, cohesive and magnificent One...

Hi my precious friends and family, this is an update from a friend and lightworker that was so kind to share the current situation and update in Istanbul... Dear Friends,

You might remember my latest update was posted late on Sunday night (Turkish Time) saying that Facebook arrests have begun and that I was advised not to post anything opposing the government and delete all my past updates. And a large group of us have done just that. I woke up on Monday morning feeling furious! I was so mad at myself because I gave into FEAR the night before; one thing I preach people not to do and convince them that it is just an illusion. So at 6 AM in the morning I wanted to write this note on my wall. But I chose to wait. Anger and fury are also part of fear and I pulled myself back from everything I witnessed through the screens of my TV, my laptop and friends. Then I had to accept that I am human, we all are and we are allowed to make mistakes, and then relief came.

So please let me back up a little and explain you the events that are happening in Turkey since Saturday. Some of you might be aware and some not. After negotiations with the Prime Minister, the protest groups relaxed a little seeing some small hope of peace and they were actually preparing to scale down the protest in Gezi Park. So everyone in a celebratory mood and this being the weekend, the Gezi Park and Taksim square was packed with all kinds of people including elderly, children and tourists. At around 8PM while there was a concert in the park, people were warned to empty it and within minutes the attack started. Now I can tell you about the following 36-40 hours of torture this nation went through in detail and I contemplated long about posting one of the hundreds of footages of unarmed, peaceful people being beaten by groups of policemen, gassed grandparents, children losing their parents in mayhem, residents being gassed in their own homes, hotels, restaurants, chemists, hospitals and first aid centres being attacked and all sorts of violence you wouldn’t dream of. And I decided not to ruin your day just like it has been ruining our lives for the last 4 days. Please just know that we became a battered, bruised nation over the weekend both physically and psychologically.

Apparently, it was not only I who felt this way yesterday. There was a general strike but the participants and the organisers were very clever. They walked quietly and tried to avoid the police anyway they could, because no normal civil person could take one more bloody day. Rest of the people stayed at home as much as their circumstances allowed. People tried to sleep, because the majority did not sleep for 2 days. And I kept on thinking how to write this note to everyone. Then at around 6.30 in the evening a man came to Taksim square and he stood. He did not move for hours, did not talk, did not sing or dance, just stood in silence. And by 12 at night hundreds joined him in silence. That gave me great hope, because one of my biggest worries was that after the bloodshed experienced whether the protesters would turn violent or not. Now I know they will not. Since then the people are standing silent in many towns and cities, especially at places that have significant meaning for them, for example where one of the protesters was shot dead in Ankara, or in front of the TV stations who don’t report what is going on in the country. And yes, some of them get arrested for just standing, they found a cover for it – standing in silence is ‘being psychologically violent’ towards the police! These Indigos know how to drive them crazy.
 

So while everyone in the country ‘stands-up’ one way or another, I will again ask your support. As usual any calming energy, light and love from all of you will be greatly appreciated. There is a lot of negativity to be cleared on these lands and we need all the help you can give us.
 

On the other hand there are some 3D things you can do to help us. Such as contacting your members of the parliament, congress people, NGOs such as Amnesty International, European Union Representatives, Media, alternative media and anyone you can think of to inform them of the atrocities, ask them to act accordingly and put the pressure on Turkish government.
 

This government is acting way beyond its powers given by the constitution. Today it has been announced that 5000 people were injured during the protests and I know for a fact that number is much higher, majority of the wounded did not go to hospitals to avoid being arrested. The number of people arrested was announced 450 and again we know that there are many missing people who were detained by the police and not heard from in the last 48 hours. The official numbers are way off. Nothing the protesters do or say is against the constitution so there is no basis of the police violence towards them. Again, it is completely against all the international treaties Turkey signed to use chemical weapons against anyone let alone your own people, but this is what happened over the weekend, we have many people with 2nd and 3rd degree acid burns. The social media arrests are continuing and they are putting together an urgent law to regulate the internet and social media the way they want. Please share these truths with anyone you see fit. There are online petitions but they are all directed to the Turkish Government and by now we learned that they are deaf and blind to what is going on so I will not share the links here.
