By the way the page file has different name like swap file and paging file . It is a file on your local hard drive. We can see it at C:\pagefile.sys . You can not see it if you hide protected operating system files .

Before going to main topic I am going to tell you about function of RAM on your PC. The main objectives of RAM is to stores data, programs, files temporary . It is faster way to access files , data and programs because it is fast to read from RAM than access repeatedly from hard drive.

For example , RAM store web pages within it temporary when you open it on your browser , if you watch video on YouTube , RAM store video before saving in your hard drive.

2.After you add your files to the image, you can unmount it and then click the "Convert" button in the toolbar to compress the image or change it to read only (or add encryption).
