I read all about the secret Law of attraction, watched the Movie the "secret" and began to apply these techniques.
One of the most important steps to do is to have a clear vision of what it is what you want to be, do or have.

I soon came to realize something. It was harder than I thought to find the time to spend each day to visualize and focus on everything I wanted. It started to become a chore, and as I found out, unless you enjoy the process the Law of Attraction doesn't work.

Creating my own Mind Movie and watching it every day, solved this huge issue for me. Basically by combining my affirmations and pictures with my favorite, motivating music, it not only creates the vision instantly, it also attaches the emotion. This was what I was looking for and the key to success and happiness.

On top of all that, I have experienced the joy of contributing to other peoples lives by teaching them how to make their own. Although I enjoy doing real estate deals and the like, the most fun I have is when I can make a contribution. I don't mean a donation. I mean when the project I spend the majority of my time on makes a major contribution to those in my sphere of influence.

Hence the reason I am so excited about mind movies. I truly believe everyone should experience the power a Mind Movie can make to their life.

The Science of Getting Rich is a timeless classic written in 1910 by Wallace D. Wattles. It is a bold title for a book and suggests that getting rich is a predictable outcome if one can master the principles outlined in the book. Here is how Wallace D. Wattles puts it in his own words, "The ownership of money and property comes as a result of doing things in a certain way. Those who do things in this certain way, whether on purpose or accidentally, get rich. Those who do not do things in this certain way, no matter how hard they work or how able they are, remain poor. It is a natural law that like causes always produce like effects. Therefore, any man or woman who learns to do things in this certain way will infallibly get rich."

Certainly, this book is well referenced by many of the great teachers today and it is the same book that inspired Rhonda Byrne to produce that runaway success "the Secret". Weleens gefrustreerd dat je de rekeningen weer niet kunt betalen? Baal je van je gewicht of wil je nu eindelijk weleens naast iemand in slaap vallen? Misschien hebben wij hier de oplossing voor al je problemen!

Dat heeft te maken met de 'Wet van de Aantrekkingskracht' of de 'Universal Law Of Attraction'? Het is een universele natuurkundige wet waarin wordt bepaald dat 'gelijken elkaar aantrekken'. Toen Oprah Winfrey er twee shows aan had gewijd, ging het balletje pas echt rollen. In veel landen staat het boek op nummer 1 in de bestsellerlijsten. Ken je de boeken van Byron Katie, Neale Donald Walsch of Deepak Chopra, dan zal The Secret geen openbaring zijn, eerder meer van hetzelfde.

De film 'The Secret' is dus in Amerika een gigantisch succes. Het draait in deze documentaire om een 'geheime' kracht waarvan de kennis lang verborgen is gebleven voor het 'gewone volk'. Verschillende experts leggen je in negentig minuten uit hoe je met je gedachten je eigen wereld naar je hand kunt zetten. "Je huidige realiteit is het resultaat van je denken."

Het wordt allemaal wat geheimzinnig gebracht maar is in feite iets wat we allemaal eigenlijk al weten en in ons dagelijks leven al zelf toepassen bewust of onbewust. Wat je denkt zal (je) worden, 'thought become things'.

Logische wet

Het is iets wat je meestal intuïtief al aanvoelt, negatief denken zorgt meestal voor meer negativiteit. Wanneer je jezelf helemaal focust op je overgewicht zal het probleem alleen maar toenemen. Positief denken daarentegen zorgt voor positieve invloeden in je leven, aldus de theorie.

Je grootste angst wordt vaak werkelijkheid, omdat je al je energie erin stopt. Je gedachten krijgen als het ware vorm. Denk voortaan alleen maar positief.

De wet van de aantrekkingskracht is krijgen waar je om hebt gevraagd. Logisch toch?

Wanneer je je op iets focust zal het groeien

Heb je hoge schulden en maak je je alleen daar zorgen over? Grote kans dat je de schulden niet kunt wegwerken en dat ze zelfs zullen groeien. Dat is de 'Law Of Attraction'. Alles wat we ervaren en visualiseren in gedachten trekken we ook aan. Niets is toevallig. Focus je niet op die schulden, maar op het leven zonder schulden. Op een leven met financiële vrijheid, dan zal het universum dit vanzelf brengen. Zo is de boodschap.

Verleg je focus en het geluk komt aanwaaien

Visualiseren is krachtig gefocust denken in beelden. De dingen die je wilt, trek je aan door beelden in geest te vormen. Je ziet jezelf al zitten met die nieuwe baan. Laat dat tot het diepste van je bewustzijn doordringen. Maar alleen denk of visualiseren is niet genoeg. Je moet tot in je vingertoppen voelen dat je het al hebt of er al bent. Belangrijk is dat je daar ook dankbaar voor bent. Tel je zegningen, dan laat je de energie de goede kant op stromen.

Wanneer je bijvoorbeeld wilt afvallen zul je moeten proberen van jezelf te houden zoals je bent en zoeken naar de dingen waar je wel tevreden over bent. Sta positief in het leven en je zult positieve dingen ontvangen. Dat is de kracht van gedachten en de 'Law Of Attraction'. Uiteraard, er komt nogal wat zweverigheid bij kijken. Bovendien is de film 'The Secret' erg Amerikaans en 'Da Vinci Code'-achtig. Veel Amerikanen willen nog weleens teleurgesteld zijn als 'het universum' niet direct een zak geld voor de deur zet.

Echter, het gaat hier om het grijpen van kansen in je leven. Wanneer je echt heel graag meer geld zou willen hebben, zul je merken dat er zich op een gegeven moment kansen ontplooien in je leven om dat te verdienen. Dus geen zak geld, je zult nog altijd moeten werken. Maar volgens de theorie ben jij degene die zulke kansen aantrekt.

Hoofdpunten in de film en van de 'law of attraction' zijn:

*Je creëert 100% je eigen realiteit.

*Je huidige realiteit is het resultaat van je denken.

*Je trekt aan waarop je je aandacht richt.

*Iets 'niet' willen of ergens tegen vechten trekt juist datgene aan.

*Om iets te doen, zijn of hebben dien je het bereiken ervan te ervaren.

*Iets veranderen doe je door je denken aan te passen.

*Je gevoel is een navigatiesysteem.

*Wat goed voelt, is goed voor jou. Wat niet goed voelt, niet.

*Alles wat je wenst is in de richting van wat goed voelt.

Je bent volledig vrij. Je bent waardevol. Je bent perfect.

Gratitude is one of the easiest and most powerful ways to transform your life. If you become truly grateful, you will magnetize absolute joy to you everywhere you go, and in everything you do. In fact, without gratitude, nothing can ever change. Your life will change to the degree that you use gratitude and begin to feel grateful. If you are just a little bit grateful, your life will change a little bit. If you are very grateful, your whole life will change. If you live gratitude every single day, you will become one of the greatest human beings on the planet, and the light of your life will uplift our world.

The greatest human beings who have ever lived showed us the way with gratitude, and by their example became shining lights in our history. Einstein said "thank you" hundreds of times every single day! Ancient wisdom dating back thousands of years gave us the truth about gratitude. Every single religion speaks of giving thanks. All the sages and saviors of the world demonstrated the use of gratitude in all their teachings.

Of the thousands of letters we receive from people whose lives have become miracles after experiencing The Secret, every single one of them has made gratitude their way of life. It is impossible to be negative when you are giving thanks. It is impossible to criticize or blame when you are feeling grateful. It is impossible to feel sad when you are in gratitude. Most people are sporadically grateful, however, to change your life with gratitude, a new way of learning how to be truly grateful is what will bring unlimited happiness into your life.

So how do you live in gratitude? Begin your day by feeling grateful. Be grateful for the bed you just slept in, the roof over your head, the carpet or floor under your feet, the running water, the soap, your shower, your toothbrush, your clothes, your shoes, the car that you drive, your job, your friends, your refrigerator that keeps your food cold. Be grateful for the weather, the sun, the sky, the birds, the trees, the grass, the rain, and the flowers. Be grateful for the stores that make it so easy to buy the things you need, the restaurants, the utilities and services and electrical appliances that make your life effortless. Be grateful for magazines and the books that you read. Be grateful for the chair that you sit on, and the pavement that you walk on. Be grateful for your favorite music that sweeps you away, and for movies that make you feel good. Be grateful for your phone that connects you with people, for your computer, for the electricity that lights up your life. Be grateful for air travel that flies you everywhere. Be grateful for the roads and traffic lights that keep the traffic in order. Be grateful to those who built our bridges. Be grateful for your pet, for your child, for your loved ones, for your eyes that enable you to read this. Be grateful for your imagination. Be grateful that you can think! Be grateful that you can speak. Be grateful that you can laugh and smile. Be grateful that you can breathe! Be grateful that you are alive! Be grateful that you are You! Be grateful that there are two words that can change your life!

The more deeply and sincerely you feel it, the more you will bring absolute bliss and happiness on every single subject. If you are feeling tension, you are not being grateful. If you are rushing, you are not being grateful. If you are in a bad mood, you are not being grateful.
