《新明日报》连日报道，新加坡武术龙狮总会技术总监黄金富星期二（21日）被贪污调查局传召问话，而前后共有13人被调去当局问话，事件引起武术界高度关注，过后本报有武总前理事与武馆教练等人指黄金富“只手遮天”，投诉武总的考试与比赛制度欠缺公平，成绩内定。

事件发生后，武总今早在裕廊乡村俱乐部召开临时大会。

有人对武术总会的一些要员作出3大投诉，包括有人收取红包、滥用公款和操控比赛成绩。针对这些投诉，技术总监黄金富（57岁）接受访问时一一驳斥。

3 大投诉逐个反驳
投诉1：有人收取红包，让有意考取武术教练资格的人过关。
自2001年起，为了提高本地武术教练的技术水平，想成为合格的武术教练必须通过理论和技术两轮考试。本地武术员的考试费用为250元，外籍人员则必须缴付1000元的考试金。有人投诉，一些人除了这笔考试费外，还必须给“红包钱”，才能获得教练资格。

黄金富说，教练的资格可以去找其他专家鉴定，若是给红包就通过，却不符合资格的话，其实很容易露出马脚。
