Well as a matter of fact there is plenty of free Reaktor ensembles on this developer's website (though of course donations are welcomed). We didn't have the time to test them all but we were convinced by the audio demo.

On each cd (696 Mb) are 545 samples:

1 bar: 150 loops
2 bars : 150 loops
4 bars : 152 loops
8 bars : 60 loops
16 bars : 33 samples (oneshots)

Total 1635 wavs and around 2,03 Gb in total size

All loops and samples are 16 Bit (Acidized) Wavs. They are actually loops but threat them as one shot samples for more and better results, for example chop some of the end or begining, strech, combine etc. Be creative!
